The role :

Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible. Based in Paris 17th.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Senior Project Manager will support our overall ambition: to be the most trusted customer-centric beauty company, committed to creating high-quality products & services with a focus on responsible beauty.


What you’ll do :


As part of the international digital team, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate the strategy and implementation of the animation team’s main pillars (SEO and e-retailers, innovative experience). You will lead online transformation projects (PDP rework, etc.) with a user-centric vision and digital expertise, collaborating with the UX/UI team and the Engagement team.


The Digital Marketing Senior Project Manager has the following roles and responsibilities:


Accelerate on Identified Strategic Digital Projects:


  1. Accelerate Online Services Strategy:


  • Reinforce our skin expertise by offering the most innovative online services to our visitors.
  • Improve the visitors' experience through their journey, guiding them in their conversion path.
  • Give visibility to our online services by implementing improvements on various website touchpoints.
  • Optimize the Virtual try-on by adding the look functionality.
  • Coordinate the deployment of new skin diagnosis options to replace the current beauty consultation.


  1. Provide Brand Visibility on


  • Assist local markets in implementing the TRUST platform and the herbarium.
  • Develop specific online experiences, campaigns, and activations to highlight our brand values and commitments.
  • Continuously update brand sections and pages to reflect our DNA.


  1. Lead Catalog:


  • Optimize online content to align with customer expectations, including PDP description rework.
  • Deploy educational visuals on all PDPs.
  • Coordinate the translation and upload of description texts on SFCC.
  • Ensure successful implementation on by following technical aspects.


  1. Define & Lead Brand SEO Strategy:


  • Develop and implement a consistent SEO content strategy to optimize customer journeys.
  • Accelerate personalized content for logged-in visitors through the editorial hub platform.
  • Identify SEO topics to support the animation plan and brand territories, and detect relevant opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations to adapt to local relevancy in various countries.
  • Explore AI-driven content creation possibilities.


Support the Digital Strategy’s Transformation:


  • Generate insights from website data and third-party solutions to identify opportunities for increased conversion and UX path.
  • Consolidate benchmarks and best practices of international digital trends.
  • Improve internal methods to drive efficiency and lead workshops with other departments to enhance processes.
  • Identify and develop new enriched experience opportunities.


Support E-Retail Team in Their Content Strategy:


  • Create e-retail content guidelines and recommendations to maintain brand consistency across all online touchpoints.

You are :

  • Strong in analytical and project management skills.
  • Able to prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organized, rigorous, and a creative thinker.
  • Customer-centric and service-oriented.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
  • Bilingual in French and English.



You have :

  • A Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in e-retailers and SEO.
  • Strong expertise in web marketing and a strong understanding of digital stakes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Content Square.
