The Regional Sales and Coaching Manager is responsible for leading the state team to achieve and exceed the company sales goals and objectives by executing the brand’s strategy and driving the development of direct reports and retail teams.
This role is perfect for a candidate that is eager to achieve objectives of increasing market share, sales budgets, store rankings and state expenditure. All whilst being an inspirational leader who enjoys working with people to achieve top results.
With a passion for total beauty, you will coach the delivery of a seamless customer journey experience at counter, appropriately focusing on both new and existing products, key ranges and selling strategies.
What you'll do:
- Gain Market Share – Achieve sales growth targets, KPI’s and analyse performance.
- Leadership and Coaching - Develop and motivate NSW Team in line with the Clarins culture and philosophy.
- State/National Collaboration – Partner with key stakeholders to ensure best practice.
- Business Planning and Analysis – Develop and monitor state budgets and financials, meet sales objectives, ensure adequate retail coverage throughout the business.
- Partnerships – Develop and nurture professional relationships with key retail partners.

Le poste :
Au sein du département Affaires Règlementaires de la R&D basée à Pontoise, et rattaché(e) à la Responsable Affaires Règlementaires, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet en CDD. Ce poste est à pourvoir de début juin 2024 à fin janvier 2025.
La mission :
- Garantir la conformité Réglementaire des formules selon les réglementations Internationales en vigueur ;
- Valider les documents d’impressions Produits Finis ;
- Garantir la conformité réglementaire et scientifique de tous les textes et revendications, supports de communication, publicités (presse et TV), données Internet rédigés par les différents services de toutes les marques du Groupe en vue d'une commercialisation internationale des produits ;
- Assurer la création et la mise à disposition sous la GED des supports de revendications produits regroupant les allégations, les preuves associées et les résultats obtenus pour une meilleure maîtrise des revendications dans le temps, sur tous les supports, dans les différents pays ;
- Rédiger les "Positions Clarins" sur des sujets récurrents d'alerte ou suite à des parutions d'articles par des associations de consommateurs sur des produits du Groupe ;
- Être le support scientifique des services Relations Clients des filiales et des services de Formation et apporter des réponses pour toutes les questions des consommateurs ou formateurs sur les ingrédients et les formules ;
- Assister la responsable de la cellule dans la résolution de problèmes réglementaires généraux : analyses, recommandations pour la mise en application de nouvelles contraintes réglementaires.
Vous êtes :
- Diplômé(e) en Chimie – biologie (bac +5 ou équivalent)
- Très à l’aise en anglais (niveau courant)
- De formation scientifique (BAC +5 / Chimie - Biologie ou équivalent), vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine de la réglementation internationale générale
Vous apportez :
- 1 première expérience dans le domaine de la réglementation générale internationale ; une expérience sur la nouvelle règlementation chinoise serait appréciée
- Des connaissances approfondies du domaine des produits cosmétiques, des tests d’évaluation in vivo, in vitro et ex vivo et des revendications cosmétiques.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles et votre coordination de travail avec les équipes.

The role:
Playing a vital role you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business in order to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example providing excellent customer service at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver ultimate levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
- Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions
- Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained and have an overall awareness of competitive / department / store performance in relation to that of the Clarins business
- Establish a professional working relationship with each team member in order to assist them in their individual development

Le poste :
CDD de 12 mois à pourvoir début Juin
Basé à Paris 17ème
Le/la Chargé.e de Communication Corporate contribue à développer l’image corporate, la visibilité et la notoriété du Groupe Clarins en France et à l’international (28 filiales) grâce à l’animation de nos canaux de communication interne et externe.
Le poste est sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Communication Interne & Culture et amène à travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos parties prenantes internes et externes.
La mission :
Les principales missions pourront être les suivantes :
Mission 1 : Œuvrer comme Business Partner auprès de nos Départements
- Conseiller nos parties prenantes au sein des départements du Groupe dans la communication de leurs projets, innovations et succès
- Animer le calendrier éditorial institutionnel des départements et orchestrer son déploiement sur l’ensemble de nos canaux de communication (interne/corporate/externe/evénementiel)
Mission 2 : Participer à l’incarnation des valeurs et de la stratégie du Groupe en interne :
- Gérer des projets évènementiels au Siège : coordonner les relations avec les équipes internes, conçoit la communication et suit le projet pré-event, Jour J et post-event, la gestion des ressources, du budget et du calendrier, jusqu’au reporting
- Proposer des formats d’événements réplicables au sein de nos filiales à l’international
- Accompagner les actions de communication de notre taskforce DEI locale
Mission 3 : Participer au rayonnement et au renforcement de notre communication corporate interne et externe
- Gèrer en autonomie notre site corporate
- Piloter & définir la stratégie de dévelopement en lien avec nos prestataires
- Assurer l’animation éditoriale : mise en ligne et mise à jour du contenu
- Etre garant.e de la maintenance de nos plateformes avec nos prestataires techniques internes & externes
- Contenus éditoriaux : produire des contenus corporate en phase avec la stratégie et la ligne éditoriale, diffuser, hiérarchiser les messages
- Gérer des projets de Marque Employeur en France et à l'international : élaboration, suivi et gestion des initiatives en collaboration avec nos parties prenantes
Vous êtes :
- Capable de prendre en main des supports multimedia et multicanaux avec grande aisance et intérêt
- Doté.e d'une bonne maitrise des outils de conception graphique comme Canva ou la suite Adobe
- Doté.e d’une excellente maitrise de la communication écrite et orale
- Autonome, avec un sens de l'organisation qui vous amène à savoir gérer avec rigueur vos priorités et différentes missions simultanément
- Reconnu.e pour vos qualités de travail en équipe, votre excellent relationnel et votre capacité d’adaptation
- Orienté.e résultats, avec un souci de l’objectif et de la mesure de l’impact de vos actions de communication
Vous apportez :
- Un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 avec idéalement une spécialité en communication
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle réussie en communication et gestion de projets (une expérience sur les sujets de marque employeur est un plus)
- Un niveau courant en Anglais aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
