As one of the top skin care companies worldwide, with a strong position in Europe and the Americas and growth accelerating in Asia, we’re looking for a E-commerce Digital Operation Specialist to be based in Singapore.




Support APAC Markets on eCommerce Platform Issue/Operation:

  • Provide first level technical support to APAC markets for the ecommerce system and escalate unresolved issues if required, while maintaining ownership of issues through resolution.
  • Conduct system training of our platforms to markets to ensure market is up to speed regarding the latest features that come from global/regional.
  • Perform site audits in a dedicated time to ensure synergy across APAC websites.


Contribute to APAC Digital Projects:

  • Working closely with the Digital Project Manager for project reporting, technical feasibility and documentation on the various topics, which might not be limited to the website/ecommerce.
  • Assist in testing updates to existing web applications and perform user acceptance testing for new integrations.
  • Lead and assist in the activation of any of the new evolutions features to countries from technical perspective.




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ E-Commerce/ IT Computer Science or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of experience in Ecommerce  projects lifecycle, and operational support in Ecommerce Management System
  • Be comfortable with technical document reviews, and writing business requirement document
  • Good understanding of the ecommerce solution architecture in general including data exchanges between systems
  • Having good proficiency in Demandware/ SalesForce Commence Cloud is a must
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Is adaptive to changes and flexible in an evolving fast-paced environment, and ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail
