Technicien de Maintenance
Le technicien de maintenance (H/F) occupe une fonction transversale, en supervisant tous les services et prestations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise, avec des prestataires externes.
Il assume généralement la gestion des locaux : électricité, chauffage, entretien/désinsectisation, nettoyage, travaux de dépannage (peinture, plomberie, serrurerie…), sécurité, aménagement/déménagement, organisation de l’espace
C’est également le responsable des achats non liés à la production : commandes de fournitures de bureau, produits d’entretien et éléments de décoration.
- Supervise la maintenance globale des bâtiments
- Contrôle ou fait contrôler le fonctionnement des équipements de sécurité
- Maintien ou fait maintenir les installations techniques des sites.
- Réalise la rénovation d’installation électrique selon OIBT (courant fort et faible) Article 13 ou 15 souhaitable.
- •Maintient ou fait maintenir les outils et installations nécessaires pour accueillir nos clients, servir le business du magasin
- Consulte et intègre dans son process de travail, les différentes informations, recommandations figurant dans les documents de référence (commercial, manuels, recommandations)
- Répond, après qualification du besoin et échanges avec les clients internes, à une commande (work brief) par un projet de réalisation technique, en tenant compte des objectifs commerciaux, contraintes techniques et budgétaires
- Maintenance préventive des sites
- Fait contrôler le fonctionnement des installations techniques et de sécurité
- Vérifie les rapports des organismes de contrôle et lève les réserves
- Assure un suivi précis et régulier de l ’ensemble des opérations de maintenance avec l ’outil GMAO
- Contrôle les interventions effectuées et le respect des cahiers des charges
- Fait respecter les consignes de sécurité par les entreprises extérieures
- Veille à la disponibilité des documents d’agréments des installations
- Définit et suit, les budgets de maintenance et d’investissements techniques, sur le court et moyen terme
- Assure la mise en place de toute disposition visant à réduire la consommation d’énergie et ayant un impact positif sur l’environnement.
- Coordonne et supervise la planification (humains, économiques, matériels) pour garantir la réalisation des projets

THE ROLE:
1) LEAD APAC PAID MEDIA STRATEGY TO ACCELERATE BRAND AWARENESS, CONSIDERATION & SALES PERFORMANCE IN THE REGION
- Define Full funnel Media strategy for Brand /Clarins.com for APAC:
- Develop comprehensive full funnel paid media strategies aligned with business goals and target audience personas
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Based on the Regional strategy, guide the markets on budget allocation & campaigns
- Execute end to end campaign management including budget allocation, audience targeting, performance tracking and measure efficacy of our media tactics on Media KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Work with markets to define testing roadmap and optimize
- Lead JBP for the region with key media partners (Meta, Google…) in close collaboration with Marketing and E-commerce teams
- Drive innovation, propose new initiatives to test new platforms and type of format
- Media budget
- Consolidate paid media budget and investment across APAC markets
- Recommend optimizations in terms of investment strategy across initiatives to drive key results for Clarins on the main Product Pillars (P1) & always-on
- Brand Marketing Strategy
- Execute brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, affinity, and engagement among target audiences
- Monitor brand health metrics, including awareness, perception, and sentiment, and develop strategies to address any gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Acquisition/ retention strategy
- Support local markets to improve their CPA campaigns & new customer acquisition goals; optimize user journey with various stakeholders to ensure efficient CPA & overall ROAS
- Drive repeat purchases and keep existing customers engaged with close collaboration with EC & CRM
- Analysis and reporting
- Analyze campaign results across full funnel regularly and report on key insights to inform future investment strategy and optimizations with close collaboration with Marketing
- Support the development of media dashboard that reports on full funnel performance and pacing towards key results
- Drive discussions with Global towards Analytics and attribution/conversion models
2) LEAD EFFECTIVELY THE MEDIA TEAMS (MARKETING & ECOMMERCE) AND AGENCIES TO EXECUTE WITH EXCELLENCE
Act as an internal consultant to support the Region & the markets thanks to dedicated support and framework
- Guide the markets to budget and forecast between channels, tactics, campaigns to ensure we are achieving all media KPIs
- Oversee media planning of full-funnel between different paid media channels (Online : Google, Meta, Yahoo, Naver, Line, Twitter, TikTok, Display, KOL/Celebrities, 3rd party Collaboration, Affiliates; Offline: Print, OOH, Offline Events)
- Analyze campaign and creative performance to ensure agile optimizations
- Supervise paid search strategy and implementation and brand/non-brand campaigns to ensure we are achieving our KPIs
- Supervise with the transveral teams and markets keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize ad performance and return on investment (ROI)
- Drive local agencies to execute campaigns with excellence, optimize for efficiencies, and determine benchmarks for success
- Support channel owners to execute campaigns by communicating activation details and creative/asset hand off with agencies
- Manage testing roadmap for integration and launch of new platform features like PMax, TikTok Shop, etc. and special projects
- Provide POVs on new emerging partner offerings across media/affiliate off and online
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to inform strategy and drive innovation
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency
3) LEAD MEDIA DATA ANALYTICS TO CULTIVATE A PERFORMANCE MINDSET
- Ensure with the support of various teams proper dashboards are in place to drive media & content, educate & challenge markets and agencies
- Evaluate tech stack to ensure we have adequate resources and that budget is allocated appropriately
- Implement proper KPIs for all campaigns and support markets in analysing the performance of their campaigns
- Collaborate closely with CRM to drive first party data strategy and identify opportunities to capture new data to enrich audiences (CDP…)
- Analyse proactively Media KPI performance with full funnel approach and derived actionable recommendations to address specific pain points
- Support markets in using global tools such as CDP, Media dahsboards and ensure the implementation of proper tracking
YOU HAVE:
- Minimal Bachelor in business/digital/marketing or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in a media role managing budgets/plans for paid search, media, affiliate, channels, and experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience in developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and impact
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and tactics
- Ability to drive measurable results and achieving KPIs in paid media campaigns
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, developing & managing scaled integrated, data-driven full funnel campaigns with a focus on driving online business growth
- Experience and hands on managing operations across budgeting, media planning, agency management, and reporting

The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our retail operations through supporting the Retail Stores to deliver operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of day-to-day operations, including order management and coordination, event planning and coordination, instore incentives, and general administrative tasks. The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
You have:
- Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
- Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and evening
