Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges

Le poste :
CDI à pourvoir à partir de septembre
Basé à Toulon et alentours (83)
Le Responsable Régional des Ventes met en place et optimise tous les leviers nécessaires pour développer le Chiffre d’Affaires des marques dans chaque porte de son secteur, dans un souci permanent d’efficience.
La mission :
Mission 1 : Pilotage du Chiffres d’Affaires dans les comptes facturés (dont comptes régionaux et Pharmacies)
- Présentation de la politique commerciale Clarins (CGV, barèmes, marchés).
- Pilotage des conditions commerciales et du CA dans le respect de la politique commerciale.
- Placement des nouveautés, coffrets, et promotions.
- Développement du Chiffre d’affaires vs objectifs définis et utilisation des moyens alloués (enveloppe marché, moyens moteurs...)
Mission 2 : Mise en place des Leviers Sell Out.
- Analyse et Pilotage mensuel et annuel du CA Sell Out de chaque porte du secteur selon la politique de couverture définie.
- Mise en œuvre du plan d’action pour accompagner l’atteinte des Objectifs annuels de chaque porte et notamment des Animations trade.
- Présentation aux équipes magasin de chaque opération du Plan Marketing Enseigne.
- Mise en place, suivi et analyse des performances d’Auto gérées selon les moyens alloués.
Mission 3 : Management des animateurs(trices) du secteur
- Participation à la construction des objectifs
- Analyse mensuelle de la performance vs objectifs et N-1
- Co-construction et suivi de plans d'action générateurs de sell-out
- Suivi des fondamentaux : exécution point de vente et application des techniques de vente
- Management des Clarins expertes : congés, notes de frais, PCD
Mission 4 : Optimisation de l’exécution de la marque en point de vente
- Surveillance permanente de la conformité de l’emplacement et de la Part de Linéaire de la marque aux accords commerciaux, et remontée systématique de toute anomalie.
- Emplacement et tenue des linéaires et meuble maquillage Clarins
- Relevé des ruptures point de vente.
Mission 5 : Formation et animation des Conseillères de Beauté
- Présentation des nouveautés.
- Identification et suivi des besoins de formations des Conseillères de Beauté.
- Formation/Coaching des conseillères de beauté en point de vente selon la politique définie par enseigne
Mission 6 : Veille concurrentielle / remontée de l’information aux équipes siège
- Visualisation des nouveaux Points de vente déterminant ou non l’agrément de distribution donné par la marque.
- Saisie et mise à jour des informations attendues dans l’outil Force de vente.
- Remontée des faits marquants enseignes et concurrence aux interlocuteurs du siège (informations spontanées et Rapports d’activité)
- Relevés de prix dans le cadre des zooms concurrence selon la politique définie
Vous êtes :
- Orienté(e) client et résultat
- Intéressé(e) par les produits de la marque Clarins
- Autonome, organisé(e) et proactif(ve)
- Doté(e) de qualités relationnelles
Vous apportez :
- 2 à 3 années d’expérience sur un poste similaire
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils commerciaux (CGV, barèmes, RFA)
- Une bonne connaissance du secteur de distribution de la parfumerie et pharmacie

- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions

- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development

Votre fonction :
En tant qu'esthéticienne Clarins, vous travaillez dans notre Boutique & Skin Spa où vous effectuez des soins du visage et du corps, des applications en cabine, du conseil et de la vente. Vous êtes responsable de la prise de rendez-vous avec les clients et de votre cabine. De plus, vous participerez activement à la vie et au développement de la Boutique & Skin Spa.
Vos responsabilités :
Dans un contexte où l'expérience est au cœur des attentes des clients et où le retail doit trouver sa place dans un monde de plus en plus digitalisé, notre objectif est de rendre unique la vie de nos clients et de nos collaborateurs à travers l'émotion, la beauté et le plaisir.
En tant que collaboratrice/collaborateur de Clarins, vous devenez l'ambassadrice/l'ambassadeur de la marque et garantissez un service d'excellence chez Clarins.
Votre rôle est de :
- Accueillir les clients, les écouter et leur proposer un rituel de beauté adapté et personnalisé grâce à votre connaissance approfondie des produits,
- Réaliser des soins en cabine et des applications de produits en boutique selon les protocoles Clarins (soins et applications de maquillage),
- Participer activement à la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en contribuant aux activités de prospection et de fidélisation, aux événements et aux partenariats et en proposant de nouvelles idées commerciales,
- Participer activement à la vie de la Boutique & Skin Spa et de l'équipe :
- mise en œuvre de concepts de merchandising
- Traiter les commandes, le réapprovisionnement des stocks et l'inventaire
- Assurer les normes d'hygiène et l'ordre
- Participer à l'organisation des activités de la Boutique & Skin Spa
- S'engager à adopter un comportement et une apparence en accord avec l'image de marque, conformément aux directives
- Participer à la rédaction des rapports, à la gestion des e-mails et à la gestion des protocoles de la caisse
- Utiliser les outils et documents mis à disposition pour :
- Mettre en œuvre des recommandations de produits, des outils de suivi de caisse et de vente, ainsi que des actions organisées par la marque.
Vous êtes :
- - Motivé(e) et proactive/proactif

Vous disposez de :
- Un CFC d'esthéticienne ou une formation équivalente
- Idéalement, 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'esthétique
- Une excellente maîtrise des bases du massage et des techniques de vente
- Une excellente connaissance du marché des cosmétiques
- Une parfaite maîtrise orale du français et de bonnes connaissances de l'anglais
- Une présentation professionnelle et soignée
- Vous aimez le blended learning et vous vous investissez volontiers pour que vos connaissances soient toujours à jour.
- Les médias sociaux et le monde numérique font partie de votre quotidien et vous êtes curieuse/curieux d'être "up-to-date" en ce qui concerne les dernières tendances en matière de beauté.

The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
You have:
- Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
- Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and evening

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Genuinely looking forward to new challenges
You have:
- 2 Years background in a management role – ideally in a beauty or retail
- Significant experience in a Beauty retail or Spa environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability of coaching and motivating a team
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
