“Clarins’s aim is to make life more beautiful for future generations,” Christian Courtin-Clarins likes to remind us. This philosophy has given birth to the Clarins Award. Created in 1997 to mark the tenth anniversary of Eau Dynamisante, the initiative supports women who are devoted to improving the lives of children in distress. Today, the Clarins Award shines in 14 countries on four continents. 20 years after it began, 88 "women of heart" and their organizations are now supported and monitored by the Clarins group.

For the group, supporting children also means fighting hunger and malnutrition. Since 2012, the Clarins brand has partnered FEED, a social enterprise founded by Lauren Bush-Lauren that raises funds for the United Nations World Food Programme. By creating beauty bags sold to consumers, Clarins and FEED have already funded 23 million meals (as of the end of 2018).
