The role:
The Digital Content Executive in the Ecommerce Content team at Clarins UK is responsible for the visual and technical execution of the website, including content merchandising, animations, and digital innovations. Based in the London Head Office, this role requires 2-3 years of eCommerce experience and a strong understanding of UX/UI principles. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and able to create intuitive online journeys that align with commercial objectives. Strong multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential.
What you’ll do:
Content Reporting:
- Achieve seasonal sales and profit targets through strategic content analysis.
- Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual content performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the General Managers report by encapsulating all relevant eCommerce activities.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies to inspire and enhance visual and functional execution.
Content Merchandising:
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Trade Coordinator to create and manage ecommerce animations, visuals, and promotional content.
- Optimize all visual imagery across the website, including homepage, product pages, category banners, and promotions.
- Develop and execute a content merchandising strategy that aligns with global brand guidelines and local adaptations.
- Manage virtual events and ensure timely content launches and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and global teams, ensuring effective collaboration across Ecommerce, CRM, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Social.
Website Copy Perfection:
- Oversee translations, proofreading, copy-editing, and content testing to meet Clarins standards.
- Maintain relationships with translation and SEO agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of copy briefs.
- Support SEO projects through active content creation and optimization efforts.
Project Support:
- Provide technical and creative support for functionality evolutions and other project activities.
- Assist in personalising the website, generating ideas, executing usability tests, and optimizing user experiences.
- Contribute to global projects, localize content, and collaborate on PPC, SEO, site search, and online chat optimization.
- Manage locally created content pages and support user-generated content activities.
You are:
- Exceptional with your organisational skills with an acuteness and eye for detail.
- Able to work autonomously under pressure.
- Analytical and can produce, analyse and maintain accurate reports.
- Enthusiastic, assertive and motivated.
- Passionate about Ecommerce, digital and emerging technologies.
You have:
- Proven experience working in a CMS such as Demandware (SFCC).
- 2-3 years prior experience working in an Ecommerce team.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and Computer literacy skills.
- Ability to write impactful and succinct copy.

The role:
Accountable withing Operations for the functional disciplines of forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment, and product lifecycle planning.
Responsible for the design, deployment and optimised Sales & Operations Planning process to drive business decision making and deliver both tactical and strategic business goals and objectives through best-in-class supply chain performance.
What you’ll do:
Team Leadership:
- Lead the Demand Planning and Inventory Replenishment team, ensuring accountability for forecasting, inventory management, stock policy, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and budget management.
- Develop and mentor team members within the Operations organisation, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within Operations, encouraging a positive, progressive, and collaborative working environment.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to deliver strategic business projects and initiatives.
Functional Leadership:
- Develop and implement advanced forecasting techniques and methodologies to enhance cost performance, product availability, and customer service.
- Establish and manage inventory policies, including safety stock, replenishment parameters, and order quantities to optimize cash-to-cash cycle times.
- Develop and deploy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, bias, fill rates, Inventory Turnover (ITO), and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Monitor and manage budgetary control for inventory categories including free issue stock, promotional gifts, Point of Sale (POS) materials, and uniforms.
- Optimize demand planning and inventory management technologies (Infor M3) to drive efficiency and results.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using data and analytical expertise, providing thought leadership for supply chain planning.
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):
- Lead the local S&OP process, conducting formalized, monthly cycles with all relevant stakeholders.
- Collate and validate demand and supply plans, ensuring alignment with budgets and business strategies.
- Identify and communicate constraints, risks, and opportunities to enhance business decision-making.
- Contribute to European and global S&OP processes, acting as a liaison for local, regional, and global supply and demand issues.
Strategy:
- Contribute to the UK Supply Chain and Operations strategy, ensuring competitive business advantages.
- Support the development of the UK 5-year plan and longer-term business goals.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain colleagues to implement a cohesive global strategy that respects local legal frameworks and business needs.
You are:
- An experienced Supply Chain Leader with the natural ability to provide leadership and mentoring.
- Someone with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong business relationships.
- Passionate about interpreting complex data sets with the ability to translate into purposeful communications.
- A leader, with excellent team development skills with strong communication skills.
You have:
- Educated to degree level in Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or other equivalent qualification.
- 10-15 years’ experience as a Senior Supply Chain Leader, specifically within planning.
- Previous experience working within a global, complex organisation.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of forecasting techniques and inventory management policies.
- Proficiency with demand planning and inventory management technologies, particularly Infor M3.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
You have:
- Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
- Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and evening

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Genuinely looking forward to new challenges
You have:
- 2 Years background in a management role – ideally in a beauty or retail
- Significant experience in a Beauty retail or Spa environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability of coaching and motivating a team
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
