As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Clarins, you'll play a crucial role in executing strategic digital marketing programs and campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive eCommerce sales. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop engaging content, optimise digital marketing performance, and maximise promotional opportunities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to execute the digital marketing strategy for a globally recognized beauty brand.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute advertising programs and campaigns aimed at increasing exposure, engagement, and eCommerce sales.
- Identify optimisation opportunities for digital marketing performance to drive consumer acquisition and conversion.
- Support eCommerce and brand initiatives, maximizing promotional opportunities.
- Drive our external digital marketing agency to meet KPIs and budget requirements.
- Ensure digital campaigns align with brand tone and values, promoting CSR activations.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign success using analytical tools.
- Identify digital trends and innovations to enhance digital opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce & Digital to boost revenue through paid media campaigns.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting on online activations, revenue, and marketing performance.
- Assist in analysing and documenting campaign effectiveness.
- Partner to achieve online sales budgets for regional websites.
- Compile and analyse data for reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business manager and Google Adwords

Les principales missions :
Préparation de commandes
- Préparer les commandes à l’aide d’un chariot et d’un lecteur optique
- Déposer les boîtes sur le convoyeur
- Atteindre les objectifs de performance fixée
Emballage / Expédition
- Préparer les boîtes pour l’expédition (papier, étiquette, etc.)
- Piler les boites sur les palettes
- Imprimer les documents nécessaires à l’expédition (BOL)
- Sécuriser les boîtes sur palettes à l’aide de la tour à wrap
- Remplir les remorques
- Préparer les envois manuels
Production
- Préparer et envoyer la marchandise chez le sous-traitant si nécessaire
- Réceptionner la marchandise à son retour du sous-traitant
- Effectuer des montages à l’interne incluant les prepacks échantillons
Retours / Reconditionnement
- Traiter les retours en provenance des détaillants
- Vérifier l’état des produits et son lot
- Localiser la marchandise
Profil du candidat recherché
- Être capable de travailler physiquement (soulever des boîtes et rester en position debout toute la journée)
- Être disponible pour du surtemps en période de pointe.
- Avoir déjà utilisé un lecteur optique (gun RF), un atout

La mission :
Contribuer au déroulement de la stratégie DIGITALE de la marque Clarins sur le marché Suisse, en soutien de notre distribution E-commerce.
Rattachée au Département Digital, votre mission consiste principalement au soutien des déploiements des plans Digital Medias et E-CRM.

- L’E-store

Le poste :
Poste à pourvoir en septembre 2024 - Alternance d’une durée de 12 mois à 24 mois
Basé à Pontoise, dans l’usine de Clarins.
Au sein d’un équipe de 7 personnes, vous serez directement rattaché(e) au Responsable approvisionnement. Votre mission sera de gérer un portefeuille de fournisseurs et de piloter les approvisionnements en matières premières et articles de conditionnement de ces fournisseurs. Vous participerez à la mise en place de notre nouvelle usine de Troyes avec une révision de nos flux d’approvisionnement.
La mission :
Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Analyser l’évolution des prévisions et passer les commandes de matières premières et d’articles de conditionnement pour la production des usines Clarins ;
- Piloter des commandes et respecter les dates de livraison ;
- Challenger nos fournisseurs pour maximiser le taux de disponibilité pour l’usine tout en optimisant les niveaux de stock ;
- Alerter les services achats et planifier en cas de retard significatifs ;
- Veiller au respect du rétro planning de lancement des innovations ;
- Rechercher des solutions face à des non-conformités et litiges avec les fournisseurs ;
- Revoir des méthodes de travail et d’approvisionnement.

- Des connaissances en supply chain, gestion de stock et de base de données
- Une maitrise professionnelle de l’anglais
