The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.

Le poste :

Au sein de la Direction Supply Chain Central – ADV notre mission principale est de servir au mieux les marchés dans les délais impartis, afin de garantir un taux de service à nos clients internes et externes (Filiales, B to B, DTC) tout en optimisant notre niveau de stock.
Le gestionnaire de commandes a pour rôle de consolider et coordonner l’approvisionnement des marchés dont il a la responsabilité. Cette personne constitue un maillon essentiel du processus de commandes ainsi que le lien entre les marchés et l’entrepôt principal du groupe (Amiens).
Au sein de l’équipe central Supply Chain, vous ferez équipe avec les Distribution planners afin de maximiser le taux de service du Groupe.
La mission :
Gestion de projet :
- Participer aux phases de test et à l’atterrissage de notre nouvelle organisation Supply Chain Europe
- Travailler sur les supports de formation / Standard Operation Procedure et accompagner le changement de l’équipe et du process
- Participer à l’intégration de nouvelles filiales en livraison directe
Analyse et Exécution :
- Être un point de contact dédié pour une zone, un groupe de marchés en Livraison Directe et Filiale à stock
- Analyser les demandes de réapprovisionnements et suivre l’affectation des stocks et du taux de service
- Donner les instructions de préparation et les priorités à notre centrale logistique internationale en assurant le respect du plan de préparation pour garantir une activité constante à la logistique physique
- Vérifier et confirmer la mise à disposition des stocks (dans un horizon court et moyen terme) et remonter les risques de stock faible et ruptures auprès des Filiales et communiquer les prochaines disponibilités
- Travailler avec les Distribution Planners et Quota Planners pour confirmer la demande des clients
- Suivi des stocks résiduels en fin de mois et/ou fin d’opération
- Remonter toutes suggestions visant à améliorer le service et à diminuer le stock
Vous êtes :
- Une personne proactive, appréciant prendre des initiatives et ayant le sens du service
- Doté.e d’un esprit de synthèse et d’analyse, avec une appétence pour la manipulation de données
- Reconnu.e pour votre gestion des priorités, votre diplomatie et sens de la confidentialité
- Rigoureux.se et autonome, vous êtes doté.e de capacités d’organisation et d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles

Vous apportez :
- Une première expérience de 6 mois réussie dans le domaine de la Supply Chain
- La préparation d’un diplôme de type Bac +4 ou Bac +5 en école d’ingénieur / de commerce avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain
- Une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et notamment d’Excel
- Un niveau courant en français (écrit et oral) et un niveau professionnel en anglais

Your Impact
At Clarins, finance plays a vital role not only in operational excellence but also in shaping the strategic direction of our business. As Senior Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the country’s finance function—including core accounting, FP&A, cash flow and controls—while being empowered by regional expertise and outsourced support in areas such as tax, legal, audit, IT, and procurement. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role ideal for an agile, hands-on finance leader looking to drive business performance in a fast-paced beauty and retail environment.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Business Partnering
Serve as a key advisor to the General Manager and senior leadership, providing financial insights, risk assessments and commercial recommendations.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast process in alignment with regional and business objectives.
Guide investment decisions through ROI modelling and scenario planning for key projects (e.g. new store openings, pricing strategies, cost optimizations).
Drive operational KPIs and partner closely with sales, marketing and supply chain teams to support growth.
Finance Operations, Reporting & Controls
Oversee day-to-day finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, monthly close, treasury, and working capital (DSO, DPO, DSI).
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and ensure timely submission to the regional and global teams.
Lead internal controls, audit readiness, and accurate statutory filings.
Streamline cost and reporting processes with a strong focus on efficiency and governance.
Supervise procurement oversight and coordinate with supply chain on inventory accuracy.
Legal, Audit, Tax & IT Support (via Regional/Outsourced Model)
Act as local coordinator between Malaysia entity and regional/legal teams for corporate governance, contract review and compliance.
Support statutory audit and corporate tax filings with external providers and regional tax experts.
Collaborate with APAC IT team on infrastructure support and system upgrades, ensuring operational continuity across office, retail, and eCommerce channels.
People Leadership
Lead, mentor and upskill a small team including the Business Controller and Finance Executive.
Establish clear KPIs and foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and collaboration.
Ensure smooth team operations and succession planning during the contract period.
About You
Education & Certification
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CA/CPA certified preferred
Experience
10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience
Strong exposure to commercial finance, FP&A and strategic business partnering
Background in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred
Experience in handling project-based roles or interim leadership responsibilities is a plus
Mindset & Skills
Agile, hands-on, and able to navigate ambiguity
Strong stakeholder management and assertive communication style
Executive presence with a solution-oriented approach
Confident working in a matrix structure with regional support
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
Tools & Technical Skills

1) Delivering the best Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony to customers
• Lead the consultation and personalize the beauty ritual, understanding customers' concerns

• Offer cross-sell and cross-sample recommendations to customers
• Handle product objections and overcome selling challenges
• Conduct one-to-one remote consultations based on Distance Care principles
2) Knowing and managing your customer

• Support any CRM activities decided at store level (use the recall system)

• Deliver products combination and product alternative proposals

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the customer service experience by ensuring all customer interactions are seamless, best in class, and handled in a timely manner
- Connect, service and build relationships with customers across multiple channels of communication including; phone, email and live chat in a timely manner.
- Promote a thorough and up to date knowledge of all products and services to become a brand expert
- Be across all product launches, marketing initiatives and customer communication touchpoints
- Assist with a variety of inquiries related to website navigation, customer orders, product information, 3PL and Loyalty Program enquiries.
- Provide input to optimise the Clarins app and website search and FAQs page based on customer feedback
- Assist with store inquiries related to stock availability, customer service and feedback
- Identify customer service trends and suggest initiatives that could help improve the customer experience
- Collaborate closely with supply‑chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of all orders through the system
About You
- You bring a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- You have 1-2 years of contact centre or customer service experience
- You are a confident communicator and love customers
- You are confident with the Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook and Excel etc.)
- You have experience with Zendesk or similar programs.
- You are a Brand Ambassador and Customer Centric in all you do

The role:
Delivering treatments and exceptional client care, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Clarins (UK) Ltd treatment guidelines

DEINE MISSION:
Als Merchandising Manager & Data Analyst (m/w/d) bei CLARINS Österreich planst und realisiert du den Markenauftritt am POS gemäß internationalen Richtlinien und lokalen Anforderungen. Darüber hinaus wertest du Verkaufsdaten als Grundlage aus und bist für das Datenmanagement der Marke (Datenpflege) verantwortlich.
DAS ERWARTET DICH:
- Du kümmerst dich um die Planung und Umsetzung des Markenauftritts am POS, sowohl im Bereich Hautpflege als auch Make-up, unter Berücksichtigung internationaler Richtlinien und individueller (Kunden-)Bedürfnisse
- Du erstellst effektive und attraktive Planogramme auf Basis eines fundierten Category Managements und einer kundenorientierten Navigation
- Die Bewertung/Analyse des Sortiments und des Lagerbestands sowie der Effizienz des POS-Materials bei Kund:innen gemäß den Markenrichtlinien und der Sell-out-Entwicklung liegt in deiner Hand
- Du leistest deinen Beitrag zu Handelsaktivitäten/Werbeaktionen und Veranstaltungen mit visuellen Merchandising-Tools (Displays, spezifische Präsentationsformen, Regalelemente, Podeste usw.)
- Du verantwortest das Merchandising-Budget und dessen Kontrolle sowie die Bewertung des ROI

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du hast einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Einzelhandelsmanagement, Industriedesign oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Eine zusätzliche Ausbildung in Handelsmarketing, POS-Design oder Datenanalyse ist von Vorteil

Le/la Distribution Planner est un acteur clé de l’équipe Supply Chain centrale, positionné à l’interface entre les Inventory Planners, responsables de la planification à moyen et long terme, et les Allocation et Quota Planners, en charge du traitement des commandes filiales. Il/elle pilote une partie du catalogue produits Clarins & MyBlend, ainsi que certains marchés e-commerce livrés depuis Amiens, dont il/elle est le point de contact principal.
La mission :
Sa mission consiste à garantir un taux de service optimal en assurant une répartition efficace des stocks centraux, selon les priorités business et les spécificités des différents canaux (filiales à stock, livraison directe BtoB, e-commerce). Cela comprend le calcul des allocations à court terme, l’analyse et la prise de risque sur les commandes de son périmètre, la communication avec les marchés et la contribution à l’amélioration continue des processus Supply Chain.
Les principales missions seront :
Analyses :
- Collabore étroitement avec les Inventory Planners pour identifier et communiquer les niveaux de risque sur les références en tension
- Transmet aux Allocations/Quotas Planners et aux filiales les informations clés issues des usines et des prévisions business (forecast, lancements…)
- Assure le lien entre les équipes Inventory et Allocation et garantit les arbitrages court terme (horizon M et M+1) sur les références en tension
- Communique les résultats d’arbitrage et les commentaires usines aux différents marchés
Opérationnel :
- Assure la gestion et la maintenance de l’outil d’allocation des stocks à court terme
- Calcule les allocations à chaque libération de quarantaine sur les références en tension
- Filiales à stock : analyse les commandes d’approvisionnement, respecte le planning de livraison et soutient les Allocation Planners pour optimiser le taux de service
- Livraison directe (BtoB) : agit en relai opérationnel pour le traitement des commandes clients, en optimisant le taux de service et en évaluant les prises de risque
- E-commerce : gère et anime quotidiennement les besoins des marchés e-commerce sous sa responsabilité
Point de contact :
- Sert d’interface centrale entre les Inventory Planners et les Allocations/Quotas Planners
- Facilite la gestion des stocks et fournit les informations nécessaires aux arbitrages et priorisations des commandes
- Interlocuteur privilégié des régions, escalade les besoins d’arbitrage sur le catalogue produit en tension de manière claire et synthétique
- Joue un rôle de partenaire clé pour les marchés e-commerce, en assurant la coordination entre les équipes Supply E-commerce et les équipes centrales
Amélioration continue :
- Met à profit sa vision court terme pour proposer et animer des actions d’amélioration continue au sein des équipes Supply Chain centrales
- Participe activement aux projets transverses Supply Chain du groupe : montée en version d’ERP, mise en place de hubs, intégration de nouveaux marchés e-commerce, etc
Amélioration continue :
- Fort de sa vision court terme et de son rôle clé dans l’optimisation du taux de service groupe - le Gestionnaire de distribution propose, participe et anime des projets d’amélioration continue sur le périmètre des équipes Supply Chain centrales.
- En accompagnement du groupe, le Gestionnaire de distribution participe aux différents projets Supply Chain au niveau groupe (montée en version d’ERP, mise en place de hub, intégration de marchés ecommerce).

- 3 à 5 années d’expérience sur des problématiques de prévisions de ventes, planification des besoins, traitement des commandes clients, gestion et pilotage des stocks
- D'excellentes compétences analytiques
- Une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion de données (Excel)
- Une bonne connaissance des ERP (de préférence M3) et des différents outils de reporting
- Une bonne compréhension des systèmes de gestion de base de données (de préférence Power Query)
- Un niveau d’anglais business (indispensable), une seconde langue sera appréciée
