Clarins launches We Care for Our People to support employee well-being worldwide

On World Mental Health Day, Clarins reaffirms its commitment to caring for its teams with the launch of We Care for Our People, a global program rooted in equity -  ensuring that every employee, wherever they are in the world, has an equitable access to well-being support, resources, and opportunities to grow.

This October 10, on World Mental Health Day, Clarins takes a new step forward by announcing We Care for Our People.

About the We Care for Our People Program

We Care for Our People goes beyond compensation and benefits. It focuses on creating an environment where every employee can thrive, personally and professionally.

Structured around four key pillars, the program translates our commitments into 25 concrete measures that will make a lasting impact on daily life at Clarins:

Care & Protect

We are building a workplace where every Clarins employee worldwide benefits from a strong foundation of support and security. Our ambition is to move beyond standard practices to embed equity, well-being, and access to essential resources into the way we operate everywhere in the world.

Highlighted commitments:

  • 100% of our employees will earn a salary above the minimum family living wage — compensation that covers the essential cost of living for a family.
  • 100% of our employees will have access to a global mental health platform to provide confidential support and preventive care.

 

Well-Being

We create the conditions for balance, health, and fulfillment. Employees will benefit from flexible remote-working arrangements (for office employees), sports and wellness activities, and long-service benefits that recognize loyalty and commitment.

Highlighted commitments:

  • 100% of our subsidiaries will comply with the Global DEI Charter, creating a respectful and inclusive work environment. Clear guidelines ensure fairness and equity at every stage of the employee experience.
  • 100% of our employees will have access to at least one sports or wellness activity.

  • 1% of our total wage bill is dedicated to Learning & Development
  • 100% of our employee benefit from at least 1 training action a year
