We are looking for an Area Manager based in either, Colombia, Panama or Peru.
In a competitive market, Clarins drives innovation, customer engagement, and sales through strategic brand development training and collaboration with our distributor partners. This division's objectives are to ultimately along with our distributors enhance the brand notoriety and prepare the future growth drivers in key areas within Latam.
- Distributor Management & Sale Growth, own the commercial relationship with LATAM distributors. You will drive sales growth by leadubg joint business planning, optimizing poerformance and overseeing maket-level P&L. Your role ensures that our local partners are trained, aligned and delivering on top and Bottom-line expectations.
- Market Development, expand the brand footprint in LATAM though identifying white space, assessing potential partnerships and shaping the market entry or expansion strategy per country.
- Brand & Marketing Execution, ensure local brand execution refelcts global strategy while respinding to regional market dynamics. Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy effective and consistent trade marketing plans.
- Operations & Reporting, lead robust business planning, demand forecasting and reporting cycles that inform decision making and ensure operational excellence.
- Travel & Field visits, actively connect with markets to maintain a pulse on performance and partner engagement. Your presence in the field helps turn strategy into execution.
• Education/Degree or equivalent:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or Business Economics.
- Ideally with 3 – 5 years commercial experience.
• Background including total years of experience.
- Commercial sales in luxury beauty, cosmetics
• Soft and Leadership Skills :
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
- Negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of LATAM business culture
• Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Miscrosoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Languages:
- English and Spanish
• Misc.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region
