Reporting to the Prospective and Scientific communication director, you will play a key role in the development and promotion of innovative, high-performance, and differentiating skincare and makeup products.
You will work closely with the R&D teams to integrate relevant scientific concepts into the marketing strategy and ensure product consistency. You will also be responsible for creating compelling storytelling around scientific discoveries, active concepts, and biological mechanisms, while formulating clear and accessible claims for consumers.
Internally, you will help to highlight the company's research expertise by strengthening the innovation culture among teams. Externally, you will collaborate with 360° teams to ensure the visibility of innovations and expertise through impactful visual and semantic content.
What you’ll do :
COORDINATION :
Participation in all stages of development of each new product, in collaboration with the various R&D teams and Marketing, to ensure that the product developed by R&D meets Marketing's expectations :
- Participation in drafting the product brief with Marketing
- Monitoring research programs to be set up with R&D
- Brainstorming on the selection of active ingredients to be tested with the Active Ingredients department
- Drafting of claims/table of claims with Marketing
- Coordination with the evaluation department to define the efficacy testing programs to be set up
SCIENTIFIC PRODUCT COMMUNICATION :
For each product launch :
- Create storytelling about the plant/molecule/scientific discovery and product performance claims
- Monitor the REG validation of the most sensitive claims, to guarantee a strong, high-impact message that can be adapted to suit different media and markets
- Write the scientific dossier explaining the product's innovation and efficacy in an educational and simplified way (mechanism of action, active ingredients in the formula, efficacy test results), and create PPT presentations promoting the innovations internally
- Support editorial teams in drafting communication materials (press kits, etc.)
- Participate in the development of communication tools promoting product innovation for the Communication & Digital departments: creation of plant videos, 3D animations, scientific Gifs for social networks
COMPETITIVE / SCIENTIFIC WATCH (SUPPLIERS & DIRECT COMPETITORS) :
- Monitor trends, texture/packaging innovations and scientific concepts by attending trade conferences, B-to-B cosmetics shows and supplier seminars (Lucas Meyer). Feedback of this information at debriefing meetings with R&D and marketing to feed stories and future products
- Analysis of the competitor claims (performances…)
You are :
- A graduate with a minimum of Master’s degree (BAC+5) in science (biology, pharmacy, or equivalent) and have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in scientific communication within the cosmetic industry
- Sensitive to the regulatory constraints of the industry, and you know how to integrate these aspects into your professional approach
- Curious and creative, you know how to take initiative and are proactive in the completion of your tasks
You have :
- A strong knowledge of the cosmetic sector, including both ingredients and finished products, as well as a dual competence in science and marketing
- Excellent listening skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a talent for pedagogy
- A capacity for analysis, synthesis, and demonstrate rigor in project management
- Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent fluency in English, both spoken and written

Reporting to the Digital Experience manager, you will oversee new digital opportunities (Brand exploration) and digital discovery products to shape the next generation of brand experiences.
What you’ll do :
- Digital Acceleration Project Management
Lead several digital acceleration projects (eg: New Look and Feel [clarins.com revamp], Voice, Digital Innovation Lab projects, Digital Factory projects, UX/UI optimisations, Skin Observer Rollout…):
- Collaborate with the different stakeholders of the projects to understand their needs and objectives, support the project on the digital scope, source ideas and spot risks.
- Create the UX / design brief and follow-up the production of zonings, wireframes and mockups with the designers and Artistic Direction team

With the Digital Experience Manager, help on consolidating new methodologies and processes of our team and ensure proper implementation along the different project phases.
Be curious about trends around digital subjects (webinar, trade shows, new technology, etc.) in order to anticipate and/or recommend new opportunities. Share the most relevant information with the digital team.
- Communication
- Adopt constructive critical thinking and solution maker mindset to facilitate the progress and collaboration between all stakeholders
- Set-up and encourage cross-functional cooperation and communication – within our department and beyond
- Evaluate our digital performance and draw learning
- Work closely with the CRO team to help on monitoring our KPI, identifying the best practices and lessons learned that can be applied to future initiatives

You are :
- Organized, efficient and reliable (methodology)
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with all levels of the organization

- Passionate about the luxury / cosmetics industries
You have :
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a digital/ e-commerce project manager role
- A degree equivalent to a Master's Degree (Bac +5) from a business school, university, or equivalent
- Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Figma Jam type) and analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Content Square is a plus
- A strong taste for new digital trends, UX best practices, design, and technical challenges (Design System, components, etc)
- Comfortable with the use of CMS (Salesforce type) and mastering ticketing tools (JIRA, Asana type)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Rattaché.e à la Responsable Digital Media Europe, au sein de la Direction E-Commerce & Digital Europe du Groupe, vous accompagnez l’équipe sur les campagnes média, le SEO/GEO et les contenus digitaux pour plusieurs marchés européens.
Vous évoluez dans un environnement international, en lien direct avec les équipes E-store et CRM, les marchés locaux et les agences partenaires.
La mission :
- Paid Media
- Élaboration des briefs :
- Construction des plans mensuels selon les besoins business et les lancements produits
- Définition des besoins créatifs : messages, assets, traductions
- Adaptation des contenus aux différentes plateformes et marchés (5 marchés gérés par l’équipe)
- Élaboration des briefs :
- Support sur les analyses de performances et reportings
- Mise en place des dispositifs de tracking (nomenclature via outil interne)
- Suivi des dashboards et vérification de la cohérence des données entre les différentes plateformes et les dashboards média
- SEO / GEO
- Support SEO opérationnel :
- Implémentation des recommandations SEO définies par l’équipe globale
- Contribution à l’optimisation des pages existantes (contenus, balises, maillage interne)
- Monitoring des KPIs SEO : impressions, clics, positions, indexation
- Support SEO opérationnel :
- Création de contenus :
- Aide à la recherche de mots-clés (brand & non-brand)
- Support à la rédaction et à l’optimisation de contenus SEO-friendly
- Support auprès des marchés pour la localisation des articles sur les 5 pays gérés directement, en coordination avec l’agence partenaire
- Création de contenus :
- Content
- Coordination et suivi de la création des visuels pour l’ensemble des canaux digitaux : média, site e-commerce et CRM (offres promotionnelles, GWP, lancements produits, etc.)
- Brief et coordination des contenus avec l’agence partenaire
- Rédaction des contenus associés aux visuels et coordination des traductions avec les équipes locales
- Projets transverses
- Contribution aux projets liés à l’IA appliquée au marketing digital
- Contribution aux sujets data et tracking à l’échelle Europe
- Participation à l’amélioration continue des outils et process média Europe
- Support des marchés européens sur les sujets média
Vous êtes :
- Orienté.e résultats

Vous apportez :
- Une première expérience de 6 mois en Marketing Digital / E-Commerce (stage ou alternance)
- La préparation d’un diplôme de niveau Bac +4/+5 en école de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en Marketing Digital et/ou E-Commerce
- Une bonne connaissance des plateformes média (Google Ads, Meta etc.) et outils analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Un niveau d’anglais courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- La maitrise d’une troisième langue est un plus
