Mission principale :
Au sein du pôle media/réseaux sociaux France, et rattaché aux Chefs de Projet Media & Réseaux sociaux, le Chef de Projet Contenus contribue au déploiement de l'image de la marque Clarins et de sa notoriété sur l'ensemble des leviers paid (offline et online) et owned locaux (Meta, Youtube & Twitter).
Vous serez l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) pour l'ensemble des contenus Social Media et Media au sein de la filiale France, pour assurer le lien avec les différents interlocuteurs internes (marketing, RP, influence, marque) et externes (agences, prestataires, fournisseurs...).
Activités et responsabilités :
1. Localisation des contenus de Marque :
- Coordination avec les équipes Marque Clarins pour s'assurer de la réception et la déclinaison des assets Media et Réseaux Sociaux sur le marché français.
- Echanges et alignement avec les équipes Marketing France pour validation des messages prioritaires au sein du 360.
- Point de contact prioritaire avec les instances de régulation de la publicité pour s'assurer de la conformité des contenus et de leur validation le cas échéant.
- Coordination avec les agences créas/exé pour les mises aux specs et livraisons des éléments techniques sur l'ensemble des media : Télévision, Presse, Digital, Radio.
- Gestion des opérations d'échantillonnage offline et online : commande d'échantillon, brief technique régies.
2. Production locale de contenus Media & Réseaux Sociaux :
- En complément des contenus de Marque, définition des besoins prioritaires en termes de production locale de contenus, en collaboration avec les 2 Chefs de Projet.
- Coordination avec les agences et/ou régies publicitaires pour la mise en place et la production des contenus (briefs, suivi opérationnel, validations des contenus).
- Suivi des performances des formats, en collaboration avec les agences.
- Présence ponctuelle sur des événements afin créer du contenu pour alimenter nos réseaux sociaux (ex : présentation presse, backstage, événements).
3. Veille créative :
- En collaboration avec l'alternante, suivi de l'ensemble de nos concurrents sur la beauté, via nos outils de pige quali Media.
- Veille sur les tendances sociales et digitales.
Vous êtes :
- Diplômé(e) d’un bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Marketing ou Communication.
- Créatif(tive)
- Curieux(euse)
- Autonome et rigoureux(euse)
Vous apporterez :
- Une première expérience en création de contenus pour des marques de luxe ou cosmétiques (alternance ou poste)
- De bonnes connaissances du Pack Office et des connaissances de base sur les outils design (Photoshop…)
- Anglais et Français courant

The role:
Responsible for assisting the Trade Marketing Manager in the successful execution of marketing activity across our key retailers both online and offline ensuring Clarins obtains the best support and opportunities. The coordinator ensures timely and on brand execution of all product launches & promotion activities across online & in store environments, optimising towards a best-in-class journey. Taking ownership of the print and design process for all retailer activity, EG: Gift with Purchase and online marketing support packages. They are great at quick and efficient multi-tasking. They are organised, have a strong work ethic, smooth communication skills and an interest in the Beauty industry.
What you’ll do:
- In an environment where Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in developing full and robust product/category launch plans for each retailer, ensuring we are driving growth and obtaining the best opportunities within our key retail partners.
- Plan the promotional calendar for each retailer as well as forecasting relevant stock.
- Prepare and ensure the timely delivery of all launches, including asset packs and promotions to retailers.
- Implementation of marketing support inclusive of online banners, CRM, social & in store packages etc.
- Own the design process for new assets for POS, banners, CRM, etc and oversee the approval and distribution process including any admin.
- Manage GWP promotions across retailers, from negotiating free visibility, allocation to delivery and reporting.
- Create relevant packing lists and salesplans liaising with Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update retailer investment plans and promotional & trade support calendars for each retailer.
- Monitor activity and deliver a post campaign analysis of each retailer activity to the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Website auditing & monitoring of Clarins content with the relevant partners.
- Track and monitor and FOC activity provided by our retailers such as emails.
- Coordination of relevant presentations and reports as requested by Trade Marketing Manager.
- Liaising with the media agency on any advertising requests, ensuring creation and on-time delivery of relevant assets and PO’s are actioned and approved within a timely manner.
- Proactively take initiative to monitor market visibility online & instore across retailers and competitors to identify ideas, innovations and trends for future opportunities.
- Make relevant recommendations and come up with ideas to improve business and drive sales.
- Liaise with external agencies to brief and monitor assets production.
- Admin support to Trade Marketing Manager.
- Raising relevant PO’s.

JLP, Boots, Frasers, Fenwick, Selfridges, Harrods, Next, AIS, Morleys, Hoopers.
You are:

The role:
The Beauty Coach is an Ambassador of the brand’s uniqueness. A key part of this role is educating customers on Clarins “unlimited” philosophy. Delivering excellent customer care, listening to & understanding customer concerns, and participates to Clarins “unlimited” customers’ attention. Giving personalised beauty advice ensures that each customer feels valued and unique. The Beauty Coach is a member of a team. Individual set objectives are linked directly to the unlimited strategy and include actively participating in team goals, planning and executing counter events, maximizing new launches and establishing customer loyalty.
What you’ll do:
Delivering the best Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony to customers
- Lead the consultation and personalize the beauty ritual, understanding customers’ concerns
- Demonstrate the products in line with the Clarins protocols
- Offer cross-sell and cross-sample recommendations to customers
- Handle product objections and overcome selling challenges
- Conduct one-to-one remote consultations based on Distance Care principles
Knowing and managing your customer
- Systematically collect and record and maintain acccustomersomers’ data information, observing confidentiality
- Support any CRM activities decided at store level (use the recall system)
Knowing your offer
- Deliver products combination and product alternative proposals
- Remain informed of brand information and share the relevant information with customers
Being a Brand Ambassador and activating your network
- Follow beauty trends and competitors’ news
- Share the brand’s 360° presence, promoting brand’s social media and e-commerce availability
Driving business performance
- Understand sales KPI and activate the action levers to reach the required goals
- Report daily sales amount while highlighting any difficulties and recommendations
Ensuring operations excellence
- Apply everyday grooming, styling standards and guidelines, Clarins uniform to be worn at all times (hair, uniform, nails, make-up look, e-attitude), maintain a high level of personal hygiene
- Execute POS process and correctly use POS tools to maximize efficiency
Ensuring POS attractiveness
- Participate to POS administration and ensure a high standard of hygiene
- Execute merchandising guidelines in the store
- Maintain optimum level of stocks, testers, samples and disposable sales tools
- Contribute to the perfect execution of launches, ongoing trade marketing animations and in-store events

The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
You have:
- Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
- Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and evening
