Clarins Group chooses Troyes as the location for its second production plant

A second production site to allow Clarins to further secure its production and provide the group with the necessary capacities to develop its cosmetics offer.

The Clarins group has chosen to set up its new cosmetics production site in Sainte-Savine in the Parc du Grand Troyes, France.

This will be the group’s second production site, in addition to the one in Pontoise.

Construction should start by the end of February, with production scheduled to begin in autumn 2024.

This major project on a 13.5-hectare site will eventually represent a total investment of around 135 million euros.

The site will be in line with Clarins’ CSR commitments. It will meet the HQE (high environmental quality) “excellent” criteria.

This new site will allow Clarins to further secure its production and provide the group with the necessary capacities to develop its cosmetics offer.

The Clarins Group would like to thank the various local actors who have played a driving role in this project.

Jonathan Zrihen, President and CEO of the Clarins Group said:

“Our ambitious roadmap involves doubling our production, which leads us today to the implementation of a second site. As a French company, the Clarins Group has always chosen to favour “made in France” and short supply chain. This is why we are pleased to announce the imminent arrival of our new production plant in Sainte-Savine where we will contribute to local employment”.
