THE ROLE:

 

Travel & Accommodation

  • Compare travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
  • Makes all arrangements and reservations as requested within approved travel reasons and budget limits.
  • Review and negotiate rates to meet budget requirements.
  • An understanding of the most up to date travel distribution systems and industry service providers to ensure competitiveness of rates.  
  • Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, arrangements and reservations as requested to workforce.
  • Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests or expenditure that exceed permitted limits.
  • Perform other ad hoc related duties.

 

CBCE Coordinator

  • Preparation and/or proofing of documentation, such as memos and reports, distributing as necessary.
  • Organising communication between various departments.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with suppliers and all stakeholders.
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings for workforce.
  • Creation of spreadsheet for the purpose of sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data by comparison with in-house data department.
  • Retrieval of data as requested from various internal databases.

     

    YOU ARE:

     

    • Confident to interpret creative concepts whilst harnessing the Clarins corporate style and ensure work is always in line with our brand guidelines
    • Articulate with great attention to detail is a must - including prices, descriptions and always to brief
    • Great with communicating with all levels of management
    • Organised to ensure work is delivered within the specified dates as outlined by promotional calendar/requests to a high degree of accuracy
    • Initiative, self-motivation and a pro-active approach will be key
    • Constantly looking for opportunities to improve ways of working and communication between stakeholders and internal departments
    • Adhering to the company CSR strategy and seek to limit expenditure to meet budget expectations which will involve meeting/liaising with suppliers to achieve great results in a cost-effective manner

     

    YOU HAVE:

     

    • Good communication with all levels of management.
    • Strong negotiation skills to ensure best rates of travel and accommodation.
    • Must be organised to ensure work is delivered within the specified dates as outlined by promotional calendar/requests to a high degree of accuracy.
    • Initiative, self-motivation and a pro-active approach will be key.
    • The ability to work under pressure with the constraints of last-minute changes and deadlines.
    • Constantly looking for opportunities to improve ways of working and communication between stakeholders and internal departments.
    • Adhere to the company CSR strategy and seek to limit expenditure to meet budget expectations which will involve meeting/liaising with suppliers to achieve great results in a cost-effective manner
    • Preferably a strong background and understanding of beauty retail and methods of driving sales performance and new customer recruitment.
