The Angel star celebrates its 25th birthday at the Grand Musée du Parfum

450 crystals, 10 kilos of stardust, 50 Angel miniatures and 150 hours’ work: to celebrate Angel’s 25th birthday, the House of Mugler created an installation in the garden of the Grand Musée du Parfum in Paris. The temporary work, composed of Swarovski crystal umbrellas and designed by the Mugler studio, presents the fragrance in a magical luminous atmosphere.

In 1992, a star was born: the first gourmand oriental in perfumery contained in a sky blue star-shaped bottle, which has now become instantly recognizable.

Composed by Olivier Cresp, a Master Perfumer at Firmenich, Angel is a fragrant interpretation of Thierry Mugler’s childhood memories. The fragrance opens with notes of bergamot and mandarin, blended with fruity aromas. Gourmandise appears in the base notes, with vanilla, patchouli, caramel and chocolate.

This enchanting exposition welcomes visitors from January 6 to February 19, 2017.
