Le poste :
Le Spécialiste, Brand Eventing et Expérience Retail sera responsable de la mise en œuvre de la planification stratégique et de l'élaboration du plan Brand Eventing incluant tous les plans marketing liés à chacun des pôles.
La mission :
Dans un contexte où nous voulons offrir un service de qualité exceptionnel à nos clients internes. Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Élaborer, faire le suivi et la mise à jour du budget évènementiel;
- Élaborer le programme d’événements virtuels;
- Répondre aux diverses demandes de Paris, des détaillants et des chargés de comptes concernant les segments sous sa responsabilité (promotions et événements etc.) ;
- S’occuper du suivi du développement du matériel nécessaire pour les promotions et événements et gérer les envois en magasin avec l’équipe logistique;
- Être responsable des achats et des productions en contrôlant les coûts et en respectant les budgets Brand Eventing et d’évènements;
- Faire la gestion et le suivi du plan corporatif avec des entreprises pouvant bénéficier à notre site e-commerce et notre Boutique & Skin Spa Laval;
- Effectuer les analyses des résultats de toutes les actions Brand Eventing/ évènements/ expérience retail avec des ROIs spécifiques;
- Effectuer des analyses qualitatives auprès des formatrices, des artistes maquilleurs invités et des chargées de comptes suite aux promotions et événements virtuels;
- Effectuer des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives de la compétition;
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe de Marketing Digital, Communications et les formatrices lors des événements virtuels;
- Travailler conjointement avec la Responsable Sénior Brand Eventing & Expérience Retail afin de faire évoluer continuellement le segment Brand Eventing;
- Effectuer un suivi rigoureux du Suivi Promo afin d’assurer le respect des échéanciers.
Vous êtes :
- Passionné par notre marque et les défis, créatif et organisé.
Vous possédez :
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- 2-3 années d’expérience en gestions de marques / de produits ;
- Expérience dans le domaine des spa et/ou des cosmétiques essentiel ;
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
- Bonnes connaissances de la suite Adobe; Photoshop, Illustrator ;
- Bilinguisme essential tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français/anglais) ;
- Souci du détail, bonne organisation du travail, autonome ;
- Bonne gestion des priorités ;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois ;
- Esprit créatif et collaborateur ;
- Habileté dans la prise de parole en public.

About the Job
Lead Clarins UK operations to ensure a resilient, agile and customer‑centric supply chain that supports approximately £110 million in annual revenue across retail stores, ecommerce, wholesale, distributors and strategic B2B customers. Deliver operational excellence through digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement to support profitable growth and an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the UK Operations Strategy in alignment with the Company’s commercial objectives and global supply chain priorities. Lead operational transformation through digitalisation, automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Provide overall accountability for the UK Distribution Centre (116,000 sq ft): ensure safe, compliant and efficient inbound, storage, fulfilment and outbound operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and capacity to support growth.
- Own the S&OP process and lead demand, forecasting and supply planning. Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory optimisation (inventory valued up to £18 million) and reliable order fulfilment across retail, wholesale, ecommerce and marketplace channels.
- Develop and manage transport strategy and third‑party logistics/carrier relationships to optimise cost, service and sustainability while meeting KPIs/SLAs and improving delivery performance.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team. Manage operational budgets, deliver cost optimisation, ensure governance, compliance and robust risk/inventory controls.

Essential qualifications and experience
- Proven experience as a senior supply chain / operations leader in a complex, omnichannel environment with responsibility for warehousing and distribution.
- Demonstrable experience managing a large warehouse operation and third‑party logistics providers.
- Experience leading S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management and order fulfilment across multiple channels.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing operational budgets and delivering cost efficiencies.
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills; ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, IT, People & Culture and global teams.
- Experience interpreting complex data sets and translating insights into clear, purposeful recommendations and business cases.
- Track record delivering digitalisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives in operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and high computer literacy; experience with ERP/WMS and planning systems (e.g., Infor, JDE or SAP).
- Educated to degree level in Operations, Business Management or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications
- CPIM or CSCP desirable.

La mission :
Au sein de la Direction Fiscale du Groupe, vos missions pourront être les suivantes :
- Recherches techniques, rédaction de notes, présentations et synthèses écrites et/ou orales sur des points fiscaux précis de fiscalité (fiscalité des entreprises, prix de transfert, TVA, etc.)
- Participation aux travaux de Documentations Prix de Transfert d’entités françaises et étrangères et apprentissage des problématiques intra-groupe
- Participation aux travaux de clôture annuelle, analyse des remontées des filiales du groupe, travaux sur le taux effectif

Market Coordinator Export Europe (Temporary cover)
Manage the order processing working closely with the logistics and the distributors, encouraging a sustainable collaboration
Lead the forecast management process in a defined timeframe consisting in the communication of the forecast files, analyzing and challenging the data and follow through with all updates

The role:
As Communications Manager, Korea, you will bring the Clarins brand to life through compelling storytelling that connects our French spa heritage, the power of plants and skincare expertise with today’s consumers. Reporting to the Marketing Director and leading one team member, you will shape integrated communications that strengthen brand awareness, desirability and reputation while contributing to consumer engagement and business growth.
What you’ll do:
360° Communication Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies across PR, digital, social, influence and brand activations for key launches, campaigns and corporate initiatives.
- Translate global and regional priorities into locally relevant storytelling, creative ideas and consumer experiences that strengthen brand desirability in Korea.
Advocacy, PR & Influence
- Lead media relations, advocacy and influencer strategies, building strong partnerships with media, celebrities, KOLs, influencers, makeup artists and emerging talent.
- Secure meaningful earned visibility and deliver high-impact content, PR events and media activities that amplify the Clarins brand and engage target audiences.
Digital Communication & Consumer Engagement
- Plan and optimise digital communication across the consumer journey, including owned social channels, paid media, digital advertising and search engine marketing.
- Use social listening, consumer insights and emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI-powered search, to improve content visibility, discoverability and engagement.
Business & Communication Excellence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, consumer sentiment and campaign performance, recommending agile actions that support brand and commercial priorities.
- Manage campaign budgets, external agencies and vendors, prioritising investment to maximise communication impact, efficiency and return on investment.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and develop the Communications team, setting clear priorities and fostering a creative, accountable and high-performing way of working.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, CRM, Sales and regional teams to deliver consistent 360° activation and measure contribution to awareness, consideration, traffic and sales.
What you have:
- Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, with 6–10 years of progressive experience in PR, influencer marketing or brand communications, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or FMCG.
- Integrated Communications: A proven track record in developing and executing end-to-end communication strategies across earned, owned and paid channels, including product launches, campaigns and consumer events.
- Korean Media & Influence Landscape: Deep knowledge of Korea’s media, celebrity, KOL and influencer ecosystem, with strong stakeholder relationships and the ability to identify emerging cultural and consumer trends.
- Digital & Analytical Capability: Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, SEM, social listening and campaign measurement, with the ability to use insights and data to improve performance.
- Leadership & Execution: A strategic storyteller and agile operator who can lead a team, manage agencies and budgets, influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages & Tools: Native-level Korean and fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
