Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Intern, eCommerce Merchandising & Promotional Marketing based in New York City, New York. Internship to begin on or before January 2 and last for 6 months, 35hrs per week. International students welcome to apply!
The role:
You will help support day-to-day operations of Clarins.com to assure continuity and stability.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where Clarins eCommerce landscape is rapidly growing, this position will contribute by assisting in promotional execution, inventory management and researching trending themes amongst the beauty industry.
Job responsibilities:
- Brief website offer copy, promotional assets and obtain translations
- Process SKU creation requests and monitor completion of project briefs for gifts and local items
- Configure, test, and schedule promotional campaigns in SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Monitor usage of gifts and promotional items and communicate with management accordingly
- Compile competitive anlyses and insights around skincare or makeup brands in the eCommerce space
- Provide ad-hoc reports on promotional campaigns and item performance
You are:
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and paying close attention to detail

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Communications or related fields (ideal)
- Experience in the beauty, fashion or luxury industry, preferably in eCommerce
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate strong technical acumen for troubleshooting and problem solving

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Merchandising Intern based in New York City, New York. The internship will begin in December 2024 or January 2025 and last for minimum 6 months, 30-35 hrs/week. International students are welcome to apply!
*Please only apply if you are available to work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. You must be avaialbe to come onsite to our NYC office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The role:
In an environment where our customers are always at the center of our focus, you will work in collaboration with Senior Manager of Department Store Visual Merchandising on all projects related to Visual/Planogram Merchandising, invoicing, and Field requests.
What you’ll do:
You will be passionate, audacious, engaged, collaborative and respectful on a daily basis. Being digitally minded is key in all roles as well. A passion for our brands, our history and our products is essential in this role.
- Work on Seasonal Updates Visual Merchandising Guidelines as needed to assist the Senior Manager
- Receive and process POP orders for new store opening/counter installations and all Field Merchandising requests. Provide team with tracking numbers and follow up on delivery partnering with Senior Manager
- Collect and collate information from field for merchandise projects as needed
- Sourcing miscellaneous vendors/merchandise accessories/tools as needed and maintain product displays in New York Office.
You are:
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
- Multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and paying close attention to detail.

- Prior experience in a Visual Merchandising or related role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Miami.
The role:
This role is a crucial part in driving operations and sales within Export, LATAM . You’ll manage essential back-office functions and provide vital support to our sales teams through order analysis and processing, logistics coordination, reporting, and various other tasks. Your contributions will help streamline processes and enhance our overall performance in the Export, LATAM market.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where the pace is high and demanding, this role will contribute to all the pillars of the Group strategy, but mostly support the Export team back-office needs.
Orders
- Ensure distributors place thier orders monthly according to monthly forecast expectations
- Ensure orders include all forecasted new launches, sets, GWP’s and POP
- Flag for any missed sales and ensure backorders
Forecast
- Ensure distributors respect Net Sales budget as well as forecasted demand by SKU (Rolling Forecast File) and closely work with ASM to achieve goals.
- Manage RFF along with Demand Planner. Send updated files on a monthly basis to each distributor; monitor current catalogue including correct SKUs and prices; follow-up with customers.
Sales Coordinator
- Support Commercial team as a key communicator between client and Logistics and Marketing departments.
- Coordinate with ASM’s and prepare Mid-Month and Month Closing sales analysis on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate and updated distribution files per brand per country, including # of doors, # of retailers, type of door, # of BA’s, type of counter and competitor information.
- Maintain log of all monthly reports such as Wholesales Reports and Monthly Management Reports.
Sanitary Registrations
Keep detailed record of sanitary registration requirements, including lead times, samples needed and registered products in each country.
Work closely with marketing to anticipating product launches and ensure proper documentation is received in timely manner.
You are:
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Fast paced and can excel in high pressured environments
- An effective communicator
- Fluent in English, Spanish and French (a plus!)
You have:
- 1 year(s) of experience in sales administration
- Knowledge of skincare industry
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint
