The role:
Responsible for the range planning, pricing, forecasting and stock management for our UK Retail Outlets alongside the demand forecasting and inventory management for our MyBlend brand.
What you’ll do:
Demand & Supply Planning for Retail Outlet Channel
- Demand forecasting, ordering and inventory management for Outlets in line with KPIs including fill rate/service level, forecast accuracy and stock coverage
- Working closely with our Supply Chain & Retail Commercial teams to ensure that targets are met and assist in the resolution of issues/gaps in the process
- Regular review of future demand forecasts, using historical demand alongside marketing and commercial insight to improve forecast accuracy and drive product availability
- Responsible for advising on stock and supply risks, including both product shortages and over stocks and stock depreciation
- Regular review and manipulation of inventory parameters within M3 to optimise inventory levels and support stockholding targets
- Supporting the S&OP process with relevant data, reporting and analysis
Range Planning and Strategy for Retail Outlet Channel
- Plays a key role in delivering the range strategy for UK outlets
- Construct range plans for each retail outlet in each selling period taking into consideration pipeline of slow moving or obsolete stock, full price requirements and value pack strategy and buy plan
- Working closely with Commercial teams to agree pricing strategy to drive sales and support margin delivery
- Regular data analysis to expose RRP and range insights that can be used to drive improvements
- Instrumental in planning and setting up purchase and stock budgets for UK outlets
Responsibility for execution of operational tasks to drive store replenishment
- Product set up and manage inventory on Retail Management and POS systems
- Liaise with retail teams to monitor, reconcile and address stock levels, ensure replenishment orders are raised and delivered to Outlets in line with the dispatch plan
- Own the Outlet replenishment process and ensure backoffice systems are optimized through acquiring a deep understanding of its functionality.
Demand and Supply Planning for myBlend
- Demand forecasting, ordering and inventory management for MyBlend brand in line with KPIs including fill rate/service level, forecast accuracy and stock coverage

- Work in collaboration with Global planning teams and UK distribution team to deliver UK requirements

- Drive process improvements through collaboration with key stakeholders and implement S&OP.
You are :
- Highly literate and numerate, with advanced Excel skills.
- Able to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
- Self-motivator with a good knowledge of the operation
- Effective communicator across all levels and with suppliers.
- Advocate of change, best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep up to date with latest industry trends and legislation
You have:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a Demand & Supply planning role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet budget targets in line with business cost objectives
- Proven experience of delivering tangible improvements.

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Genuinely looking forward to new challenges
You have:
- 2 Years background in a management role – ideally in a beauty or retail
- Significant experience in a Beauty retail or Spa environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability of coaching and motivating a team
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
