Au sein de la Direction Marketing International, nous recherchons actuellement un.e Assistant.e Chef de Produits Développement Soins pour soutenir l'équipe Marketing Développement Soins sur différentes missions liées au développement des produits ainsi qu’aux études et analyses marketing. Vous travaillerez sur les franchises du pôle Asie : Double Serum, Precious etc.
La mission :
- Etudes & Analyses
- Etudes qualitatives : avis clients, insights consommateurs (site CLARINS, sites parfumeries, sites marques, réseaux sociaux, blogs etc…)
- Etudes quantitatives : analyses chiffrées des données internes et externes, études de l’évolution des segments et des lignes sur les principaux marchés (US, UK, France, et Asie)
- Développement produit
- Participation au développement des produits dans sa dimension opérationnelle : gestion des plannings, évaluation formule, teintes, développement packaging, docs…
- Lancement/réalisation des différents documents marketing inhérents à un lancement : Brief aux départements internes, Dossier marketing, concept boards…
- Analyse de marché (concurrence, innovations, tendances de consommations…), support et input dans la réflexion stratégique.
- Réflexion sur le 360° et suivi.
- Suivi du budget de l’axe.
- Organisation et suivi des tests produits en interne.
Vous êtes :
- Orienté.e client, orienté.e résultat, passionné.e par nos marques et les défis
- Une personne rigoureuse, autonome et fiable
- Dotée d’un esprit collaboratif, curieuse et ayant une sensibilité esthétique
- Reconnue pour sa proactivité, son esprit de synthèse et son agilité
- Animée par la volonté d’évoluer dans une entreprise engagée au service d’une Beauté Responsable
Vous apportez :
- Une 1ère expérience (en stage ou alternance) réussie en Marketing Développement, Marketing Opérationnel et/ou Marketing 360°, idéalement dans les secteurs de la Beauté et/ou du Luxe
- Un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (école de commerce ou université), avec une spécialisation en Marketing
- Une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Un niveau de français courant à l’oral comme à l’écrit ainsi qu’un niveau d’anglais professionnel

Afin d’assurer la conformité réglementaire et qualité attendue par les marchés de la cosmétique, l’obtention de la certification ISO 22716 constituent un enjeu prioritaire et incontournable pour sécuriser notre développement.

Contribution stratégique : L'ingénieur(e) projet qualité certification est essentiel pour répondre à la roadmap qualité sur 3 ans ambitieuse du groupe. Cette mission influencera directement la capacité du site à répondre aux exigences de cette roadmap.
Résumé du poste : Rattaché(e) aux Responsable QHSE en charge du site CLARINS Usine Sainte-Savine, vous contribuerez à l’amélioration des processus au regard des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication Cosmétiques. Pour mener à bien vos projets, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des équipes du site et des équipe Qualité Groupe.
Mission principale :
- Gestion du plan d’action GMP site, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes et en assurer le suivi sous couvert de la Responsable Qualité du site ;
- Mise en oeuvre de la documentation qualité : création, revue, mise à jour, archivage et gestion des workflows dans la GED ;
- Revue des procédures avant validation afin d’assurer leur conformité au QMS et au format requis ;
- Accompagnement et soutien des équipes métiers dans la rédaction des procédures, instructions, modes opératoires ;
- Participation aux activités liées aux inspections et aux intéractions avec les systèmes qualité Groupe ;
- Préparation et contribution aux revues qualité mensuelle du site en coordination avec les autres entités Qualité des différents sites.
Votre profil :
- Formation : scientifique (pharmacie, cosmétique, sciences de la vie ou équivalent) ;
- Minimum 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans l’industrie cosmétique ;
- Compétences techniques :
- Solide connaissance des systèmes de management de la qualité et des exigences GxP ;
- Expérience souhaitée en qualité appliquée au périmètre site de production ;
- Expérience confirmée en gestion documentaire qualité ;
- Expérience confirmée sur site de production (fabrication-conditionnement).
- Savoir être :
- Esprit orienté solutions aux métiers, rigueur et sens de l’organisation ;
- Capacité à travailler en transversal et excellent relationnel ;
- Proactivité, capacité d’anticipation et de résolution de problèmes.

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.

The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development

You have:
- 2 Years background in a management role – ideally in a beauty or retail
- Significant experience in a Beauty retail or Spa environment

The role:
Key point of contact for Clarins Customer Services and Distribution, Supply Chain / Data teams. Responsible for scheduling customer delivery slots, transport movement planning and Goods In bookings.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for booking transport to meet delivery deadlines for both outgoing and incoming traffic.
- Issue and maintain purchase orders for transport ensuring all POD’s are receipted in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update Customer delivery booking requirements.
- Manage all non-conformist communication with Clarins and site Management.
- Producing bespoke, manual labels for individual delivery requirements
- Updating security personnel on confirmed vehicle bookings
- Resolving third party delivery issues
- Arranging collections and post deliveries to and from Head Office
- Review transport supplier’s performance and costs versus current market
- Review yearly the parcel to pallet break levels ensuring the correct method of transport can be calculated.
- Deputizing for Admin Team Leader when required
- Raise Replens, allocate orders and print picklists as and when required – secondary function.
You have :
- 1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Computer literate in Microsoft Email, Excel, Word, Power Point, and stock / Warehouse systems
- Good communicator with a flair for Customer Service
- Good level of organizational and planning skills with a solution driven mindset
- Ability to hold suppliers to SLA’s and expected KPI’s.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced and complex environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines and a flexible attitude.
- Good relationship builder and team player who can work unsupervised.
