EXECUTIVE – SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS, ASIA PACIFIC

We are looking for an Executive – Supply Chain Operations, Asia Pacific to work in the Regional Supply Chain Operations team.
About the Job
In charge of daily customer service operational duties, encompassing creation and follow-up on customer orders (Travel Retail, Domestic, Agent and Subsidiaries Markets) to ensure full compliance towards both internal & external requirement and controls.
Together with the Regional Supply Chain Operations team, he/she is to follow through with the logistics service provider on all day-to-day operations matters to ensure sustainable service level.
The Operations Executive is expected to contribute directly to the KPI of Logistics & Operations functions. He/she is also to ensure continuous focus into process agility and demonstrate ability to thrive in dynamic environment.
Mission 1: Order Processing
- Management of orders/return orders received from Regional Business team including Agents, Travel Retail, Domestic sales, and APAC Subsidiaries
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing respecting both Clarins & 3PL cut off timings; to follow up with Business teams if orders are not submitted timely
- Ensure required shipping documents are prepared and supplied on time
- Ensure accurate and timely invoices validation respecting Finance cut off requirements for month end closing procedures; to understand and control 3PL timeliness in order to respect Finance cut off
- Be able to manage conflicting demands affecting orders cut off timing across all stakeholders (business team, finance, 3PL)
- Be competent & fluent in Clarins ERP system to be effective backup for operations team
Mission 2: Coordination
- Liaise between Business team and 3PL on shipment schedules for regular export as well as adhoc urgent arrangements
- Communicate and address customer’s feedbacks and/or queries relating to their orders or shipment, inclusive of shipment discrepancies investigation with 3PL
- Coordinate with 3PL for local departmental stores deliveries as well as with domestic sales team
- Support Quarterly free requisitions and monthly staff purchases for Clarins office staffs
- Coordinate adhoc merchandising and/or samples request from Regional departments
Mission 3: Follow Up and Support
- Detailed and clear awareness of GST compliance requirements governing invoicing for export and domestic sales
- To have knowledge on 3PL’s proposals on cost effective modes of dispatch (for export) and advise customers likewise of the best option
- Timely and courteous responses towards all customers (internal & external) enquires
- Be able to work with 3PL and Customer Service team to consider proposal and derive solution to support customer’s needs
- Be team player and lend support to operations team as and when required
- Timely & accurate filing of work files upon closure of orders, including record retention of export documents for GST compliance
Mission 4: Process Improvement
- Areas of opportunity should be focused on risks mitigation or inefficiencies. Proposals should include clear indication of targeted areas of opportunities, what will be the expected outcome and implementation plan proposal
- Proposed solution should also include revision or fine-tuning of KPIs to ensure changes / improvements are made to the right areas of opportunity
Mission 5: Business Review
- Involve in regular meetings with Business Teams, 3PL or Internal Supply Chain team

Nous recherchons un(e) roboticien(ne) pour rejoindre notre nouvelle usine implantée à Sainte Savine (10) depuis novembre 2024.
Vos missions :
En tant que roboticien(ne) (h/f/x) au sein de notre usine Clarins située à Sainte Savine, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Sécurité
- Respecter et appliquer les règles en vigueur
- Participer aux dialogues sécurité, participer à la culture sécurité en place
- Proposer et réaliser des améliorations sur les moyens de production pour garantir la sécurité du personnel
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de sécurité en place sur les moyens de production
- Appliquer la démarche LOTO à chacune des interventions réalisées en interne ou sous-traitées (autorisation de travail, consignation, etc)
Qualité
- Respecter et appliquer les règles en vigueur
- Participer aux arbres des causes, recueils des faits pour les EP (en rapport avec son périmètre)
- Rédaction d’une MOD à chaque modification majeure
- Rédaction de cahiers des charges pour chaque projet
- Garantir que chaque intervention sous-traitée fait l’objet d’un rapport, et l’archiver dans la GMAO
- Rédiger des rapports dans le suivi technique / dans la GMAO pour chaque intervention réalisée
Performances
- Garantir la disponibilité des moyens de production et traiter l’obsolescence du matériel
- Participer au point de performance et prendre en compte les actions de son domaine de compétence
- Participer à la rédaction des arbres des causes pour lesquels il/elle est invité(e)
- Participer au dépannage en coopération avec les chefs d’équipe technique, et formaliser l’analyse avec un arbre des causes
- Définir et Garantir le niveau de stock des pièces indispensables de son périmètre
- Proposer et réaliser des améliorations sur le flux de production, amélioration du TRS
- Consulter les fournisseurs, faire faire des devis, piloter des chantiers d’amélioration et de modernisation
- Assurer le dépannage des installations automatisées et robotisées (automates, robots, interfaces Homme-machine, capteurs/actionneurs) en collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance
- Diagnostiquer les pannes complexes et intervenir rapidement pour minimiser les temps d'arrêt de production
- Réaliser les modifications, mises à jour ou reprogrammations sur les automates, robots et systèmes de supervision, selon les besoins de production ou les évolutions techniques
- Participer à la maintenance préventive des équipements automatisés en intégrant des outils de diagnostic avancés
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations techniques visant à fiabiliser les équipements et à réduire les interventions curatives
- Accompagner les projets d’intégration de nouveaux équipements automatisés ou robotisés (réglages, essais, mise en service)
- Rédiger et maintenir à jour les documents techniques (plans, programmes, schémas électriques, procédures de dépannage)
- Assurer une veille technologique sur les évolutions en automatisme et robotique afin de soutenir l’innovation continue dans l’atelier
- Former et assister les techniciens de maintenance sur les interventions liées à l’automatisme et à la robotique
Management
- Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les chefs d’équipe technique et le technicien planificateur
- Être à l’écoute des besoins des différents services de production
- Accompagner, former des techniciens de maintenance transverse sur le process automatisme (back up)
- Accompagner le personnel de ligne dans la maitrise de la conduite de ligne
- Transmettre, expliquer, rapporter au personnel en interaction avec ses tâches réalisées
- Tutorer un stagiaire, un alternant le cas échéant
Déplacements possibles selon les projets sur nos autres sites (Cergy Pontoise / Amiens).
Participation aux astreintes techniques selon roulement défini au sein du service maintenance.
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+2 en robotique/automatisme
- Vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans ce domaine et dans un environnement industriel en cosmétique / pharmaceutique / agroalimentaire.

Au sein du Département Marketing Développement Soins du groupe Clarins, nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de Produits Développement Soins Junior pour rejoindre notre équipe Body care dynamique et passionnée. Le/la Chef.fe de Produits développement Soins Junior a pour mission de créer des nouveaux produits au sein des franchises Corps, Solaire et Aroma. Il/elle est l'interface privilégié.e entre la R&D, les services supports, les équipes industrielles et les fournisseurs externes.
La mission :
Les principales missions du ou de la Chef.fe de Produits Développement Soins Junior seront :
Mission 1 : Suivi des performances de ses lignes et de l’évolution de ses marchés, parfaite connaissance de son portefeuille produits
- Suit les résultats de son portefeuille de produits en volume et en CA (données interne et panels externes type NPD/Beauty Research)
- Connait parfaitement l'univers concurrentiel de son périmètre (ranking produit, nouveautés, produits leaders, PdM,…)
- Suit et analyse les remontées terrain (revue des performances post-commerciales, feedbacks marchés, synthesio, blogs consommatrices, réseau sociaux…)
- Parfaite connaissance des lignes dont il/elle a la charge (historique, concepts, innovation, texture, actifs, positionnement prix, volumes…)
- Evalue le potentiel des produits et s’assure de leur rentabilité grâce à la maitrise des outils mis en place (fiche de rentabilité, positionnement PPI,…) et à la sollicitation des métiers (contrôle de gestion, coordination labo…)
Mission 2 : Créer de nouveaux produits au sein de ses franchises (+ projets prospectifs)
- Proposition et développement de nouveaux produits orientés clients, désirables et « out of the box»,
- Participe à la définition des objectifs et à l'estimation du potentiel des produits inscrits au plan marketing,
- Participe à la création des parcours clients et des « hooks »,
- Suit ses plannings de développement, veille au respect des délais, rôle d'alerte auprès des interlocuteurs internes/externes et anticipe les jalons selon les plannings amont et aval (plateformes, réunions, 360°…) afin de préparer les éléments nécessaires pour ces échéances,
- Préparation des briefs projets, suit et synthétise les tests en interne / évalue et valide les formules soumises et debrief labo / suit les projets en réunion labo & coordo (suivi de projet)
- Pense éco-conception dans toutes les étapes de développement (concept, développement packaging, briefs aux métiers supports, …)
- Participe aux différentes étapes des plans de lancements à court et moyen terme (veille, présentations, …)
- Fait un suivi de qualité de l’ensemble des étapes de développement avec les équipes internes et les studios (briefs, suivi des maquettes, préparation des réunions…)
- S’assure de la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire pour les différentes présentations (maquettes, mise à jour des présentations suite aux commentaires, tests…)
- Conceptualise en proposant des 1ères trames de présentations abouties (dossier marketing, plateformes, présentation, …)
- Actualise les outils de suivi produit : tableau de gamme, PPC, tableau des discontinuations, …
- Participe aux différentes étapes du 360° (briefs, workshops, retour de briefs, …)
- Travaille « main dans la main » avec les autres départements via des points réguliers pour favoriser les échanges,
Mission 3 : Veille concurrentielle / Prospective
- Participe à des sujets prospectifs transversaux pour développer et enrichir l’expérience client
- Réalise une veille nouveautés internationales avec recommandation de pistes prospectives
- Participe aux Salons Cosmétiques Internationaux afin d'identifier innovations packs/formules
- Réalise une veille des moyens supports nécessaires à soutenir les lancements de son périmètre (échantillon, brochure, PLV, retail…) et met à jour les outils nécessaires à la présentation de ces moyens moteurs
- S'informe des Tendances du moment et partage avec l'équipe (conférences, expositions, web…)

About the Job:
In the APAC Digital, CRM, E-commerce team, the CRM ANALYST, APAC is working closely with the APAC CRM team to embrace & progress new data capabilities for the Group and local
markets. He/she will own the 360 customer analytics for the region, working together with APAC & Global CRM, Data, eCom & Customer Care teams.
He/She will assist in generating insights into member behaviour across touchpoints with the objective of driving customer loyalty.
He/She will be responsible for conducting data analyses on key products/franchises to see the impact on retention, recruitment and cross sell.
He/She will also enhance data literacy in the Region by driving & sharing data projects/tools/analyses beyond CRM teams. As such, he/she will be an expert on Clarins Data Architecture & Flows for APAC and be responsible for all data-related projects.
1. APAC CRM Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Own the end-to-end reporting of CRM KPIs across APAC. Maintain and refresh existing dashboards, while
designing new Tableau dashboards to support evolving business needs.
2. Develop Scalable Reporting Tools
Leverage Tableau and Datalake to create automated, self-serve dashboards that enable local markets to access performance insights efficiently and independently.
3. Campaign Analysis & Member Insights
Enhance analysis capabilities for P1 marketing campaigns and Members Day activations. Deliver actionable insights (Start / Stop / Continue) and identify opportunities for cross-sell and link-sell within CRM segments.
4. Market-Level Analytical
Support Act as a problem-solver for APAC markets by addressing ad hoc data queries that go beyond standard dashboards (e.g., Salescube, Tableau, Qlik).
5. Cross-Functional Business Partnering
Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Marketing, Retail, and others. Ensure alignment and consistency in insights and KPIs.

As part of the E-Commerce Europe team and reporting to the head of E-Store and Category Management Europe, the E-Store Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management of 2 European website.
What you’ll do :
Mission 1: Management and implementation of commercial animation plan
- Participation in the creation and implementation of sales promotion plan
- Coordination with different levers of the Ecommerce team (E-CRM, Acquisition…), working together to optimize results
- Configuration of campaigns (promotions and content) in the E-commerce platform (CMS - SFCC)
- Follow-up of sales target, propose business solutions or activations
- Coordination of the creation of assets with designers to support promotions
- Benchmarking and proposals for business optimization
Mission 2: Catalogue Management
- Follow-up of stock management; anticipate out of stock issues, catalogue update
- Accompany new launches with a dedicated launch plan
- Optimize product catalogue and pages: filters, categorization…
Mission 3: Online merchandising
- Define and implement the e-merchandising strategy in coordination with local subsidiary (according to product launches, trade animations, promotions…)
- Coordinate and optimize the flow of content between the brand team and the subsidiaries
- Continued optimization of Internal Search Engine (SFCC)
- Implement tracking and analyse the performance of campaigns to optimize UX
Mission 4: Reporting on E-Commerce activity
- Daily/monthly/weekly/ad hoc reporting on site activity and key KPIs: orders, turnover, AOV…
Mission 5 : Projects
- Participate in the management of Ecommerce projects
- Regular UAT sessions related to the roll-out of new features and projects
Mission 6 : Regional Role
- Provide ongoing support to the region (e-store management, strategic, resolution of technical issues)
- Coordinate and lead monthly meetings with EU markets to share best practices and help them with local needs and challenges
Mission 7 : UX & CRO optimization
- Lead the CRO strategy for the region (working closely with AB Tasty) and build the EU roadmap
- Accompany other European markets in the deployment of their local CRO strategy
- Adopt a user centric approach to optimize and personalize the customer journey onsite
You are :
- A communicative person with excellent relational skills
