Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Regional Business Analyst- Consumer Facing Systems, based in China

Support Business operations to ensure all systems are operational

• Manage, troubleshoot and resolve all application incident and change request tickets, meeting SLA standards
• Work with Application Support & Maintenance Manager to provide technical work around solutions while resolving root cause of problem tickets.
• Develop and maintain a database of known issues, causes and resolutions to guide the development and support teams in minimizing the impact of incidents
• Manage the response, resolution and post-incident analysis of major incidents to ensure deficiencies are identified, learnings are documented and changes implemented to limit risk of future recurrence
• Manage all User acceptance testing phase with the relevant users and ensure successful implementation to production
• Work with internal IT team to resolve any production issues

Ensure business users improvements are up to market standards and Clarins Group expectations

• Understand business needs and requirements for any functional change request
• Advise right practice, give improvements to ensure business users have best practice applications
• Help the management to make informed decision
• Foster and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title REGIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST.

Experience and Technical capabilities:
•    2-5 years of experience as Business Consultant, Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator or a Technical Coordinator.  
•    Database SQL knowledge and report analysis experience is required.
•    Microsoft Server knowledge is a must have.
•    Project Management skills is an advantage must have.
•    Strong in Microsoft Excel analysis
