CDD à pourvoir dès début Mars 2026 jusqu’à fin Décembre 2026. Basé à Paris 17ème.
Le/la chef.fe de projets Coordination Catalogue Clarins a pour mission principale de faciliter et fiabiliser le processus de modification catalogue (reformulation et modification packaging) : Il/elle assure un rôle de support et de chef d’orchestre de l’équipe projet en supervisant les différentes étapes. Le/la chef.fe de projets manage transversalement les métiers impliqués dans les modifications des produits.
La mission :
Dans un contexte où les exigences règlementaires sont de plus en plus nombreuses, l’équipe se renforce avec le recrutement d’un/une chef.fe de projet coordination catalogue qui a pour principales missions de :
- Collecter toutes les modifications nécessaires sur les références catalogue et préparer le support de présentation pour validation par la direction,
- Partager les grands jalons des nouveaux projets après estimation avec son manager en fonction des modèles de la Marque,
- Construire, mettre à jour régulièrement le planning, suivre les étapes clés du développement,
- Organiser et animer les réunions d'avancement projet (Comité de Pilotage / close teams),
- Mettre en œuvre et suivre les plans d'actions en cas de dérive ou de problème rencontrés lors du projet et assurer le bon niveau de communication et reporting en transmettant les éléments permettant les arbitrages et décisions ;
- Dans le cadre d’un changement de référence validé pour une modification, assurer la mise en place et le suivi de celui-ci en collaboration avec les équipes concernées (PMD, Supply et Données Techniques (DT)),
- Assurer le suivi des ordres de modifications techniques post-lancement (règlementaire/pack/artworks…) avec les différentes équipes métiers et les DT,
- Se positionner en tant que référent sur les projets qui lui sont confiés,
- Contribuer à la mise à jour des données permettant l’extraction d’indicateurs de performance des processus catalogue et réalise des retours d'expériences projet,
En supplément de ses Rôles et Responsabilités et en cas de nécessité liée à une surcharge d'activité, le/la chef.fe de projet catalogue sera amené.e à effectuer d'autres missions temporaires telles que :
- Piloter les modifications des artworks primaires et secondaires des produits ventes et satellites selon les processus définis en interne
- Se positionner en tant que référent.e sur le projet
- Participer aux workshops hebdomadaires
- Piloter le suivi de projet (Copil)
- Piloter le suivi de projet dans l’outil de gestion (02T)
Globalement le/la chef.fe de projet Coordination Catalogue veillera à :
- Fédérer et challenger l'ensemble des métiers dans la recherche du bon équilibre entre les solutions et moyens mis en œuvre vs les enjeux et la priorité du projet ;
- Mettre en œuvre et suivre les plans d'actions en cas de dérive ou de problème rencontrés lors du projet et assurer le bon niveau de communication et reporting en transmettant les éléments permettant les arbitrages et décisions ;
- Assurer un rôle de support à l’équipe projet pour l’utilisation de O2T et être force de proposition pour des optimisations de l'outil ou des modèles de planning ;
- Contribuer à la mise à jour des données permettant l’extraction d’indicateurs de performance du processus et réaliser des retours d'expérience projet.
- Relancer les différents métiers sous forme d’alertes afin de garantir les respects des timings via O2T.
Vous êtes :
- Doté.e d’un bon esprit d’équipe et avez une réelle capacité à fédérer
- Doté.e d’un excellent relationnel, êtes un.e bon.ne communiquant.e
- Synthétique, analytique et rigoureux.se
- Apte à gérer les changements et les imprévus et avez de bonnes qualités organisationnelles
- Orienté⸱e clients et orienté⸱e résultats
Vous apportez :
- Un diplôme de niveau bac+5 de type école de commerce ou ingénieur.
- Une très bonne connaissance du monde industriel et des différents acteurs de la chaine de développement produit cosmétique.
- Une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans dans des fonctions similaires.
- De solides compétences en gestion de projets.
- Une bonne connaissance des outils du Pack Office (Excel notamment) et avez une forte sensibilité avec les systèmes d’information.
- Un niveau d’anglais professionnel.

About the Job
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic (Assistant) CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship efforts. You are a leader who possesses a "system-wide view" of the business and a deep understanding of the end-to-end consumer journey. You will not only manage the day-to-day member operations but also serve as the architect for our data flows and system integrations.
As a people manager, you will lead a team consisting of one CRM Specialist and one Intern, ensuring that data-driven insights are translated into impactful brand experiences.
What You’ll Do
1. Data Strategy, Process & Analysis
- System Architecture: Maintain a holistic view of the CRM ecosystem; ensure seamless data flow between touchpoints.
- Advanced Analytics: Transform raw data into actionable insights to improve retention, CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and ROI.
- Data Governance: Oversee data hygiene and processing protocols to ensure accuracy across all marketing platforms.
2. Systems Integration & Project Management
- Global-Local Integration: Lead the localization and implementation of new Global Headquarters (HQ) systems into the local market.
- MarTech Evolution: Act as the key point of contact for technical troubleshooting and system enhancements, ensuring local needs are met during global rollouts.
3. Membership Program Management
- Program Lifecycle: Strategy and execution of membership tiers, benefits, and exclusive loyalty activities.
- Operational Excellence: Guide and mentor the CRM Specialist in inventory and stock management, including accurate forecasting and distribution (allocation) of member-exclusive gifts or products to counters.
4. Brand & Product Campaign Communication
- Omni-channel Orchestration: Develop and integrate all brand-to-member communications across SMS and LINE.
- Personalization: Utilize consumer journey mapping to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time.
About you:
- Experience: 4–6 years in CRM or database marketing; experience in retail/beauty industry is a plus
- System Thinking: Proven ability to see the "Big Picture" and understand how different business units and data points interconnect.
- Consumer Centricity: Expert knowledge of Consumer Journey Mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Data Fluency: Strong mathematical mindset with a deep understanding of data flows and backend logic. Experience with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale system migrations or software implementations.
- Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken).

The role:
Delivering treatments and exceptional client care, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Clarins (UK) Ltd treatment guidelines
- Be responsible for selling the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage of recommended homecare products both within the Spa and when promoting the brand on counter
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained in the Clarins treatment room, reception and laundry area

Core Responsibilities
- Territory & Strategic Management
- Design and optimize call cycles using Skynamo and other CRM tools to maximize coverage and conversion.
- Develop annual and quarterly territory growth strategies (competitor analysis, opportunity forecasting).

- Own targets and sales responsibility: drive revenue growth and profitability while managing returns and stock.
- Use analytics (Re-Cap, Weekly Files, CRM insights) to forecast trends and create actionable performance plans.
- Negotiate merchandising expansions, in-store Second Point Of Sale and strategic partnerships to exceed targets.
- Lead weekly/monthly performance reporting and audits; implement corrective actions where required.
- Marketing Plan Execution & Events
- Execute national and regional marketing plans, including new product launches and in-store activations.
- Identify and coordinate event opportunities (product demos, pop-ups, Make Overs) to drive footfall and new customer acquisition.
- Measure event ROI and integrate learnings into territory planning in collaboration with Trade Marketing Manager.
- Stakeholder & Market Leadership
- Build and maintain retail relationships; lead joint business reviews and negotiate shared growth initiatives.

- Finance, ROI & Resource Management
- Manage territory budgets and expense allocations (cell, petrol, events); forecast and control financial variances.
- Track promotion/event ROI and adjust investment to maximize profitability and acquisition.
- Process, Compliance & Risk Governance
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Policy, company policies and legislative requirements.
- Drive risk mitigation, ensure data integrity in reporting and own ad-hoc executive reporting and special projects.

Skills & Experience Required
- 5–8+ years in retail sales with progressive responsibility; 3+ years in managerial role.

- Advanced skills in negotiation, data analytics, reporting and executive communication.
- Deep knowledge of the beauty/cosmetic industry, merchandising and marketing execution.
- Matric certificate required; degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management & Growth
· Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with Clarins South Africa’s commercial, category, and brand objectives.
· Translate consumer insights, category performance, and market trends into actionable account strategies within the South African prestige beauty landscape.
· Identify and unlock growth opportunities across distribution, assortment, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution.
· Build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with key retail accounts such as Woolworths, Dis-Chem, department stores, and selected independents.
Commercial Performance & Financial Management
· Deliver and exceed sell-in, market share, and profitability targets per account.
· Own the account-level P&L, ensuring disciplined trade spend management, promotional efficiency, and strong ROI.
· Partner closely with the Business and Retail Analyst to align sell-in plans with sell-out realities, identifying risks and opportunities early.
· Collaborate with Supply Chain to drive accurate forecasting, optimal stock levels, and minimal out-of-stocks or overstocks.
Negotiation & Relationship Management
· Build strong, credible relationships with Buyers, Category Managers, and Senior Retail Stakeholders.
· Align support negotiations with marketing and field teams on distribution, space, promotional activity, and innovation launches, ensuring alignment with Clarins’ premium positioning.
· Conduct regular business and performance reviews, tracking progress against KPIs, and agreed objectives.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters relating to assigned accounts.
Brand Excellence & In-Store Execution
· Ensure flawless execution of the Clarins brand image across all retail touchpoints.
· Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Field Teams to deliver Clarins standards.
· Participate in reviewing planograms, merchandising guidelines, visibility, and space allocation to maximise share of shelf while protecting brand equity.
· Coordinate and execute key commercial moments aligned to the South African retail calendar (Festive, Black Friday, Mother’s Day, Heritage Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
Data, Insights & Reporting
· Leverage retailer data (e.g. department store reports, internal sell-out data) to monitor performance and trends.
· Translate data into clear, actionable insights to inform forecasts, sell-in strategy, and account plans.
· Partner with the Business Analyst to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and strong performance narratives for leadership.
