Le poste :
CDI à pourvoir dès que possible. Poste basé à Paris 17ème.
En tant que Responsable Solution Fidélité, vous serez directement rattaché.e au CRM Manager and Loyalty Product Owner. Vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter et d'optimiser la plateforme SMILE, garantissant ainsi l'excellence de notre programme de fidélité à l'échelle internationale.
La mission :
Les missions principales du poste sont :
Gestion Technique et Fonctionnelle (expert loyalty engine):
- Assurer un rôle de leader technique et fonctionnel sur la plateforme SMILE.
- Gérer la backlog des évolutions du programme de fidélité, en les priorisant et en évaluant leur potentiel business et leurs contraintes techniques.
Gestion des Données (loyalty data):
- Être responsable des données Loyalty entre le datalake et l'application, assurant l'intégrité et la mise à jour continue des données en cohérence avec les règles du Loyalty Engine.
- Être responsable des données du Loyalty cockpit et travailler en collaboration avec les équipes métier pour les aider à améliorer le suivi de la performance du loyalty engine
- Être responsable des données loyalty échangés avec la finance de chaque marché, en ayant une connaissance parfaite des flux, de leur contenu et en pouvant assurer le support en cas d’erreur
- Collaborer avec les équipes métier pour améliorer le suivi de la performance du programme de fidélité.
Développement de Projets :
En coordination avec le product owner, les équipes build et l'architecte CRM :
- Recueillir et challenger les exigences métiers
- Partager la backlog avec le Product Owner Loyalty et valider la priorisation
- Suivre la mise en place du paramétrage du loyalty engine (nouvelles règles métiers ou ajustement de celles existantes) par le responsable applicatif
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement des plateformes et des projets.
- Suivre les recommandations du responsable applicatif pour garantir l'intégralité et la fiabilité de l'architecture et du modèle de base.
Déploiement International :
- Coordonner le déploiement international du programme de fidélité, en collaborant avec les équipes régionales et internationales.
Innovation et Veille :
- Suivre les évolutions technologiques et effectuer une veille concurrentielle pour assurer la pertinence et la modernité de notre plateforme de fidélité.
Vous êtes :
- Analytique, proactif.ve et autonome.

- Doté.e de solides compétences relationnelles, avec une capacité à communiquer efficacement avec divers interlocuteurs.
- A l’écoute des utilisateurs, capable de remonter les difficultés rencontrées et d'apporter des solutions innovantes.
Vous apportez :
- Un Bac +5 en École de Commerce ou Master IT.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets IT internationaux, idéalement dans un environnement CRM ou fidélité.
- Une maîtrise des outils CRM, de gestion de projet et des méthodes Agiles.
- Une connaissance de l’écosystème CRM (Marketing automation, customer care, …)
- Une bonne connaissance des solutions orientées client (front), notamment en Retail & E-Commerce
- Des compétences data (SQL) : appétence et capacité à gérer des requêtes SQL (no code ou low code) dans SGBD (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake)
- Excellentes compétences en anglais et en français, nécessaires pour évoluer dans un contexte international.

La mission :
- Développer l’expertise de la marque, du catalogue et des techniques de vente CLARINS des conseillers(ères) de beauté en adoptant la posture adaptée au niveau de connaissance et au profil du/de la conseiller(ère) coaché(e).
- Impliquer les équipes point de vente entre les passages via la mise en place de challenges (qualitatifs ou quantitatifs) en rapport avec les thématiques abordées.
- Réaliser et partager un reporting mensuel : nombre et identité des personnes coachées, thématiques abordées, challenge mis en place etc.

Le Supply Chain Skills Center est un groupe dédié d’experts en outils et processus, travaillant ensemble pour stimuler l'innovation de la Supply Chain et la collaboration des équipes. Son but est d’accompagner les différents utilisateurs dans leurs problématiques quotidiennes, de faire évoluer les process supply à travers différents projets et de créer une communauté soudée qui échangent ses bonnes pratiques.
Le/la chef.fe de projet Supply Chain est dédié.e à 100 % au Skills Center et reporte au Responsable Skills Center Central ADV et Demand Planning. Il/elle sera spécialisé.e sur le flux Demand & Supply Planning des 28 filiales. Le rayonnement du Skills Center lui confère une exposition internationale et offre de grandes interactions avec de nombreuses fonctions.
La mission :
Les missions principales du poste sont :
FORMATION
- Repérer les besoins en formation des utilisateurs
- Créer les supports de formation et le plan de formation
- Organiser des formations pour les utilisateurs de la région
ANIMATION
- Créer des interactions entre les utilisateurs et créer une communauté d’utilisateur unie
- Organiser des points formels et informels avec les utilisateurs
- Organiser des jeux pour animer la communauté

EVOLUTIONS

- Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques du Pack Office.
- Une bonne connaissance de l’ERP Infor M3 et du module forecastinf DMP est un vrai plus.
- D’excellentes compétences en matière de planification et d'organisation de projet
- Un niveau courant en anglais impératif

THE ROLE:
Lead eCommerce mega campaigns regionally and achieve business goal
- Lead the strategy, planning, and optimization of 360 mega eCommerce campaigns for the region and coordinated with markets in execution, including D11, Black Friday Cyber Monday, 618…, to drive traffic, customer engagement, and sales
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
- Oversee markets’ full year E-commerce animation plan (campaigns, promotions…) and ensure all markets have a solid & consistent plan through close governance & best practice sharing; and being the gate keeper to ensure market’s promotion follow brand guideline
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns & activities, and emerging eCommerce technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Collaborate with marketing team to drive brand/product launch excellence in ecommerce platforms
- Drive the launch excellence of full year brand/product launch campaigns in eCommerce platforms through close collaboration with regional marketing team, to ensure strategic & solid online activation in order to drive brand desirability, customer engagements and conversions
- Facilitate & work closely with relevant stakeholders on cross function / innovative/ strategic projects communication (livestreaming, live consultation…), building guidelines etc.
Drive adoption of always on content animations in all online channels with high market relevancy
- Monitor and support markets on the localization of global content projects in .com as well as e-retailers, to make sure they are well planned and activated timely and properly with a focus on market relevancy
- Be the go-to person when it comes to any Ecomm content assets and catalog related topics, and provide advice & recommendations
- Work closely with the acquisition manager to advice on the creative excellence, guide and support markets to write compelling and effective copy that resonate with diverse audiences across a variety of marketing channels
Others responsibilities may be added to the above for the position Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing, Asia Pacific.
YOU HAVE:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
- Proven track record of driving successful eCommerce campaigns and achieving revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional online experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Reasonable grasp over any other Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) would be an advantage.

Technicien de Maintenance
Le technicien de maintenance (H/F) occupe une fonction transversale, en supervisant tous les services et prestations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise, avec des prestataires externes.
Il assume généralement la gestion des locaux : électricité, chauffage, entretien/désinsectisation, nettoyage, travaux de dépannage (peinture, plomberie, serrurerie…), sécurité, aménagement/déménagement, organisation de l’espace
C’est également le responsable des achats non liés à la production : commandes de fournitures de bureau, produits d’entretien et éléments de décoration.
- Supervise la maintenance globale des bâtiments
- Contrôle ou fait contrôler le fonctionnement des équipements de sécurité
- Maintien ou fait maintenir les installations techniques des sites.
- Réalise la rénovation d’installation électrique selon OIBT (courant fort et faible) Article 13 ou 15 souhaitable.

- Consulte et intègre dans son process de travail, les différentes informations, recommandations figurant dans les documents de référence (commercial, manuels, recommandations)
- Répond, après qualification du besoin et échanges avec les clients internes, à une commande (work brief) par un projet de réalisation technique, en tenant compte des objectifs commerciaux, contraintes techniques et budgétaires
- Maintenance préventive des sites
- Fait contrôler le fonctionnement des installations techniques et de sécurité
- Vérifie les rapports des organismes de contrôle et lève les réserves
- Assure un suivi précis et régulier de l ’ensemble des opérations de maintenance avec l ’outil GMAO
- Contrôle les interventions effectuées et le respect des cahiers des charges
- Fait respecter les consignes de sécurité par les entreprises extérieures
- Veille à la disponibilité des documents d’agréments des installations
- Définit et suit, les budgets de maintenance et d’investissements techniques, sur le court et moyen terme
- Assure la mise en place de toute disposition visant à réduire la consommation d’énergie et ayant un impact positif sur l’environnement.

Als Clarins-Kosmetikerin arbeiten Sie in unserer Boutique & Skin Spa, wo Sie Gesichts- und Körperbehandlungen, Kabinenanwendungen, Beratung und Verkauf durchführen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Terminvereinbarung mit den Kunden und für Ihre Kabine. Darüber hinaus werden Sie aktiv am Leben und an der Entwicklung der Boutique & Skin Spa teilnehmen.

Ihre Aufgabe ist es:
Kunden willkommen zu heissen, zuzuhören und ihnen dank Ihres fundierten Produktwissens ein angepasstes und personalisiertes Schönheitsritual anzubieten.
Behandlungen in der Kabine und Produktanwendungen im Geschäft gemäss den Clarins-Protokollen durchzuführen (Behandlungen und Make-up-Anwendungen).
Aktiv zum Umsatzwachstum beizutragen, indem Sie bei der Kundenakquise und -bindung, bei Veranstaltungen und Partnerschaften mitwirken und neue kommerzielle Ideen vorschlagen.
Aktiv am Leben der Boutique & Spa und des Teams teilnehmen:
- Umsetzung von Merchandising-Konzepten
- Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Lagerauffüllung und Inventur.
- Einhaltung von Hygienestandards und Ordnung.
- Teilnahme an der Organisation von Boutique & Skin Spa-Aktivitäten
- Sich verpflichten, ein Verhalten und ein Erscheinungsbild zu zeigen, das dem Markenimage entspricht, gemäss den Richtlinien
- Teilnahme an der Berichterstattung, E-Mail-Verwaltung und Kassenprotokollverwaltung.

Sie verfügen über:

THE ROLE:
1) LEAD APAC PAID MEDIA STRATEGY TO ACCELERATE BRAND AWARENESS, CONSIDERATION & SALES PERFORMANCE IN THE REGION
- Define Full funnel Media strategy for Brand /Clarins.com for APAC:
- Develop comprehensive full funnel paid media strategies aligned with business goals and target audience personas
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Based on the Regional strategy, guide the markets on budget allocation & campaigns
- Execute end to end campaign management including budget allocation, audience targeting, performance tracking and measure efficacy of our media tactics on Media KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Work with markets to define testing roadmap and optimize
- Lead JBP for the region with key media partners (Meta, Google…) in close collaboration with Marketing and E-commerce teams
- Drive innovation, propose new initiatives to test new platforms and type of format
- Media budget
- Consolidate paid media budget and investment across APAC markets
- Recommend optimizations in terms of investment strategy across initiatives to drive key results for Clarins on the main Product Pillars (P1) & always-on
- Brand Marketing Strategy
- Execute brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, affinity, and engagement among target audiences
- Monitor brand health metrics, including awareness, perception, and sentiment, and develop strategies to address any gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Acquisition/ retention strategy
- Support local markets to improve their CPA campaigns & new customer acquisition goals; optimize user journey with various stakeholders to ensure efficient CPA & overall ROAS
- Drive repeat purchases and keep existing customers engaged with close collaboration with EC & CRM
- Analysis and reporting
- Analyze campaign results across full funnel regularly and report on key insights to inform future investment strategy and optimizations with close collaboration with Marketing
- Support the development of media dashboard that reports on full funnel performance and pacing towards key results
- Drive discussions with Global towards Analytics and attribution/conversion models
2) LEAD EFFECTIVELY THE MEDIA TEAMS (MARKETING & ECOMMERCE) AND AGENCIES TO EXECUTE WITH EXCELLENCE
Act as an internal consultant to support the Region & the markets thanks to dedicated support and framework
- Guide the markets to budget and forecast between channels, tactics, campaigns to ensure we are achieving all media KPIs
- Oversee media planning of full-funnel between different paid media channels (Online : Google, Meta, Yahoo, Naver, Line, Twitter, TikTok, Display, KOL/Celebrities, 3rd party Collaboration, Affiliates; Offline: Print, OOH, Offline Events)
- Analyze campaign and creative performance to ensure agile optimizations
- Supervise paid search strategy and implementation and brand/non-brand campaigns to ensure we are achieving our KPIs
- Supervise with the transveral teams and markets keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize ad performance and return on investment (ROI)
- Drive local agencies to execute campaigns with excellence, optimize for efficiencies, and determine benchmarks for success
- Support channel owners to execute campaigns by communicating activation details and creative/asset hand off with agencies
- Manage testing roadmap for integration and launch of new platform features like PMax, TikTok Shop, etc. and special projects
- Provide POVs on new emerging partner offerings across media/affiliate off and online
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to inform strategy and drive innovation
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency
3) LEAD MEDIA DATA ANALYTICS TO CULTIVATE A PERFORMANCE MINDSET
- Ensure with the support of various teams proper dashboards are in place to drive media & content, educate & challenge markets and agencies
- Evaluate tech stack to ensure we have adequate resources and that budget is allocated appropriately
- Implement proper KPIs for all campaigns and support markets in analysing the performance of their campaigns
- Collaborate closely with CRM to drive first party data strategy and identify opportunities to capture new data to enrich audiences (CDP…)
- Analyse proactively Media KPI performance with full funnel approach and derived actionable recommendations to address specific pain points
- Support markets in using global tools such as CDP, Media dahsboards and ensure the implementation of proper tracking
YOU HAVE:
- Minimal Bachelor in business/digital/marketing or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in a media role managing budgets/plans for paid search, media, affiliate, channels, and experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience in developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and impact
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and tactics
- Ability to drive measurable results and achieving KPIs in paid media campaigns
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, developing & managing scaled integrated, data-driven full funnel campaigns with a focus on driving online business growth
- Experience and hands on managing operations across budgeting, media planning, agency management, and reporting

The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our retail operations through supporting the Retail Stores to deliver operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of day-to-day operations, including order management and coordination, event planning and coordination, instore incentives, and general administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you will present in a professional manner and practice discretion and confidentiality, while acting as the front-line contact within Retail Operations.
What You Will Do:
- Operational Management – coordinate the development of an annual sales development plan, deliver financial reporting requirements, analyse inventory, monitor and analyse sales performance.
- Pharmacy Administration – act as the first point of contact for Pharmacy Retailers, with regard to stock, promotions, VM and more.
- Sephora Support – act as the conduit between Sephora and Clarins, support Sephora with retail operations, such as testers, VM and communications.
