In 2025, we reached a major milestone by obtaining a B Corp certification across all our brands and subsidiaries worldwide. One year on, we are proud to celebrate this defining moment in our journey.
This certification reinforces the direction of our strategy: building a business model that creates a positive impact for society and the planet.
A recognized global benchmark
As a reminder, B Corp is a globally recognized benchmark for companies committed to high social and environmental standards.
Today, more than 10,000 companies worldwide are certified – yet only 2% of B Corp certifications are awarded to large organizations. Within the beauty industry, this distinction remains rare, underscoring the rigor and selectivity of the certification.
A collective achievement
Becoming B Corp was the result of a demanding and transformative journey. Over the course of three years, more than 200 employees across 27 entities worked collectively to assess, challenge, and strengthen our practices. Every aspect of our business was carefully reviewed – from governance and environmental impact to social responsibility and customer engagement — reflecting our shared ambition to continuously raise our standards.
A legacy of commitment
This achievement builds on a long-standing legacy. For over 70 years, we have been guided by a clear purpose: making life more beautiful while passing on a more beautiful planet. B Corp certification both formalizes and strengthens this enduring commitment.
An ongoing journey of progress
Yet, this milestone is not an endpoint. B Corp certification is renewed every three years, with increasingly demanding criteria. It calls for continuous progress, constant innovation, and an unwavering commitment to improvement. It challenges us to go further and to do better every day.
