La Direction Juridique et Compliance de Clarins accompagne notamment le Groupe dans ses enjeux de droit des sociétés, de gouvernance à l’échelle internationale ainsi que dans la structuration et la sécurisation des opérations de restructuration interne et dans la gestion des relations juridiques avec les partenaires financiers.

Le/la stagiaire contribuera au suivi juridique des filiales et de la gouvernance, aux opérations de restructuration et à l’optimisation des processus Legal Ops, garantissant ainsi la sécurité juridique et la fluidité des activités du Groupe.

La mission :

• Droit des sociétés (corporate)

• • En lien avec la Responsable Droit des Sociétés, participation au suivi, à la préparation et rédaction de la documentation afférente à la vie sociale des entités du Groupe (en France et à l’étranger, notamment les procès-verbaux des Conseil d’administration et des associés) ;
  • Participation aux opérations de restructuration de capital (cession, fusion, réduction et augmentation de capital) dans un contexte international ;
  • Participation à la préparation de conventions intragroupe et, le cas échéant, de délégations de pouvoirs / signature ;
  • Aide à la mise en place et à l’harmonisation de process en droit des sociétés à l’international (Corporate) ;
  • Veille et recherches juridiques, rédaction de notes de synthèses, participation à la préparation de supports de formation, présentations juridiques et guidelines ;

• • En support d’un groupe de travail dédié, travail sur la gestion de la connaissance / de la donnée juridique au sein de l’équipe et dans ses rapports avec les opérationnels ;
  • Participation au déploiement du plan de communication de la Direction Juridique et Compliance (formalisation d’articles, newsletters…) ;
  • Veille Legal Ops (nouveaux outils, tendances…).

Vous apportez :

• Une première expérience (en stage ou alternance) réussie au sein d’un service juridique d’entreprise ou en cabinet d’avocats serait un plus
• La préparation d’un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en Droit des Affaires, idéalement avec une spécialisation en Droit des Sociétés ou une dominante Corporate/M&A
• Une capacité de rédaction et d’analyse juridique
• Une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Une appétence pour les Legal Operations et les outils digitaux juridiques est un plus
• Un niveau de français courant (écrit et oral) et un niveau d’anglais professionnel

• Gestion échéancier mensuel des paiements fournisseurs (information des équipes)

Based at the National Distribution site, the main function of this role is to offer exceptional 5 star customer service and expert advice to trade customers and internal stakeholders. The Customer Service Advisor will work within set guidelines adhering to KPI's. The department services customers, the Clarins Salesforce and in store sales staff usinltiple communication channels including, email & telephone.
The departments aim is to offer 5 star Clarins service whilst monitoring costs and our impact on the environment.
"Delivering the best level of service at the right cost and on time".

Areas of Responsibility:
1: To liaise with Trade Customers, Consumers, Supply Chain, UK Clarins Distribution Ltd, the Salesforce and Marketing on the following issues:
Stock - ordering, end of line, out of stock, fair share, new launches,
Delivery tracking
Returns
Staff Allocation, Purchase, and uniform
Gold Salon loyalty scheme
Ensuring GDPR processes and rules are strictly followed
Ad hoc administration duties

2: To ensure Clarins 5 star service guidelines are adhered to at all times:
All customer contacts have comprehensive Zendesk notes and all issues are resolved within KPI, whilst keeping all parties fully up to date with the resolution.
Investigate all concerns & complaints and escalate any root cause issues to the Senior Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Team Leader.
Raise accurate credit or refund requests.
3: To carry out any other duties as requested by the Customer Service Team Leaders, Customer Service Manager or Head of Customer Service.

Candidate Profile :
•    2yrs+ customer service experience 
•    Proficient in Microsoft office
•    Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
•    Ability to multitask and prioritise work under pressure
•    Awareness of GDPR 
•    Previous experience with Zendesk

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Responsable Environnement pour rejoindre notre équipe HSE.

Au sein de l'équipe HSE, le Responsable Environnement est chargé(e) du déploiement et de l'amélioration continue de la politique Sécurité Environnement des Opérations sur le site avec l’équipe. Il pilote le système de management environnemental et énergétique, veille à la conformité réglementaire des activités et contribue à la maîtrise des impacts environnementaux. Dans le cadre de ses missions, il participe également au développement de la culture Sécurité du site et accompagne les services dans la prévention des risques liés à leurs activités. Il est le garant des certifications ISO 14001 et 50001 pour le site.

La mission :

Sécurité / Environnement

• Contribuer au développement de la culture Sécurité et Environnement au sein de l'entreprise.
• Animer et déployer la politique Opérations sur le site dans son périmètre de responsabilité.
• Identifier, évaluer et suivre les aspects environnementaux significatifs liés aux activités du site.
• Être force de proposition dans l'élaboration et le déploiement des programmes environnementaux et coordonner les actions d'amélioration associées.
• Participer à l'analyse des risques liés aux activités du site et contribuer à la prévention des situations pouvant avoir un impact sur les personnes, les installations ou l'environnement.
• Assurer la communication des enjeux environnementaux et de prévention des risques auprès des collaborateurs.

 Performance

• Suivre, analyser et communiquer les indicateurs de performance environnementale du site.
• Établir les bilans et reportings destinés au Responsable HSE et à la Direction.
• Mettre en œuvre et assurer le suivi des plans d'actions issus des audits, inspections, évaluations réglementaires et analyses environnementales.
• Réaliser ou coordonner les audits internes relatifs aux systèmes de management Environnement et Énergie.
• Réaliser les déclarations réglementaires, enquêtes et reportings requis par les autorités administratives et le Groupe.

Client / Support opérationnel

• Apporter un support opérationnel à l'ensemble des départements et services dans les domaines de l'environnement et de la prévention des risques.
• Participer à l'analyse des besoins des services et proposer des solutions visant à réduire les impacts environnementaux.
• Assurer le suivi des prestataires et fournisseurs intervenant dans le cadre des activités environnementales du site.

Qualité

• Appliquer et faire appliquer les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) ainsi que l'ensemble des référentiels applicables sur le site.
• Participer au traitement des écarts, non-conformités, actions correctives et actions préventives.

Vous êtes :

• Doté(e) d’un excellent sens de la communication
• Reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre esprit de coopération
• Polyvalent(e), adaptable et proactif(ve)

Vous apportez :

• 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire

The role:

Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
• Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
• Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
• Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
• Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges

You are:

• Passionate about skincare and beauty
• A confident and articulate communicator
• Comfortable in a target driven environment
• Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities
• Customer-focused and results-oriented

You have:

• Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly

The role:

Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.

What you’ll do:

• Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
• Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
• Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
• Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development

You are:

• Passionate about skincare and beauty
• A confident and articulate communicator
• Customer-focused and results-oriented
• Genuinely looking forward to new challenges

You have:

• 2 Years background in a management role – ideally in a beauty or retail
• Significant experience in a Beauty retail or Spa environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven ability of coaching and motivating a team
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1.    Deliver Sales & KPI
- Improve the growth of Product Sales in store
- Understand Sales KPI, have basic SOP knowledge and believe in the brands structure.

2.    Customer Services
- Deliver customer service as per Clarins standards
- Recruit new customers to Clarins 
- Drive loyalty and repeat purchase of existing customers

3.    Product, Inventory & Follow Up Skills
- Participate in the store operation tasks as assigned
- Have the basic knowledge on selling product by franchise and study the Product KPI and personal sales report

Requirements:-
- At least one (1) year relevant retail experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to speak English, additional language is a plus
- Passionate in beauty & skin care
- Have a pleasant personality, a positive attitude & a team player
