This role involves providing full secretarial support to the President for APAC. Responsibilities include providing critical support in scheduling, communication, travel, and project management. You will act as a gatekeeper to the President's time, manage sensitive information, and contribute to data-driven decision making by consolidating information from various departments and presenting it in an insightful way.


This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the President's needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the highest level. This role has strong visibility and involves interations with regional and global teams.





  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the President - APAC (including email inbox management, research, and other ad hoc tasks)
  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely input; provide agenda, meeting materials, venue and refreshment arrangements as needed; and help facilitate at these meetings where necessary
  • Manage and coordinate extensive and complex global / local travel itineraries & logistical arrangements
  • Coordinate management visits and regional meetings including venue, logistics, transport, visas, etc.
  • Manage and process claims / expenses of President and related meetings / events as required
  • Attend required meetings with the President for meeting minutes taking and follow-up, and other tasks when required
  • Act as the point of contact among management team, executives, employees, vendors and other external stakeholders
  • Liaise with the operational functions (Admin, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) on internal processes and procedures
  • Anticipating the President's needs and proactively taking steps to address them
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and the President's activities
  • Exercising sound judgment and discretion in all communications and interactions




  • Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, materials, collating of data and consolidating of reports from the region
  • Create clear and concise presentations using tools like PowerPoint to visually represent data and insights for the President
  • Consolidate data from various internal and external sources relevant to the President's needs. This may involve working with different departments like Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that could inform the President's decision-making
  • Assisting with special projects assigned by the President, which may involve research, problem-solving, and coordination across departments
  • Support President in following up on the status of ongoing projects / cross-functions tasks and assignments when required; collaborate with teams to ensure procedures and timelines are met

Other responsibilities may be added to the above for the position of Executive Assistant.




  • > 8 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite / Senior Management level
  • Meticulous, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and limited supervision
  • Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately, exercising sound judgement in all communications
  • Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities 
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive and efficient with the proven ability to take initiative, self-starter
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
