International Women’s Day: Celebrating Women Who Give to Gain
Every year on March 8, International Women’s Day offers a moment to celebrate women’s achievements and shine a light on the work still needed to advance gender equality. This year, the theme “Give to Gain” reminds us that every gesture, every initiative, and every act of support can help women thrive and create lasting impact.
In that spirit, Clarins is proud to highlight a selection of inspiring women-led organizations that embody courage, leadership, and generosity — and that we have the privilege to support through our global initiatives.
Supporting Women-Led Organizations Worldwide
Toutes à l’école
Led by Tina Kieffer, Toutes à l’école empowers girls to succeed through education — providing scholarships, school supplies, and mentorship programs. Awarded the Prix Clarins pour l’Enfance, this organization reflects our shared commitment to investing in girls’ futures — by women, for girls.
Dress for Success
Presided by Joanie Bily, Dress for Success helps women achieve economic independence through professional attire, mentorship, and skills development. Clarins supports their mission by organizing collections in the U.S. and Australia, giving women the tools to thrive professionally — by women, for women.
Look Good Feel Better
Led by Louanne Roark, Look Good Feel Better restores confidence and self-esteem to women undergoing cancer treatment through beauty and wellness workshops. Supported by Clarins internationally, this initiative demonstrates the power of care and solidarity — by women, for women.
Move Africa
Founded by Move Africa and Clarins South Africa, The Red Movement mobilizes women to fight period poverty. Through school visits, menstrual cup distribution, and education on menstrual health, this initiative empowers girls and removes barriers to education — by women, for women.
Brest Friends
Founded and presided by Dr. Houriya Kazim, Brest Friends supports women affected by breast cancer through awareness, education, and emotional care. Clarins UAE is proud to back their mission, ensuring women receive the guidance and support they need — by women, for women.
Through our global partnerships and initiatives, Clarins continues to champion women-led projects and communities, reflecting our belief that when women support women, the impact is limitless.

Empowering Women Since 1997
Since 1997, the Prix Clarins pour l’Enfance has been one of our most heartfelt initiatives, celebrating and supporting women‑led projects that improve the lives of vulnerable children around the world.
Over more than two decades, this prize has helped nurture meaningful, lasting partnerships with organizations dedicated to education, health and well‑being, reflecting our belief that generosity and humanity are at the core of true beauty — and that empowering others creates a brighter future for all.
