I’ve always been drawn to environments where strategy, people and execution intersect. My role allows me to connect different perspectives and help transform complexity into action.

Can you briefly share your professional journey?

My career started in Finance, but over time I became increasingly involved in transformation, systems and business operations. I joined Clarins ANZ as Financial Controller in 2023 and was later assigned as Finance Stream Lead and Change Management Agent for REBOOT, our global transformation project. Supporting its post go-live phase for Operations and Supply Chain as local PMO and the launch of the first Clarins boutique in Australia, gave me broader exposure across functions and naturally led me into commercial operations.

What has been one of the most rewarding achievements so far?

Being recognised during Clarins’ Values Awards, including a nomination for Authenticity and receiving the Values All-Rounder award, was particularly meaningful to me. It reinforced the importance of collaboration, transparency and staying true to your values while supporting the business.

Can you share a personal motto that inspires you?

One principle that guides me is staying grounded in reality while still making space for ambition, growth and new ideas. I believe meaningful work goes beyond immediate delivery. What matters most to me is creating something that others can continue building, improving and evolving over time.
