Clarins unveils its first virtual shop

Following the success of Clarins Lab—a pop-up store in the heart of the Marais in Paris, where customers were invited to help co-create the store of tomorrow—Clarins has now launched its first virtual shop, making customers’ dreams a reality.
This online launch is a sign of the brand’s modernity and its ambition to maintain close relationships with its customers. The shop includes several fun, bespoke spaces like the skin workshop, which teaches visitors everything there is to know about iconic Clarins application techniques; the virtual try-on feature for make-up; and the plant database, where customers will find information on the 208 beneficial plants used by Clarins.
Given the current public health crisis, the shop launched in virtual format in France in October, but it will be progressively rolled out in brick-and-mortar stores in Dubai, then Hong Kong, China, and Paris in 2021.
