This is a permanent position (CDI), based in Paris 17th, available as soon as possible.
We are currently looking for a Cross-Functional Finance PMO to join our Group Skill Center – Finance.
In the context of the ongoing REBOOT finance transformation program, you will play a key role in tracking deliverables, ensuring high-quality communication and optimizing resources to support the Skill Center in maintaining and continuously evolving Clarins’ global finance solution.
This finance solution, deployed across the entire Clarins Group, is a Core Model built on standardized and critical functionalities. It relies mainly on Infor M3 and Workday, and is complemented by several interconnected systems covering Finance (Basware, Treasury Xpress, HFM,…), Sales & Supply Chain (M3, Cegid Y2,…) and HR (payroll tools, SuccessFactor,…).
As this solution applies to all Clarins entities worldwide, both central functions and subsidiaries, the role requires a strong Group-wide vision and close collaboration with a wide range of international stakeholders.
This position offers high visibility within the Group and a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the performance, adoption and long-term success of Clarins’ finance transformation.
What you’ll do:
As a Cross-Functional Finance PMO, you act as a key enabler for Finance transformation by ensuring efficient project execution, performance tracking and stakeholder alignment across the Skill Center.
You work closely with the Head of Financial Architecture, Global Process Owners and Experts, the Finance Transformation Director, IT teams and business stakeholders, with a strong Group-wide vision.
Your main responsibilities include:
Project & delivery tracking
- Establish and maintain project and sprint timelines, milestones and consolidated dashboards.
- Monitor deliverables, ownership, SLAs and risks to ensure on-time, in-scope and high-quality delivery.
- Produce regular status reports and steer escalation when needed.
Performance analysis & resource optimization
- Define, consolidate and analyze KPIs for key finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
- Perform capacity versus workload analyses to align resources with priorities.
- Identify and propose initiatives to industrialize and automate reporting (best practices, AI, automation).
Documentation & governance
- Contribute to and maintain clear, structured and up-to-date documentation (project follow-up, flash reports, meeting minutes).
- Ensure proper versioning and accessibility of documentation.
Cross-functional coordination & communication
- Coordinate Finance, IT and business stakeholders to align priorities, timelines and dependencies.
- Ensure smooth communication through steering committees, flash reports and regular updates.
- Support change management and communication activities in partnership with the Change & Communication team to drive adoption and engagement.
You are:

You have:
- A Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in Finance and project management in an international context
- Proven experience in project governance, planning and progress tracking
- Strong expertise in defining and monitoring KPIs, SLAs and benefits realization
- Solid knowledge of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), controlling and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, BI); experience with Workday, Infor M3, and/or Cognos/Qlik is an advantage
- Fluent English (working language); French is a strong plus

About the Job
Reporting to the Travel Retail, Senior Area Manager (SAM), the Field Coordinator (FC) supports the trade operations in Singapore. In close collaboration with the Senior Retail Executive (SRE) and SEA Team, responsible for both Sell-In and Sell-out, the FC focuses mainly on the retail excellence of the shops, he/she is responsible of ensuring a smooth daily operation flow (testers, GWP, counter maintenance) in both Changi Airport and Resort World Sentosa.
As a team leader for the BA’s, the FC drives the team to deliver results according to Company objectives: sales, ranking, market share, brand strategy and brand operations.
Mission 1: Retail Operation Excellence
Whether it is brick and mortar or e-commerce, retail is where we need to welcome and engage with our customers. In that sense, we aim for perfection when it comes to Beauty Advisors’ engagement, counters expression and brands representation on retailers’ websites.
In order to achieve this, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure counters life follows the marketing calendar life cycle, including visual merchandising guidelines, phase in phase out of new launches and changes of references
- Act as the guardian of counters grooming excellence and maintenance in collaboration with SEA team and Singapore contractors
- Ensure stocks level of products, testers, samples and GWP are always optimized for every counter, while respecting retailers and shops guidelines
- Keep track of all POP and communication material: ensure that material is always in sufficient quantities and in good and updated for
- Build a strong relationship with retailers’ operation teams
Mission 2: Drive sales as per objectives
Sell out target achievement, in line with Clarins Group strategy, is an essential part of our mission. In order to put our team in the best position to achieve our ambitions, we need to ensure that the targets are defined and followed correctly according to trends, risks and opportunities.
- In order to achieve this, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Be accountable for BAs and Counter results
- Propose to team individual targets alongside with incentive program, to reach counter objectives
- Monitor and analyze BA individual results, counter results, brand ranking and competition ranking
- Report to SRE weekly sales performance towards monthly objectives including qualitative feedback and perform monthly business catchup with SAM together.
- Report with relevant observations and commentaries on shop floor activities
Mission 3: Build, Strengthen and Inspire the Clarins BA community
In direct contact with our final consumers, our BAs are the most important part of our organization. We need to make sure to create a safe, open and inspiring environment where they feel empowered to drive our objectives.
- Create a safe and open environment for our BAs
- Leading by example, inspiring others to strive for excellence, by giving a clear direction for the team and individually
- Maintain close touch point with each BAs and report eventual performance, behavior or personal issues to SRE
- Coach and assess BAs knowledge alongside with SEA Trainer, in order to make sure all BA are well equipped on brand, sales and product knowledge
- To be the E-pro ambassador amongst the community
- Consolidate free goods orders and distribute together with incentives
- Identify potential candidates for Clarins BA
About you:

The role:
Responsible for overseeing the effective receipt of Inbound Goods from a supplier perspective aswell as from a returns perspective. The role also is key to ensuring effective use of our MHE equipment and our high bay racking to ensure we maximise capacities and ensure the smooth flow of stock into outbound areas. The area also oversees the VAS (Kitting department) to ensure a smooth transition of stock from an MO through to a kitted version.
What you’ll do:

You have :
- 3+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, with strong knowledge of stock processes.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills, enabling you to manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and can build productive relationships across multiple departments.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with bespoke client requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities with minimal supervision.

- Analytical mindset, with experience generating, interpreting, and acting on operational reports.

The role:
This role oversees all warehouse operations, order fulfilment, kitting projects, and distribution activities and ensures that inventory is accurately maintained. The head of Warehouse is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining high levels of quality control, and creating a safe, organised, and customer-focused logistics environment.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, fulfilment, and shipping across B2B, B2C, and wholesale channels.
Own operational performance through KPI setting, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement against service, cost, and quality targets.
Ensure accurate inventory management through robust controls, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes.
Oversee facility management and compliance, including relationships with landlords, regulators, auditors, insurers, and local authorities.
Manage transport and carrier partnerships, optimising cost, service levels, and delivery performance.
Take full accountability for distribution budgets, P&L, headcount planning, temporary labour, and procurement of warehouse-related goods and services.
Develop and deliver warehouse, transport, health & safety, and facilities strategies aligned to business and go-to-market objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, promoting engagement, diversity & inclusion, and a strong talent pipeline.
Champion health, safety, security, and loss prevention, ensuring best-in-class standards, training, and incident management.
Drive process improvement, compliance, and technology enhancements (including WMS), improving efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
You have :
Degree-level education (or equivalent) and a NEBOSH qualification, with strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance
Extensive senior-level experience (15+ years) leading warehousing and distribution operations within a complex, omni-channel environment
Proven success managing large warehouse teams and driving performance in 24/7 operational settings
Strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse optimisation, and e-commerce fulfilment
Advanced systems knowledge, with hands-on experience of ERP and WMS platforms (Infor, JDE, SAP)
A strategic yet hands-on leadership style, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and lead change
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong knowledge of the 3PL carrier market and the ability to build effective supplier partnerships
A forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement, CSR, and sustainable operations

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
