    Clarins has set up a Skill Center for the back-office relies on five key objectives:

    1. Support Clarins strategic objectives through harmonized processes and IT solutions
    2. Support and manage projects deployment and adoption in the long term
    3. Ensure business processes and solution use consistency as Core Model guardian
    4. Efficiently support subsidiaries in day-to-day business processes and solution use to allow better focus on front-line
    5. Develop skills and maintaining the right level of competency

     

    Main missions of the Business Solution Expert HR in the Skill Center will be : 

     

    Help Clarins make the most of GROW (Clarins HRIS – SuccessFactors) and foster improvement

    • Be the single point of contact of HR users (needs and feedback collection) for HR processes
    • Provide business solution expertise to support users (requests and minor incidents qualification and resolution, liaison with technical experts)
    • Coordinate and animate HR users’ community to engage and train them to foster the adoption of GROW

     

    Be the Core Model guardian

    • Implement training actions for Local points of contact and ensure follow-up
    • Secure access rights and role attribution for HR processes
    • Manage critical reporting and support data governance (centralization, coordination and facilitation)
    • In close collaboration with IT experts or external partners:
      • Contribute to GROW change requests implementation
      • Contribute to new processes / standards / solutions deployment (process ownership and engineering, testing, solution description)
      • Contribute to enhancements’ management: requests’ qualification and formalization, impacts analysis, deployment support (update of processes, testing, training material, rights and roles attribution,…)

     

    Design and implement application roadmap

    • In close collaboration with HR Lead and Business Experts, identify and propose business opportunities
    • Contribute to anticipating and following-up on changes and releases roadmap
    • Contribute to projects implementation in subsidiaries

     

    Area of responsibility:

    • Communication and reporting to the HR Lead
    • First level of users’ support and training, users’ community animation
    • Qualification and analysis of requests / incidents
    • Business solution expertise to support users and subsidiaries
    • Impact analysis and recommendation regarding improvement requests
    • Close collaboration with Solution Experts and business stakeholders to deliver value
    • Deployment of new processes / standards / evolutions
    • Preparation and participation in Skill Center meetings (functional committees, Local SPOCs touchpoint, etc.)

     

    You are:

    • fluent in English (the project language is English), speaking French would be a plus (project team based at HQ in Paris)
    • self-directed / self-motivated
    • agile, humble, trustworthy, and a team player
    • can cope with a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous environment
    • a true problem solver and process designer
    • able to work in a multicultural environment

     

    You have:

    • master’s degree from Business or Engineering Schools
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in HR / HRIS role, especially in an international and multicultural context
    • experience with SAP SuccesFactors or other global HRIS would be beneficial
    • business knowledge (not necessarily a high expertise) of: Recruitment, Performance management, HR data management, Learning, Compensation
    • experience in project management and in change management
    • an Educator mindset
    • a real capacity of empathy
    • a taste for innovation
