Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre notre équipe Support & Expertise produit en collaboration avec les équipes Qualité.
Alors que les défis techniques et les exigences réglementaires (Europe & international) s’intensifient, la capacité à maîtriser et prévoir la stabilité des produits cosmétiques est un avantage stratégique majeur.
Votre mission principale sera d’établir une méthodologie d’analyse rapide et fiable permettant d’évaluer l’impact des non-conformités de fabrication sur la stabilité des produits. Vous contribuerez directement à accélérer la prise de décision qualité et la remise en production sécurisée.
Dans le cadre de ce stage, vous utiliserez un Lumisizer équipé de la technologie « Step Technology » afin d’accélérer et d’analyser la stabilité des formulations. En appliquant différents paliers de force centrifuge contrôlée, l’appareil permet d’enregistrer des profils optiques en fonction du temps et de la position. Ces données permettent d’identifier rapidement les phénomènes de sédimentation, de coalescence ou de séparation de phase, de mesurer les vitesses de migration et de déterminer les seuils critiques de déstabilisation. Ces essais rapides permettront ainsi de générer des indicateurs directement exploitables par les équipes Qualité et Production.
La mission :
- Réaliser des essais formules selon un plan d’expérience défini
- Caractériser les échantillons à l’aide d’outils analytiques : Lumisizer, rhéologie, DSC (calorimétrie différentielle à balayage)
- Analyser et exploiter les données expérimentales (statistiques, visualisation)
- Mettre en place et valider une méthode de screening de stabilité
- Rédiger des rapports d’impact et guide d’alerte pour la qualité/production
- Proposer des recommandations pour optimiser la stratégie de traitement des non-conformités et de détermination de shelf life.
Vous êtes :
- En préparation d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur / master en chimie, science des polymères, formulation cosmétique ou équivalent)
- Autonome, proactif(ve) et curieux(se)
- Passionné(e) par les corrélations comportements et propriétés formules
Vous apportez :
- Des compétences en analyses de produits cosmétiques (en particulier des techniques optiques et physico-chimiques)
- Des compétences en mise en place de méthodes, plan de tests et analyses de données (Excel, logiciel de statistique).
- Une bonne connaissance des produits cosmétiques et des enjeux de stabilité (en particulier la résistance au crémage et à la sédimentation)
- Une bonne capacité de communication écrite et orale

Mission 1: Ensure Financial Integrity through GL Accounting & HFM Reporting
- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and HFM reporting, which may include but not limited to bank, fixed assets, inventory, leases, contracts, payroll and local tax filings, ensuring that financial data is accurately and completely captured in a timely manner and in compliance with all stipulated deadlines and R2R KPIs;
- Prepare and monitor the monthly accruals, provisions and adjustment journals for all business channels;
- Reconcile and monitor the clearing / netting of GL accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data;
- Ensure that intercompany transactions are tracked and matched with intercompany partners (including but not limited to recharge invoices, settlements, payment on behalf, and accruals); and
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and relevant reports for Manager’s review.
Mission 2: Support Process & System Efficiency as R2R Key User
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve any blocking issues, ensuring that system interface problems and auto postings are properly integrated and fully resolved;
- Support the APAC region by executing standardized best practices and assisting with system implementations;
- Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, monitoring efficiency impacts, and supporting process improvement projects.
Mission 3: Ensure Full Regulatory Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Apply standardized accounting principles to daily workflows to maintain robust control standards.
Mission 4: Support Finance & Business Priorities
- Collaborate closely with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team to perform reconciliations for O2C-related Balance Sheet accounts
- Assist the Manager in liaising with internal parties and external stakeholders (such as auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries) by preparing accurate schedules and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support internal teams on business initiatives, and ongoing finance priorities as assigned by the Manager
You Have:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant GL/R2R accounting experience, preferably within FMCG, luxury retail, beauty or cosmetics.
- Audit or professional accounting firm experience will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS and basic corporate tax requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems such as Workday, HFM and Infor M3.
- Good understanding of GL accounting, month-end closing, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Le poste :
La personne titulaire du poste effectue les opérations quotidiennes du centre de distribution : préparation des commandes, emballage/expédition, réception, inventaire et traitement des retours. Il veille au respect des procédures et atteint les objectifs de performance.
La mission :
Dans un contexte où nous voulons offrir un service de qualité exceptionnel à nos partenaires et clients, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Préparation de commandes
- Préparer les commandes à l’aide d’un chariot et d’un lecteur optique.
- Déposer les boîtes sur le convoyeur.
- Atteindre les objectifs de performance.
Emballage / Expédition
- Préparer les boîtes pour l’expédition (protection, étiquetage).
- Piler les boîtes sur les palettes.
- Imprimer les documents d’expédition (BOL).
- Sécuriser les palettes à l’aide de la tour à wrap.
- Remplir les remorques et préparer les envois manuels.
Réception de marchandise
- Dépiler, trier et réceptionner les marchandises selon la procédure.
Inventaire
- Veiller à l’exactitude des inventaires; s’assurer que les actions requises sont effectuées.
- Effectuer des décomptes cycliques au besoin.
Retours / Reconditionnement
- Traiter les retours provenant des détaillants.
- Vérifier l’état des produits et leur lot; reconditionner si nécessaire.
Vous apportez :
- Expérience en entrepôt ou en manutention souhaitée.
- Capacité à utiliser un lecteur optique (gun RF) et un chariot.
- Capacité physique : soulever des charges et rester debout.
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et respect des procédures.
- Esprit d’équipe et bonne capacité d’apprentissage.

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development
You are:

- A confident and articulate communicator
- Customer-focused and results-oriented

You have:
- 2 Years background in a management role – ideally in a beauty or retail
- Significant experience in a Beauty retail or Spa environment

The role:
Delivering treatments and exceptional client care, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Clarins (UK) Ltd treatment guidelines
- Be responsible for selling the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage of recommended homecare products both within the Spa and when promoting the brand on counter
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained in the Clarins treatment room, reception and laundry area
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty

- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
You have:
- NVQ 2 & 3 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification
- Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills

Main Job Responsibilities
The Beauty Coach is an ambassador of the brand's uniqueness. A key part of this role is educating customers on Clarins "unlimited" philosophy. Delivering excellent customer care- listening to & understanding customer concerns- and participates to Clarins "unlimited" customers' attention. Giving personalised beauty advice ensures that each customer feels valued and unique and executing counter events- maximizing new launches and establishing customer loyalty.
1) Delivering the best Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony
• Lead the consultation and personalize the beauty rituals
• Demonstrate the products in line with the Clarins protocols
• Offer cross-sell and cross-sampling
• Handle product objections
2) Knowing and managing your customer
• Systematically collect and record and maintain accurate customers' data information- observing confidentiality
• Support any CRM activities decided at store level
3) Knowing your offer
• Deliver products combination and product alternative proposals
• Remain informed of brand information and share the relevant information with customers
4) New Customer Recruitment
• Customer data information collection
• Follow beauty trends and competitors' news
• Share the brand's 360° presence- promoting brand's social media and e-commerce availability
5) Driving business performance
• Understand sales KPI's
• Report daily sales
• Daily Admin Function (tracking- monitoring- planning & reporting)
6) Ensuring operations excellence
• Apply everyday grooming- styling standards and guidelines- Clarins uniform to be worn at all times (hair- uniform- nails- make-up look- e-attitude)- maintain a high level of personal hygiene
• Execute POS process and correctly
7) Ensuring POS attractiveness
• Participate to POS administration and ensure a high standard of hygiene
• Execute merchandising guidelines in the store
• Maintain optimum level of stocks- testers- samples and disposable sales tools
• Contribute to the perfect execution of launches
