The Role

 

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join the Clarins team on an 18–Month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The IT Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the organisation's data and information assets in accordance with relevant standards.

This role is crucial to ensure the organisation has the technology to facilitate business decisions and a continuous drive to evolve.

 

This role reports directly to the Managing Director, and has one direct report, our Business Systems & Reporting Analyst.

  • Managing operational systems, network infrastructures, software development and database administration of the ANZ business
  • Developing business solutions ensuring best practice technology is delivered across all systems and processes
  • Providing leadership to the IT team (in some cases external contractors when the workload is high), driving performance with appropriate coaching and development for ongoing success
  • Roll out transformation initiatives and drive commercial technological outcomes across the broader team with a clear, structured approach
  • Control the IT budget and ensure all timelines, governance, and sound vendor management processes meet expectations
  • Influencing, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, obtaining consensus for technical solution designs

 

 

You Have

 

  • 8+ years’ experience in the IT Industry, with at least 5 years at the IT Management level
  • Formal Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Ability to think strategically, with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Be adaptable and have a well – rounded approach to IT, with the business at the forefront of decision making
  • Agile delivery and demonstrated experience in managing ongoing software and hardware, IT assets, budgets, and timelines
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of written and oral communication skills
  • Be a team-player and have a collaborative approach to dealing with people at all levels
  • Experience building effective working relationships with service providers, along with internal stakeholders to design, deliver and provide ongoing support with new and existing technology

 

 

Desirable Skills

 

  • Experience with the design and implementation of best practice information management governance frameworks in a related industry
  • JDE / TM1, RPA, Cloud, Integration, HR Tools, Front Office
  • Experience across business support functional areas - HR, finance, Supply Chain etc
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning
