About the Job
Reporting to the Associate Brand Director, the Senior Executive, Communications is responsible for driving the brand’s visibility, desirability, and reputation in Singapore. The role leads the planning, execution, and amplification of communication initiatives that strengthen engagement across media, influencers, makeup artists (MUAs), customers, stakeholders, and the wider public.
This role collaborates closely with internal Marketing teams (including Marketing & Trade, SEA Media, eCommerce & CRM) to integrate communication strategies into all launches and campaigns. Externally, the role manages key partners across PR, social media, media agencies, and influencers to ensure cohesive, high-performing communication activities that maximize brand awareness, earned impact, and content quality.
Mission 1: Digital Marketing and Advertising
- Support the Associate Brand Director and collaborate with the SEA Media Manager on full-funnel media planning for Singapore, ensuring strong support for omni-channel franchise launches and brand-building initiatives.
- Liaise with creative agencies to prepare and adapt assets for media buys across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Display Network, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Ensure all communication assets fulfil brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and platform requirements.
Mission 2: Social Media Management
- Lead the social media agency to plan, create, and manage social content in alignment with the Marketing Calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop in-house content (e.g., reels, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content) as needed to support brand storytelling and agility.
- Strategize monthly franchise content plans aimed at driving awareness, enhancing brand affinity, and acquiring new followers.
- Monitor fan growth, engagement, and retention to meet KPIs and optimize performance.
- Analyse content and platform insights through digital dashboards and tools to refine strategy and inform action plans.
- Coach and mentor the Marketing Executive to ensure strong execution and development of social media capabilities.
Mission 3: Public Relations and Influencer Marketing
- Communicante launch calendars and work with PR agencies to plan and execute press strategies that enhance brand reputation and expand reach.
- Track and monitor MIV achievements, ensuring sufficient activation volume, relevance, and quality of PR & KOL efforts to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to draft compelling media releases for product launches, brand initiatives, CSR stories, and corporate updates.
- Pitch proactively for digital, social, and print coverage that strengthens the brand narrative and secures earned media opportunities.
- Conceptualize creative press kits, curate targeted seeding lists, and oversee the execution of all product launch seeding programs.
- Manage media requests, spa and product needs, and maintain updated media relations databases.
- Oversee end-to-end management of in-house paid influencer campaigns, from briefing and negotiation to content review and performance tracking.
- Build and nurture close relationships with key media, influencers, and KOLs to drive advocacy and organic coverage.
- Guide the Marketing Executive to ensure timely execution of press kits, seeding logistics, and reporting
Mission 4: Competitive Intelligence
- Support the Associate Brand Director in driving agency partners toward operational excellence, creativity, and innovation in communication delivery.
- Review monthly agency reports for internal and global reporting, ensuring insights and learnings are translated into actionable next steps.
- Lead campaign briefings, track performance results, and ensure agencies deliver on KPIs and timelines.
- Participate in annual planning and evaluation with agency partners to support evolving business goals and future growth.
Mission 5 : Administrative duties
- Manage Workday and expenses tracking with accuracy and timely submissions.
- Maintain and update expense Work-In-Progress (WIP) files alongside the Associate Brand Director to ensure budget visibility and compliance.
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative needs tied to the communications function.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing, digital media, or social media management—ideally within beauty, lifestyle, luxury, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of media landscapes, influencer ecosystems, and local social media trends.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners with strong project management discipline.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives across channels.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in content analytics and social performance tools.
- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are currently looking for a 360 Product Manager & Make-Up Go to Market to join our Make-Up Unit team.
You will support the 360 & Go-To-Market Marketing Manager in the execution, coordination and operational excellence of the 360° make-up strategy, with a strong focus on competitive intelligence, operational coordination, tools preparation and market feedback consolidation.
The role contributes to ensuring relevancy, consistency and timeliness of 360° launch activations while feeding strategic reflections through insights and benchmarks.
In a context where the main challenge is to support the acceleration of the Makeup unit.
Your role will secure the execution of new product launches while ensuring continued support of the existing catalogue. It directly enables performance, efficiency and sustainable growth in line with Clarins’ strategy.
What you’ll do :

- Support the preparation and follow-up of 360° briefs, key milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

About the Job
The Demand and Supply Planner is the business partner for the General Manager on all Planning matters. He/She is responsible for coordinating the forecasting for the assigned market through gathering and critiquing of data from Sales/Commercial and Marketing teams.
The Demand and Supply Planner leads the market S&OP process with the GM, ensuring forecasts are accurate, gaps vs. budget are addressed, and sound business decisions are made.
He/She translates demand into supply needs, works with the regional inventory team to secure allocation, manages supply for launches, promotions, and core SKUs, and mitigates potential risks.
Demand Planning
- Develop rolling demand forecasts at market, channel, line range, and SKU levels, using statistical models, sales input, and market trends.
- Build product sales forecasts across the lifecycle (launches, mature, phase-out, discontinuation). Drive effective planning for new launches and re-launches to optimize product availability and align with business strategy.
- Manage promotions, delistings, and phase-in/phase-out processes in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning to secure high service levels.
- Contribute to the product ABCD analysis, driving continuous product catalogue harmonization to fulfil both business needs and in alignment with Regional / Global directions.
- Animate the monthly best estimates using the orders on hand considering internal stocks availability and at the customer level, where applicable.
- Evaluate the impact of future products events (launch/offers) on future sales volumes.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and highlight gaps versus targets.
- Lead monthly Demand Review as part of S&OP process.
Supply Planning
- Manage supply planning for the assigned market.
- Translate market demand into supply requirements, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess/obsolete stock.
- Identify top deviation gaps and provide risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Identify supply management bottlenecks, define solutions and to communicate the opportunity cost of bottlenecks and drives improvements to solve them.
- Follow up and manage inventory shortages / excesses, with Marketing team through arbitration/ allocation. Optimize the inventory depletion (sales, staff sales, returns & disposal…)
- Monitor and manage inventory shelf-life / expiry dates minimizing write-offs whilst improving processes to avoid obsolescence.
- Check and update the stock parameters (safety stock, lead time, etc).
Monthly KPI and Reporting:
- Develop and generate monthly Forecast Accuracy & Fill Rate report.
- Identify root cause and develop action plans with other functions in the assigned market to deliver supply chain KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as key interface between local market and regional/global planning teams.
- Partner with Supply Chain Operations team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Provide insights for Sales/Commercial and Marketing teams on supply feasibility for campaigns and promotions.
- Support business planning cycles (budget, strategic plan).

About you:
Education/Degree or equivalent

Au sein de la Direction des Achats Directs et rattaché.e au Responsable Achats Matières Premières, nous recherchons un·e Acheteur·se Matières Premières Actives & Chef.fe de Projet Sécurisation.
En tant qu’ Acheteur·se Matières Premières Actives & Chef.fe de Projet Sécurisation, vous définissez la ou les stratégies achats sur votre portefeuille (environ 20 M€ de dépenses avec un portefeuille d’une quarantaine de fournisseurs d’actifs) et mettez en œuvre les politiques Achats en recherchant les pistes d’optimisation de la performance globale des fournisseurs et contribuer à la création de valeur. Vous veillez à la bonne prise en compte des aspects RSE et vous intégrez une stratégie de sécurisation sur votre portefeuille. Vous pilotez également la sécurisation du sourcing matières premières sur l’ensemble du catalogue.
La mission :
- Pilotage opérationnel d’un portefeuille de matières premières actives
- Être en charge de la gestion d’un portefeuille de matières premières actives.
- Déployer les stratégies achats par famille (extraits végétaux, actifs de synthèse, biotechnologie) afin de répondre aux objectifs de sécurisation du sourcing, d’optimisation des coûts et d’innovation, et ce dans le respect des politiques achat et RSE du Groupe.
- Identifier et qualifier les fournisseurs en accord avec les standards qualité et RSE du groupe.
- Performance économique et pilotage budgétaire
- Participer à l’élaboration du budget (définition des prix standards et des tendances budgétaires de ses fournisseurs) et des atterrissages (suivi Risk & Ops) en garantissant la fiabilité des prévisions des prix.
- Négocier les conditions commerciales sur les matières premières du catalogue.
- Négocier et suivre les contrats de RFA (Remise de Fin d’Année).
- Instaurer un dispositif d’amélioration continue avec les fournisseurs pour générer des gains achats et supply : études de marché, analyses de la valeur, approche TCO, réduction des délais, gestion des fins de vie et suivi des engagements financiers chez les fournisseurs.
- Performance opérationnelle et sécurisation
- Suivre l’évolution des volumes et fin de vie et piloter les désengagements chez fournisseurs.
- Identifier et piloter les actions de sécurisation chez les fournisseurs.
- Participer à la réduction des stocks de matières premières.
- Evaluer et anticiper les risques (traçabilité, surveillance financière, veille de marché...)
- Saisir les données Achats dans M3 et assurer la mise à jour des différents outils de suivi.
- Gestion de la relation fournisseur
- Développer des partenariats durables et performants avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.
- Piloter la cartographie fournisseurs et collaborer pleinement avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.
- Analyser la performance fournisseurs à travers des indicateurs clés (KPI : coûts, qualité, performance opérationnelle, innovation, RSE).
- Piloter, communiquer et animer les revues de performance fournisseur (business review) puis assurer le suivi des plans d’action.
- Développer et maîtriser la connaissance de ses fournisseurs et du marché amont : chiffre d’affaires, outil industriel & savoir-faire, veille de marché.
- Intervenir dans le règlement des litiges qualités, logistiques ou comptables si nécessaire.
- Sécuriser les accords via la mise en place de contrats cadres et contrats d’application.
- Gérer les référencements fournisseurs dans le cadre des process définis.
- Gestion des nouvelles matières premières
- Assurer la définition et le référencement des nouvelles matières en étroite collaboration avec la R&D.
- Anticiper les besoins via un suivi rigoureux des projets de développement, relancements et reformulations.
- Négocier les conditions de contractualisation avec les fournisseurs sélectionnés.
- Contribuer à la dynamique d'innovation en menant une veille de marché et une veille concurrentielle sur les ingrédients actifs et les fournisseurs.
- Pilotage de la sécurisation du catalogue Matières Premières
- Mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de sécurisation du sourcing sur l’ensemble du catalogue matières premières afin de garantir les intérêts de Clarins.
- Coordonner et suivre les informations sur les stocks stratégiques et stocks de sécurité, le programme de sécurisation fournisseurs et les multi-sourcing en lien avec la R&D.
- Garantir un niveau de sécurisation minimum sur les matières premières stratégiques du portefeuille (100% des C1 / C2 soin et maquillage) en activant les différents leviers de sécurisation.
- Préparer et participer aux faisabilités des nouveaux lancements en remontant les risques potentiels sur l’ensemble des matières premières.
- S’assurer de la cohérence des actions menées avec les stratégies Achats et Sourcing responsable.

Le poste :
La personne titulaire du poste sera responsable de coordonner les activités et les projets du département de marchandisage en ce qui concerne les rénovations, les ouvertures de magasins, les communications, ainsi que les demandes liées aux tâches prises en charge par le département. Elle assurera la mise à jour, le maintien et l'optimisation des divers documents et logiciels utilisés en lien avec les responsabilités du département, et coordonnera également la maintenance des installations sur le terrain.
La mission :
Dans un contexte où nous voulons offrir un service de qualité exceptionnel à nos partenaires et clients, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Créer et administrer l’ensemble des documents utilisés dans le cadre des différents projets, tâches et communications internes et externes, afin de faciliter et d’optimiser le travail des différents détaillants, selon les besoins.
- En collaboration avec l’équipe de marchandisage, consulter les stratégies de marchandisage de Paris et contribuer à leur adaptation et à leur mise en œuvre en fonction des réalités du marché local
- Participer à des projets graphiques avec les spécialistes en marchandisage afin de soutenir l’exécution des stratégies marketing
- Agir comme personne-ressource pour répondre aux besoins de la force de vente en lien avec les différents points de vente.
- Vérifier les courriels et les rapports afin d’identifier les problèmes et assurer le suivi des actions correctives nécessaires. Cela implique également une interaction avec les fournisseurs afin de s’assurer que les réparations soient effectuées dans les délais, ainsi que la mise à jour de la base de données d’appels avec les fournisseurs.
- Coordonner les ouvertures de nouvelles portes, ainsi que l’envoi des matériaux de rénovation aux fournisseurs.
- Coordonner l’installation et le marchandisage des nouvelles portes et des portes rénovées, en s’assurant que le mur Clarins soit entièrement prêt pour l’ouverture.
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs afin d’obtenir des devis, de négocier les coûts, d’enregistrer les dépenses et d’assurer le suivi des expéditions.
- Gérer l’inventaire des éléments de PLV, ainsi que la création et l’enregistrement des codes SKU.
- Préparer et suivre les envois destinés aux représentants, aux fournisseurs et aux magasins.
- Offrir un soutien administratif sur différents projets du département.
- Assurer l’entretien et la bonne organisation de l’atelier de marchandisage.
Vous apportez :
- Puisque ce rôle nécessite une interaction avec d'autres entités de Clarins à l'échelle mondiale ainsi qu'avec des employés et partenaires d'affaires dans d'autres provinces canadiennes, la connaissance du français et de l'anglais est exigée pour ce poste ;
- DEC ou BAC dans un domaine connexe ;
- Expérience de travail en point de vente ;
- Expérience dans l’industrie des cosmétiques (un atout) ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Bonnes connaissances d’Excel.
