ROLE SUMMARY
As the Content & Graphic Designer at Clarins ANZ you’ll report directly to the Graphic Design Manager and collaborate with the Clarins brand team on the development and execution of multi-channel design projects, ensuring a seamless visual experience across all platforms and mediums. This includes mobile, social media, paid advertising, video, print and packaging.
Location: Sydney CBD (hybrid)
Reporting To: Graphic Design Manager
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop and design digital content for our social media, paid ads, banners, eCommerce site, and landing pages both static and video elements
- Design compelling ad creatives for various online platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), with a key focus on KOL and reel type content as well as conversion rates, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
- Shooting video and static content in our in-house photography studio.
- Uphold and refine the brand's visual identity by maintaining consistency in fonts, colours, tone, and overall premium aesthetic across all touch points.
- Collaborate with brand teams to design innovative, functional, and visually appealing assets from concept development through to production.
- Take initiative in managing your own workload, prioritising multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
- Work within tight deadlines, making necessary adjustments quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Identifying emerging digital trends locally and internationally.
YOU WILL HAVE
- 5+ years of experience as a content and graphic designer in a similar role for an industry leader - beauty industry preferable.
- A tertiary qualification in Visual Communications Design, Graphic Design or similar.
- Strong, demonstrable technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- You have hands-on experience behind a digital SLR camera in photography and video.
- Ability to edit, retouch and resize images/video with speed and accuracy.
- Good understanding of branding and working with brand style guides.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Highly organised, and able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of your design capabilities.

Au sein du Département Marketing Développement Soin du groupe Clarins, nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de Produit Développement Soins pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et passionnée. Vous serez responsable de la gestion et du développement stratégique de nos franchises soin (nouveaux territoires), un pilier stratégique pour la marque.
La mission :
Mission 1 : Développer de nouveaux produits au sein de ses franchises
Développement produit
- Proposer et développer de nouveaux produits orientés clients, désirables, « out of the box »
- Suivre ses plannings de développement, veiller au respect des délais, alerter auprès des interlocuteurs internes/externes si besoin et anticiper les jalons selon les plannings amont et aval (plateformes, réunions, 360°…)
- Participer à la définition des objectifs associés aux lancements produits
- Intégrer l’écoconception dans toutes les étapes de développement (concept, développement packaging, briefs aux métiers supports …)
- Formule : proposer des textures innovantes, préparer les briefs projets, suivre les tests internes, évaluer et valider les formules soumises et débriefer les labos
- Pack : proposer de nouvelles idées de packagings, préparer les briefs, valider des pistes parmi le sourcing du développement pack
- Rentabilité : évaluer le potentiel des produits et s’assurer de leur rentabilité grâce à la maitrise des outils mis en place (fiche de rentabilité, calcul des PRI cibles, positionnement PPI, ambitions…) avec le contrôle de gestion et la coordination
- Participer activement à la préparation du séminaire (présentation, film) et gérer les workshops
- Conceptualiser en proposant des 1ères présentations concept abouties
Suivi 360
- Proposer des idées d’angles d’attaque et de hook, expérience client
- Piloter, animer et être l’interlocuteur privilégié des différentes étapes du 360° (briefs, workshops, retours de briefs…)
- Proposer des trames abouties des dossiers inhérents aux lancements (dossier marketing, plateformes, brief 360, brief com, retour de brief 1…)
- Travailler « main dans la main » avec les autres départements via des points réguliers pour favoriser les échanges et faire un suivi de qualité de l’ensemble des étapes
- S’assurer de la disponibilité de tous les éléments (maquettes, pack, présentoir, book de chiffre…) nécessaires aux grandes échéances (brief pack, brief formule, brief 360, distribution textures marchés)
- Actualiser les outils de suivi produit : tableau de gamme, PPC, tableau des discontinuations…
Mission 2 : Suivre les performances de ses lignes et l’évolution de ses marchés, avoir une parfaite connaissance de son portefeuille produits
- Assurer le suivi et l’analyse quali/quanti de ses lignes et du marchés (sell-in, sell-out + maj des books concurrence)
- Connaitre l'univers concurrentiel de son périmètre (ranking produit, nouveautés, produits leaders, PdM…)
- Suivre et analyser les remontées terrain, feedbacks marchés et formation, beauté test, blogs consommatrices, réseaux sociaux…)
- Connaitre parfaitement les lignes dont il a la charge (historique, texture, actifs, positionnement prix, innovation gamme …)
Mission 3 : Prospective et veille concurrentielle
- Proposer de nouvelles idées de produits argumentées en s’inspirant des tendances, sorties terrains, études, chiffres...
- Réaliser une veille nouveautés internationales
- Aiguiser sa curiosité en participant aux salons cosmétiques, tournées terrains…
- Réaliser une veille des moyens supports innovants pour soutenir les lancements de son périmètre (échantillon, brochure, PLV, retail…)

Vous apportez :

The role:
For this role you will be joining the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team at Clarins. You will be responsible for the VM execution of the Clarins store standards, and ensuring our Clarins customer journey reflects the premium level of the brand. The ideal candidate must be passionate, creative, self motivated, with a high attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
Mission 1: General Duties
- Support with monthly retailer pricing updates, planograms and barcode updates across all Clarins UK locations.
- Ensuring Clarins Premium Outlet windows are installed to a professional standard and executed to a high level in all locations receiving a minimum of 3 main updates per year.
- Review and approve lightbox updates for top 30 doors have been installed correctly following cutter guidelines and layouts.
- Review and approve artwork for VM sites, collating install photos and ensuring execution has been carried out correctly. Communicate any snagging to suppliers and teams to action.
- Place product tester orders using internal systems for all event activities, internal showcases, company meeting, training conferences etc.
- Supporting VM with key roll outs such as new tester units and graphics. You will need to track delivery, confirm arrival and communicate with stores receiving them.
Mission 2: Organization and Communication
- Implementing internal filing systems to ensure all up to information is filed correctly and accurately.
- Collating data from store teams for lightboxes, digital screens and VM units to ensure databases are up to date.
- Actioning feedback from Head of SD and VM and team members from store visits
- Organizing delivery and collections of VM furniture from storage to events.
- Tracking and reviewing storage inventory.
- Support in store merchandising for new account where required, as well as temporary planograms.
- Working with suppliers to raise Po’s and review invoices.
- Brief in lightbox updates and video content for new product launches to suppliers.
Mission 3: Employee Relations
- Supporting store teams to log VM issues onto internal reporting platforms.
- Communication with store teams latest planograms, key updates, guidelines and responding to any queries.
- Communicating with external suppliers to ensure Clarins’ needs have been met from the brief supplied across all projects.
- Have strong communication with head office and store teams by attending monthly calls to support with training and any outstanding issues requiring VM support.
- Being a key support for all Store Managers.
- Working with Supply Chain to ensure VM flags on Elite are recorded accurately to prevent wrong POS and waste across all launches.
You are:
- Passionate about Visual Merchandising and have a high attention to detail
- Self motivated and can work independently
- Passionate about working collaboratively
- Able to manage priorities and plan ahead
You have:
- 1-2years experience in similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel confidently
- Adobe creative suite experience is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire méthodes pour rejoindre notre nouvelle usine implantée à Sainte Savine (10) depuis novembre 2024.
Vos missions :
En tant que Gestionnaire méthodes (h/f/x) au sein de notre usine Clarins située à Sainte Savine, vos missions seront les suivantes :
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Consolide, met à disposition et est garant de la qualité de la donnée pour l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à la production :
- Crée, alimente et assure le bon fonctionnement de la base de données produits (Gammes, données techniques, outillage, bons à conditionner – prise de photos, dossier produit, dossier technique)
- Crée et importe les masterdata dans le MES pour toutes nouvelles références ou autre modification dans le MES
- Valider les Workflow pour les nouvelles références, vérifie que l’ensemble des informations nécessaires sont disponibles pour produire, corrige et alimente si besoin
- Crée, alimente et assure le bon fonctionnement du listing outillage formats ligne et préparation outillages
- Suit et forme au déploiement MES en zone laverie préparation outillage
- Aide à la rédaction de documents liés à l’arrivée de nouveaux équipements, procédures, instructions ou mode opératoires
- Applique et respect au quotidien les règles sécurité et qualité du site (dont BPF, cGMP et les règles SSR)
PERFORMANCE :
- Agir au quotidien en tant que support des équipes production, maintenance, qualité & projets,
- Piloter et réaliser des plans d’actions d’amélioration (groupes de travail Kaizen/Lean, etc.),
- Participer à l’évolution du mode de traitement et transferts des données techniques
- Cartographier les flux de données actuels et futurs
- Mettre en place des rapports de contrôle et KPI sur la conformité de la donnée pour progresser. Suit les anomalies et participe à leur traitement
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes diplômé/e BAC +5 en ingénierie ou BTS selon profil
- Vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans en environnement industriel en cosmétique ou pharmaceutique
- Maitrise du Pack Office et connaissances en VBA
- Connaissance ERP et MES
- Très bonnes capacités d’analyse et compréhension rapide.
- Solides compétences en communication, sens de l’initiative, esprit d’équipe et leadership.
