Poste en CDI, basé à Pontoise sur notre site de production.

Clarins, acteur de référence dans le secteur des cosmétiques haut de gamme, recherche un-e infirmier. ère en santé au travail motivé.e, bienveillante et autonome pour renforcer son Pôle Santé en environnement industriel. Vous serez l’un des piliers du bien-être et de la prévention santé auprès des collaborateurs du site.

La mission :

Vous aurez pour missions principales :

• Réalisation des visites infirmières réglementaires
• Prise en charge des soins, écoute et orientation des salariés en demande
• Gestion des urgences sur site et coordination avec les secours externes.
• Participation active à la prévention des risques professionnels (TMS, RPS, …).
• Animation d’actions de sensibilisation et d'éducation à la santé
• Contribution à la rédaction et à la mise à jour du DUERP
• Enregistrement et suivi des   AT/MP
• Suivi de la veille réglementaire.
• Suivi des indicateurs santé, Reporting et mise à jour du dossier médical informatisé.
• Collaboration avec les équipes RH, HSE, les SST, et la médecine du travail externe.

Vous êtes :

• Diplôme d’État d’infirmier.ère requis.
• Formation spécifique à la santé au travail conforme au décret du 27 décembre 2022 (relatif à l’article 34 de la loi n° 2021-1018 du 2 août 2021) suffisante.
• Une expérience en santé au travail et en milieu industriel est requise
• Autonomie, organisation, discrétion, et qualités relationnelles sont essentielles.
• Bonne capacité d’organisation, de gestion des priorités et d’adaptation en autonomie.
• À l’aise avec l’outil informatique (logiciel Padoa, pack office).

The role:

As Head of HR, you will lead the people agenda and HR strategy in Malaysia, ensuring that our talent, culture, and capabilities fuel business growth and transformation. You will partner closely with the General Manager and regional HR to champion a people-first culture, elevate employee experience, and support our purpose-driven mission across functions.

What you’ll do:

Strategic HR Leadership

• Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business priorities and Clarins' global HR vision.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing people decisions on organizational design, talent development, and culture.
• Drive workforce planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline development.

Business Partnering & People Development

• Coach and support people managers to build high-performing, engaged, and accountable teams.
• Lead performance and development cycles, embedding a continuous feedback and coaching culture.
• Champion training, learning, and upskilling initiatives across all functions, including retail, back office, and leadership roles.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Oversee recruitment strategy and operations to attract top talent for both frontline and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with the APAC talent acquisition team to strengthen employer branding and build future-fit capabilities.
• Monitor and improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience KPIs.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and purpose-driven workplace culture in line with Clarins values.
• Design and implement employee engagement and well-being programs.
• Lead internal communication, recognition, and change management efforts.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure best-in-class HR operations, including payroll, benefits, mobility, contracts, and policy frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and company standards.
• Champion digital HR transformation initiatives and drive process improvement.

Regional & Global Collaboration

• Partner with APAC and Global HR teams to roll out corporate initiatives such as D&I, sustainability, and leadership programs.
• Contribute to APAC HR forums, share market insights, and lead cross-market HR projects where relevant.

What you have:

• Experience & Education: 10+ years of HR generalist and leadership experience, ideally in the beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG sectors; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions; commercial and pragmatic mindset.
• Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience influencing senior leadership.
• People Development: Track record in coaching, talent management, and shaping high-performance cultures.
• Operational Excellence: Proficiency in local labor regulations, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and scalable HR processes.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working in a multinational, matrixed environment; ability to navigate cross-cultural teams.
• Language: Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
