Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and HFM reporting
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and HFM reporting, which may include but not limited to bank, fixed assets, inventory, leases, contracts, payroll and local tax filings, ensuring that financial data is accurately and completely captured in a timely manner and in compliance with all stipulated deadlines and R2R KPIs;
- Prepare and monitor the monthly accruals, provisions and adjustment journals for all business channels;
- Reconcile and monitor the clearing / netting of GL accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data;
- Ensure that intercompany transactions are tracked and matched with intercompany partners (including but not limited to recharge invoices, settlements, payment on behalf, and accruals); and
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and relevant reports for Senior Manager’s review.
Represent Corporate Finance APAC as R2R key user
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve any blocking issues, ensuring that system interface problems and auto postings are properly integrated and fully resolved;
- Recommend best practice to end users across APAC Region and follow through from conception to completion; and
- Assist with the implementation and enhancement of systems, including system testing, monitoring efficiency gains or losses, and supporting other process improvement projects.
Build good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal parties and external parties such as auditors, corporate secretary and government authorities whenever required.
Compliance and business process excellence
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Others
- Take on new portfolio and provide support for any other initiatives and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
You Have:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a renowned global FMCG company within the Luxury Retail or Beauty & Cosmetics industry;
- Good working knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Tax;
- Prior experience in Audit/Tax firms will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in accounting & business intelligence software (e.g. MS Office, Power Automate, Power Desktop, JDE, Infor M3, Workday, Cognos, and/or Hyperion).

- Aktive Teilnahme am Leben der Boutique & Spa und des Teams :
o Umsetzung von Merchandising-Konzepten
o Bearbeiten von Bestellungen, Auffüllen von Beständen und Inventur.
o Sicherstellung von Hygienestandards und Ordnung.
o Mithilfe bei der Organisation der Boutique & Skin Spa-Aktivitäten
o Sich zu einem Verhalten und Auftreten verpflichten, das mit dem Markenimage übereinstimmt und den Richtlinien entspricht
o Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, der Verwaltung von E-Mails und der Führung von Kassenprotokollen.
- Die zur Verfügung gestellten Instrumente und Dokumente nutzen, um: Produktempfehlungen, Instrumente zur Kassen- und Verkaufsverfolgung sowie von der Marke organisierte Aktionen umzusetzen.

Supporting the Head of CRM & Consumer Data to deliver a compelling omnichannel CRM customer activation and retention strategy which increases engagement, retention and CLTV. Managing execution of all automated lifecycle campaigns, reporting on performance and analysing customer drivers and behaviours to deliver key commercial targets. Working closely with the CRM and Digital teams, you’ll support revenue and engagement goals, manage relationships with partners like Wunderkind, and enhance the Club Clarins loyalty programme. Key Responsibilities

Le/La Comptable Fournisseurs est en charge de la gestion du « cycle fournisseurs » et Notes de Frais dans un environnement multi-sociétés.
Il/Elle est également le garant du respect de la règlementation fiscale et parafiscale applicable, ainsi que des délais de règlement dans le cadre de la loi LME.
La mission :
Vous aurez à votre charge les missions suivantes :
- Gérer le cycle fournisseurs : référencement des fournisseurs, imputation comptable et analytique des factures dans une solution dématérialisée, émission des règlements...
- Gestion des Notes de Frais
- Gestion des factures AMEX
- Participer aux travaux de clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
- Répondre aux questions des fournisseurs et des clients internes
- Etablir des déclarations fiscales et parafiscales (Agessa, Maison des Artistes, honoraires DAS2, déclaration d’échanges de biens…)
Vous êtes :
- Issu(e) d'une formation comptable supérieure, de type DUT/BTS
- Rigoureux(se), doté(e) d'un bon relationnel et d'un esprit d'équipe
Vous apportez :
- Au moins 3 années d'expérience dans des fonctions comptables similaires
- Une bonne connaissance des outils suivants :
- Un ou plusieurs logiciels comptables
- Solution de dématérialisation de type Basware
- Processus de gestion des achats P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
- Processus de gestion Notes de Frais, Amex
- Outils bureautiques (Pack Office...) et notamment Excel (TCD, recherchev…)
- D'excellentes connaissances des règles comptables et fiscales françaises sur les opérations avec les fournisseurs (nomenclature des comptes de classe 6 ; différence charge/immobilisation ; TVA sur achats en France, dans l'Union Européenne, et hors UE...)

1. Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Good knowledge in data systems and is proficient in generating comprehensive reports.
- Update weekly & monthly sales report both offline and online channels.
- Track monthly & year-to-date sales performance vs. Sales targets.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy in sales productivity reports by store and staff.
2. Sales Administration
- Consolidate and check monthly staff commission and incentive, submitted timely with proper supporting documents.
- Assist in arranging transportation & accommodation for Sales team.
- Assist in organizing meeting for Sales & Operations team, including attendance lists, meeting room setup, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of store locations, contacts, and staff details.
3. Sell In Management
- Liaise with retailers to ensure the correct allocation of new products and accurate system updates on reference codes, pricing, and trade margins.
4. Project & Licensing
- Manages store-related projects leasing and licensing (including rental, business license applications and/or renewals, roadshow opening).
- Communicates with the Cegid team regarding new store opening codes and handles all related setup requirements.
- Responsible for compiling monthly store maintenance records and coordinating related activities to support smooth store operations.

The role:
You will support the FP&A team by providing the business with analysis and insights in order to drive informed decisions to reach out financial goals and ensure the long-term stability and profitability of the business.
What you’ll do:

- Provide support to business partners through the monthly actuals and budgeting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to finance and business teams. Extract and analyze data from multiple datasets.
- Drive continuous improvement through developing and maintaining reports and processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as needed.

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS – BUDGETING AND STRATEGY
- Process owner of the budget cycle (Budget N+1 and bi-annual revisions) as well as for the year-long reporting (actuals) in order to provide the EVP South East Asia, APAC FP&A Director and all stakeholders with a proper objective framework and instant performance picture.

- Constantly reviews business operations and financial processes, identifies needs to support stakeholders and focuses on strengthening financial intelligence to serve business growth.
- Partners with Singapore Domestic and Agents Teams to gather their insights related to the business performance and proposes improvements in the operational processes to ensure compliance and agility to the organization.
- Ability to simplify esoteric financial information to develop a collective sense of financial responsibilities across departments.
- Rigorously aims at improving work productivity and reporting efficiency.
- Aims at maintaining communication dynamics among stakeholders, finds the right measures and reporting format for the business.
- Organizes regular overall financial review (involving all stakeholders) or punctually targeted audience meetings (specific launch, P&L line focus, geographic zone…) always aiming at empowering collective ownership and management decision-making.
GETTING THE BASICS RIGHT – TIME MANAGEMENT & TOOLING
- Enables the timely processing of transactions, ongoing coding education, and accruals spread management and expense tracker alignment to produce the closest to reality MTD/YTD P&L upload possible.
- Facilitates books closing in the most effective and timely manner to allow qualitative time for variation analysis and dialogue.
- Financial dashboard custodian ensures about the collective responsibility to maintain constant information feed while improving sustainability, simplicity and accessibility. The dashboard encompasses the following reporting tools among others:
- Net invoicing by franchise and by channel of distribution
- Top line provisions follow up
- Expense Budget Tracker monitoring
- P&L by channel (e-commerce, retail, domestic) with focus on cost allocation
- P&L by customer
- A&P investments and COGS mix tracking
- Price structure and retail coefficient by type of product
- Forecast valorization and S&OP finance KPIs
- Billing price management
- ROI analysis (e.g. new boutiques opening)

OPTIMIZATION:
- Track the financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
- Embark stakeholders in a perpetual cost optimization journey in all business areas to reallocate financial means where leverage is.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement authorities to engage dialogue and collective responsibility.
- Take an active role in constructively challenging forecast meetings and methodology ahead of S&OP sign-off meetings.
- Assist pricing/distributor margin determination to protect value despite external constraints (Competition, Forex, Retailers / Geographic Mix).
COMMUNICATION - EDUCATE, ENGAGE, CIRCULATE:
- Circulate tooling, methodologies across structures and exchange with Regional and Global counterparts for best practices inspiration.
- Permanently challenging the status quo, anticipate projections and invite to corrective actions thinking.
- Educate on “Why / How” tools implementation and maintain a documented system of working policies and procedures.
- Ensure tooling sustainability in accordance with team expectations and group internal audit recommendations.

COLLABORATION TO SUPPORT LEGAL ENTITY AND APAC REPORTING:
- Provide inputs (e.g. numbers and comments) in relation to SEA markets to Regional APAC team for monthly and budget consolidation, including but not limited to Net Invoicing and P&L.
- Actively collaborates with Accounting team to ensure entries are correctly booked and comply with the Group analytical classification manual.
- Act as custodian for pricing maintenance in the system in relation to the Singapore Domestic/Agents business.
- Support in annual audit and tax for matters in relation to Singapore Domestic/Agents.
You Have:
- Business degree, technically skilled and mathematically inclined with an-all rounded business understanding and acumen
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A functions covering regional role for sizable companies preferably specialized in the beauty, retail or FMCG industry ideally in the APAC region.

As part of the IT Infrastructure, Cyber and Market (IT ICM) team of the group's Information Systems, the system & network administrator is responsible for:
- Maintaining the services and solutions in place in operational conditions (administration, supervision, application updates of equipment, systems, and software, etc.)
- And support for all infrastructure elements and more generally all technical elements implemented by the group Information Systems department
- He/she participates in improving the operational service, protecting the information system (Application Hosting, Integration Platform, Servers, Workstation, Firewall, WAN, LAN, Video Conference, Remote Access, Internet Filtering, POI, DMZ, etc.) and implementing the various standards in coordination with project manager and local teams
What you’ll do :
Mission 1 : Operational Management
- Lead and supervises the central/global operation, maintain architecture and standards of the clouds, servers, network, telecom and video conference infrastructure elements and services for which he or she is responsible
- Manage/Lead on daily basis the main strategic suppliers (Cisco, Meraki , Cloud Solution like Integration Platform ...) and animate relevant meeting required (e.g ITSM,…)
- Supports application, technical and support teams at the international level
- Controls and manages level 2 and level 3 incidents in collaboration with local IT Service Desk and directly in relation with end users
- Develop, Maintain, and enforce processes with Service Providers and IT Teams to facilitate operational tasks in using standards of the markets (e.g ITIL Service Management)
- Ensures the interface between internal teams and subcontractors (Operations, WAN, cloud solutions, etc.) with whom she/he is in direct contact
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (e.g Activities, SLA…)
- Responsible to lead resolution of problem / to organize troubleshooting session with relevant people to solve major problem
- Configures and installs network equipment or software when applicable (example: Configuration of Servers, Identity Management solution, Firewalls, Switches or Routers; Installation/uninstallation of equipment in computer bays including the patching of network cables; Installation of software or virtual machines in environments Clarins…)
- Occasionally travels to all Clarins sites (approximately 1 trip per month) to ensure deployments and maintenance or support operations. Intervenes potentially outside working hours or on weekends for maintenance operations
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding service level metrics on reliability, availability, scalability and performance
Mission 2 : Project Support & Coordination
- Participation in the implementation of technical projects (Identify tasks to perform, evaluate efforts and timing required, contribute in her/his area to the realization of tasks required…)
- Identify the needs & technical means necessary for the implementation of a project
- List, plan activities related to projects or requests with the different stakeholders
- Propose solutions to integrate the need into the environment (Infrastructure & Security) of Clarins Infrastructure
- Support the implementation of solutions with internal teams and different subsidiaries
- Produce technical documentation (DAT, DEX) for the solutions implemented
- Collaborate with CLARINS IT teams and internal clients (business project support)
- Supervise and manage external service providers who maintain systems and work on the implementation of technical solutions
- Follow the internal project methodology
Mission 3 : Apply, Enforce & Control System & Network Policy & Standards
- Ensures the proper implementation and application of the standards defined by the group
- Follow the group technology governance and enhancement the governance when needed
- Documents the technical solutions put in place and ensures that the documentation is updated during developments and/or implementation of corrective actions
- Works in collaboration with the CISO to ensure the implementation of the security policy
- Be a driving force of proposal in improving processes, standards, and services
Mission 4 : Reporting/Communication
- Be responsible for reporting technical activities to the System and Networks manager

Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur Chef Gérant Cuisinant.
Ce véritable chef d’orchestre assurera le bon fonctionnement du restaurant d’entreprise avec une équipe composée de 7 personnes, afin de servir en moyenne 300 couverts par jour. Le Chef sera le garant, dans la composition de ses menus, de la philosophie de notre fondateur Jacques Courtin, en proposant des repas variés, équilibrés, sains et de saison.
Ses missions principales seront :
Être le garant de la délivrance de la prestation quotidienne au sein de nos points de restauration
- Effectue les commandes journalières auprès des fournisseurs et négocie les tarifs.
- Est responsable de la bonne livraison de la marchandise.
- Effectue des contrôles de qualité et fraîcheur sur les produits livrés.
- Est garant du respect de la chaîne du froid et du stockage des denrées alimentaires selon les normes HACCP.
- Est le responsable de toute la production chaude et froide.
- Est garant de la bonne marche de la production.
- Est force de proposition sur des journées à thème.
Manage une équipe opérationnelle
- Manage opérationnellement l’équipe : Planning, organisation du travail et des priorités…
- Gère la performance et l’évolution des compétences de l’équipe en lien avec la politique RH de l’entreprise.
- Anime les réunions hebdomadaires d’équipe et établit un compte-rendu.
- Supervise les différents points de restauration, fixe les priorités et assure le bon déroulement des services.
- Participe à la réunion mensuelle du département et présente les chiffres clés du mois.
Gère les points de restauration
- Effectue le suivi et vérifie la matérialité des factures dans notre logiciel Workday.
- Etablit un tableau de bord mensuel de l’activité et le partage avec l’équipe.
- Participe à la réalisation du budget prévisionnel du point de vente.
- Est le garant du respect des budgets alloués pour son service.
- Réalise et négocie les achats auprès des différents fournisseurs référencés et veille au juste rapport qualité/prix.
Est le garant de l’hygiène et de la sécurité alimentaire
- Est le garant du respect et de la bonne application des règles de sécurité et d’hygiène.
- Veille au suivi et au respect de toutes les procédures du Plan de Maitrise Sanitaire
- Etablit le plan de nettoyage chaque semaine
- Est le référent lors des différents contrôles sanitaires
- Doit s’assurer de la formation aux règles HACCP par l’équipe.
Pour mener à bien ces missions nous recherchons une personne ayant une formation de type BTS Hôtellerie/Restauration ou Bac professionnel Restauration et disposant d’une expérience réussie de minimum 10 ans idéalement dans une structure de restauration collective et sélective.
Notre futur Chef devra être un bon cuisinant et maîtriser les différentes techniques culinaires. Il devra maitriser parfaitement les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire. Il sera également un bon manager d’équipe, maitrisera les chiffres culinaires et sera à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (pack office).
Outre ses compétences techniques, nous attachons beaucoup d’importance également à la personnalité de notre futur Chef. Nous souhaitons un excellent communicant avec de réelles capacités relationnelles. Rigeur et qualités rédactionnelles sont également attendues pour ce poste.
