The Clarins Group commits to fighting breast cancer.

For the third consecutive year, the Clarins Italy team decided to run through the streets of Bologna to take part in the famous Race for the Cure. In total, 72 members of the Clarins Italy team geared into action for a five-kilometer charity race on behalf of the Susan G. Komen Italia organization. Thanks to their passion and determination, Veronica Rubini and Ferdinando Dipaola did the Clarins Group proud, respectively coming in 4th place in the women’s category and 3rd in the men’s category. Two podium places for the group but 72 good deeds!
Susan G. Komen Italy is an organization created in 2000 that is committed to fighting against breast cancer across the whole of Italy. Its key event, Race for the Cure, allows it to fundraise each year to prevent breast cancer, support research and accompany women affected by the disease.
True to its values, the Clarins Group encourages charitable initiatives in all of its subsidiaries. Since 2001, the group has supported Belle & Bien, the French branch of the international “Look Good Feel Better” program, an organization that gives a feeling of well-being, confidence and self-esteem to women with cancer by organizing skin care workshops in 27 hospitals. Currently developed in several of the group’s subsidiaries, this support is particularly dear to us. It was after meeting women in physical and mental distress in a post-war hospital that Jacques Courtin-Clarins decided to combine science and aesthetics to take beauty seriously.
