The role:

The role:
You will support day-to-day HR operations, compensation & benefits, payroll, data analytics, and engagement initiatives. You will play a critical part in delivering high-quality HR support and operational excellence across both office and frontline teams in Hong Kong.
You will work closely with the HR Director to roll out global and local HR strategies, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support cross-functional collaboration that strengthens our employee experience.
What you’ll do:
1. HR Operations & Compliance
- Support the execution of global and local HR strategies across employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Hong Kong labour laws and internal group policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting & documentation needs
- Participate in monthly payroll processing and review of commission calculations and tax filings
- Act as HRIS master user, overseeing data accuracy, system improvements, and enhancements
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Support the implementation of the local C&B framework aligned with global guidelines and statutory requirements
- Conduct market benchmarking and manage employee benefits programs (medical, life insurance, MPF, wellness)
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and competitive offerings
3. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Conduct data analysis and business case simulation on workforce cost, headcount productivity, and scenario modelling
- Provide HR metrics and insights to support decision-making by top management
- Monitor cost-efficiency initiatives and track process improvements
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support execution of global and local employee engagement and wellness programs
- Partner with HR Director to drive DEI and culture-building initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing/communication teams on employer branding efforts (internal & external)
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with line managers and different functions on recruitment, learning, and employee support
- Provide guidance on HR policies, day-to-day matters, and employee relations
- Keep abreast of HR trends, best practices, and changing market conditions
What you have:
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to both corporate and retail environments
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and payroll practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday or similar preferred)
Skills & Attributes
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and independent
- Collaborative, agile, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Digitally and analytically savvy – strong Excel and reporting skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus

The role:
Responsible for the forecasting activities associated with customers and products, creating, and maintaining forecast models for our business, incorporating business intelligence, and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts and other sources. To ensure accurate as possible demand planning forecasts that deliver the financial targets in an effective and efficient manner
What you’ll do:
Responsible for the Demand forecasting, ordering and inventory management of a defined product category in line with KPIs including fill rate/service level, forecast accuracy and stock coverage
• Update forward forecasts on a rolling 18-month horizon for all Retail and POP reference using group’s statistical models, creating scenarios, and arbitrating the best fit taking into account local marketing plan and supply issues.
• Key in manual forecasts into DMP, managing statistical forecasts at matrix and item level.
• Carry out historical data cleansing taking into account affecting factors including sell through, supply issues, press activity, retailer activity, cannibalization and promotional activity. Considering exceptional events.
• Reconcile forecast proposals against budget highlighting inconsistences in preparation for monthly S&OP Demand review and POP review
• Collaborate with key Customers and business channels such as marketing, commercial and finance to establish future forecast.
• Key EOL & Launch forecasts manually into the demand module.
• Maintain the product master data file including accurate life cycles and lifestyles, new product evolution, end of life, ABC forecast stability and sales class plus all relevant bespoke local activity such as but not limited to kit BOM, promo codes & promotional items.
• Review inventory against batch code rules and forecast, raise orders to maintain inventory levels within stocking policy and inventory budget, make adjustments to inventory plan where necessary and propose actions to mitigate stock depreciation
• Liaising with Global planning team, Distribution and Supply team on product, stock, and supplier issues.
Run monthly reports including KPI performance, stock valuation and budget tracking and share with business stakeholders in line with agreed timelines
• Prepare the supporting documentation necessary for the Head of Demand Planning to propose implementation of corrective actions in case of deviation results during monthly S&OP meetings
• Supporting the S&OP process with relevant data, reporting and analysis
• Drive process improvements through collaboration with key stakeholders
You are :
- Highly literate and numerate, with advanced Excel skills.
- Self-motivator with a good knowledge of the operation
- Able to meet budget targets in line with business cost objectives
- Up to date with latest industry trends and legislation
You have:
- 3 years + proven experience in demand planning role- from building a forecast for basic & new products, understand and apply levels of safety stock, understand and mitigating any risks with end-to-end supply chain understanding.
- Knowledge of SAP/APO/M3/JDE, Manugistics or Oracle Demand Planning or other software packages including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and with suppliers.

The role:
Support the Email Marketing Manager in delivering engaging, data-driven CRM campaigns that recruit, retain, and deepen customer relationships. You will help bring the brand’s CRM strategy to life through compelling storytelling, audience segmentation, and Club Clarins loyalty programme activation - ultimately driving customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
What you’ll do:
Support the execution of the CRM & loyalty strategy
- Deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and other owned channels, ensuring consistency with brand tone, visual identity, and customer experience standards.
- Assist in developing and executing campaigns that drive recruitment into, and engagement with, Club Clarins.
- Work with the Email Marketing Manager and the wider CRM team to ensure all communications support both commercial and engagement KPIs on and offline.
- Maintain and implement the CRM contact calendar, coordinating with stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retail to ensure timely, accurate and cohesive campaign delivery.
Create engaging, personalised communications
- Produce dynamic, on-brand content for our CRM channels, across device type, that reflects our premium positioning and storytelling approach.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity to inform new ideas and creativity to create best in class communications.
- Collaborate with the Digital Designer to brief and QA assets for email and CRM campaigns.
- Leverage personalisation tools (e.g., Movable Ink) and predictive models to deliver relevant, 1:1 experiences.
- Implement A/B testing across subject lines, design, and targeting to continually improve open, click, and conversion rates.
- Work with key stakeholders including the UK Senior Customer Journey Manager, UK Senior E-Commerce Manager and UK In-store Digital Project Manager.
Manage data, segmentation, and targeting
- Maintain and update customer database segments to enable precise targeting and personalisation.
- Support list hygiene, preference management, and data integrity best practices.
- Identify opportunities for audience growth and re-engagement, including acquisition of new customers and reactivation of lapsed customers to both Club Clarins and the broader database.
- Partner with the Acquisition Team to ensure cross channel targeting of customers on the database, especially where we have no communication opt-in.
- Support the Acquisition Team to create look-a-like and/or suppression audiences using our CDP, Imagino.
Drive loyalty programme engagement
- Execute CRM activity designed to recruit new loyalty members and deepen engagement with existing members through tailored communications.
- Support initiatives that encourage participation, and other gamified loyalty features.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the emotional and community-driven aspects of the loyalty programme.
Analyse and report on performance
- Produce weekly and monthly CRM reports tracking engagement, conversion, and loyalty KPIs.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations with the Email Marketing Manager to inform future campaigns.
- Monitor test results, loyalty recruitment rates, and customer retention trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Participate in quarterly reviews of CRM performance alongside key partners (e.g., Movable Ink).
Collaboration and stakeholder management
- Work cross-functionally with the UK Senior CRM Coordinator, Ecommerce, Content, and Design teams to ensure fully integrated 360° campaigns.
- Liaise with Global CRM teams to localise and implement global strategies and assets effectively.
- Support relationship management with CRM technology providers and external agencies.
You are :
- Creative with an ability to bring brand storytelling to life through CRM channels.
- Confident communicator, capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
You have:

The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
You have:
- Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly

The role:
Supporting the Business Manager you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Business Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail.
- Assist in planning the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development
