The role:
Autonomous role within dedicated Clarins retail unit; ultimately responsible for ensuring all business retail objectives / targets and operational requirements are achieved through motivating the in-store team, managing operations within store and driving business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business
- Be responsible for the development of Clarins on-going business relationship with location/centre Management
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Building the motivation and confidence of the team by coaching, mentoring, building specific development plans and highlighting career aspirations to drive internal mobility and improve employee retention to the brand
- Participate in interactive training and provide feedback on hands on experience and innovative ideas to develop service tools and customer activity
- As designated key holder being responsible for all aspects of store security including cash handling
- Total accountability for in store Health and Safety including Store Fire Regulations
You are:
- Commercially aware with a passion for skincare and beauty
- Able to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Numerical with the ability to interpret business data, create and achieve targets
- Self-motivated, enjoy exploring business opportunities and taking initiative
You have:
- 3 years hands-on management experience with a passion for retail and commercial awareness

The role:
Delivering treatments and exceptional client care, you'll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you'll do:
Maintain a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Clarins (UK) Ltd treatment guidelines

Éducation

- Promouvoir la plateforme numérique d'apprentissage en ligne de la marque et fournir aux équipes des magasins des niveaux d'engagement en matière d'apprentissage en ligne.
- Promouvoir et s'assurer que les équipes des magasins participent aux formations saisonnières (en personne et/ou sessions virtuelles).
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de formation et fournir un feedback sur la façon dont le contenu de formation de la marque est reçu et utilisé au niveau du magasin ; fournir des recommandations si nécessaire.
Vous apportez :
- Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, exigée pour ce poste, en raison des interactions fréquentes avec d’autres entités de Clarins à l’échelle mondiale ainsi qu’avec des collègues et partenaires d’affaires dans d’autres provinces canadiennes.
- Un diplôme dans un domaine connexe.
- Une expérience confirmée dans la vente au détail de produits cosmétiques et de soins de la peau.
- Une véritable passion pour la marque et pour l’industrie cosmétique.
- Une connaissance approfondie de la suite MS Office, en particulier Excel et PowerPoint.
- De solides compétences en communication, en présentation et en relations interpersonnelles, ainsi qu’aisance à s’exprimer devant un public.

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.

Vos responsabilités :

En tant que collaboratrice de Clarins, vous devenez l'ambassadrice de la marque et garantissez un service d'excellence chez Clarins.
Votre rôle est de :
- Accueillir les clients, les écouter et leur proposer un rituel de beauté adapté et personnalisé grâce à votre connaissance approfondie des produits.
- Réaliser des soins en cabine et des applications de produits en boutique selon les protocoles Clarins (soins et applications de maquillage).
- Participer activement à la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en contribuant aux activités de prospection et de fidélisation, aux événements et aux partenariats et en proposant de nouvelles idées commerciales.
- Participer activement à la vie de la Boutique & Spa et de l'équipe :
o mise en œuvre de concepts de merchandising
o Traiter les commandes, le réapprovisionnement des stocks et l'inventaire.
o Assurer les normes d'hygiène et l'ordre.
o Participer à l'organisation des activités de la Boutique & Skin Spa
o S'engager à adopter un comportement et une apparence en accord avec l'image de marque, conformément aux directives
o Participer à la rédaction des rapports, à la gestion des e-mails et à la gestion des protocoles de la caisse.
- Utiliser les outils et documents mis à disposition pour : Mettre en œuvre des recommandations de produits, des outils de suivi de caisse et de vente, ainsi que des actions organisées par la marque.

- Une parfaite maîtrise orale du Fran et de bonnes connaissances de l'anglais
