OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
To drive the successful execution of Clarins' brand strategy across retail, digital, and CRM platforms by leading integrated campaigns, managing omnichannel assets, and guiding the work of the CRM and Online Brand Specialists. The Brand Specialist ensures that all touchpoints reflect Clarins' premium positioning and align with both global brand direction and local market needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management & Brand Execution
• Lead the 360° rollout of product launches, seasonal activations, and hero product campaigns.
• Adapt and localize global campaign materials, messaging, and visuals for the South African market.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across all customer touchpoints: retail, digital, CRM, media, and influencer content.
• Build relationships with in store teams in each area and support them when requested.
• Implement regular update meetings or calls (coastal field employees) to assess needs.
• Build relationships with suppliers and retailers.
• Work with the Trade Marketing / Marketing manager to ensure that all visual elements are delivered timeously to stores on all launches, promotions, and events.
• Ensure in-store and online visual identity is fully aligned with Clarins' brand standards.
• Maintain consistency in imagery, tone, and execution across retail, digital, and online platforms.
• Review visual merchandising and digital asset implementation to deliver a cohesive premium brand experience.
• Review and execute an effective sampling and tester strategy at counter, aligned to promotional calendars and launch priorities.
• Monitor pricing across all channels, track market trends, and make strategic recommendations for adjustments to maintain competitiveness and brand value.
Experience & Qualifications
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or premium FMCG sectors
• Strong background in brand and campaign management, with retail or trade marketing exposure
• Experience working with or managing CRM and digital marketing functions
• Solid understanding of ecommerce and omni-channel strategies
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies or suppliers
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management
Key Skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail with a refined, luxury brand aesthetic
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and ROI evaluation
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital content tools (Meta platforms, etc.)

- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges

- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable in a target driven environment

La mission :
Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information des sites industriels, vous participez à la gestion, la maintenance et la sécurisation des infrastructures réseaux et systèmes de l’entreprise. Vous contribuez à garantir leur disponibilité, performance et sécurité, tout en collaborant avec les équipes techniques pour améliorer les processus et anticiper les menaces.
Durant votre alternance, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Installer, configurer et assurer la maintenance des infrastructures réseaux (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) et systèmes (serveurs, OS, virtualisation).
- Assurer la surveillance, l’optimisation et la résolution d’incidents liés aux réseaux et systèmes.
- Gérer les accès et assurer la sécurité des infrastructures (firewalls, antivirus, gestion des vulnérabilités, mises à jour de sécurité).
- Participer à l’audit et à l’évaluation des risques liés aux systèmes d’information.
- Automatiser certaines tâches de maintenance et de supervision via des scripts.
- Mettre en place et suivre les stratégies de sauvegarde et de restauration pour assurer la continuité des services.
- Sécuriser les postes de travail et les accès via des solutions de protection des endpoints (EDR, antivirus avancés, Bastion).
- Gérer les identités et accès (IAM) avec des outils comme Active Directory, LDAP, SSO.
- Analyser les logs systèmes et détecter les menaces de sécurité à l’aide d’outils de supervision et SIEM.
- Sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques en cybersécurité via des sessions de formation.
- Réaliser des audits techniques pour renforcer la robustesse des infrastructures.
- Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique et les procédures d’exploitation et de sécurité.
- Assurer une veille technologique sur les évolutions en réseaux, systèmes et cybersécurité.
- Participer à la résolution des tickets (demandes et incidents) Infra et Cyber : RUN
- Participer aux projets Infra et Cyber : BUILD
Vous êtes :
- Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur informatique, spécialisation réseaux, systèmes et/ou cybersécurité
- En préparation d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5
- Sensible aux enjeux de la cybersécurité (gestion des accès, détection d’intrusions, politiques de sécurité).
- Autonome
- Force de proposition et aimez prendre des initiatives
- Rigoureux(se)
- Passionné(e) par notre marque et les challenges
Vous apportez :
- Des connaissances solides en administration des systèmes d’exploitation (Linux, Windows Server).
- Une bonne maîtrise des concepts réseaux (TCP/IP, routage, VLAN, VPN, etc.) et des équipements réseaux (switches, routeurs, firewalls).
- Une bonne capacité d’analyse
- De bonnes qualités relationnelles et d’esprit d’équipe.
- Des connaissances en anglais technique serait un plus
